Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: The Disgraced Son of the Azure Sky Sect...

When I woke up, I was no longer in my office.

The ceiling above me wasn't the clean white of my apartment .... nor can it be that of a hospital.

instead, I was met with a damp, old musty wooden ceiling, its planks warped with age.... cracked in so many places, held together by beams that had clearly seen better days. The air was heavy, carrying the scent of damp earth and burning firewood.

My body ached all over, my limbs weak, my breathing shallow.

Every thing felt… so wrong.

I blinked, my vision still hazy. As I turned my head slightly, I noticed something even stranger..... a cracked wooden mirror leaning against the far wall.

And the face staring back at me... definitely wasn't my own..

A sickly young man with pale skin, tiredeyes with dark circles beneath them, and a thin malnourished frame instead of my well built frame looked back at me.Wrapped in old tattered robes, his once-pristine black hair now messy and unkempt.

Panic clawed at my mind.

What the!!!… what in the world is going on?

I staggered to my feet, my legs nearly buckling beneath me. My breathing quickened, heart pounding against my ribs as a flood of memories that weren't mine surged into my mind.

Memories of brutal martial arts training, of stern sect elders, of a father's execution, of being cast out and left to rot in disgrace....

Damn it... It hurts.

.... then it hit me..... Fucking hell...!?

I knew this life. I created this life.

I had been reborn.

Not just anywhere. Not just as anyone.

I was inside my own novel...no wait, what!!

And the worst part?

i wasn't me" Lu Xuan Ming" anymore.

I didn't become the MC nor did i become a villain or one of the characters that has a real role in the novel.

I was Lu Tian , the disgraced son of Elder Lu Qian, a minor background character in "The Return of the Most Powerful Elder of the Murim" The world I had built, where martial artists ruled, sects fought for supremacy, and strength was everything. The story followed the return of the sealed protagonist, who would rise again and take revenge on the elders who betrayed him..... and Lu Tian..... Lu Tian was only a character so insignificant that I gave a few lines. He was just... There...

Oh crap!

In the novel ," Lu Tian" was doomed to die.

At best, he was a stepping stone for others..... a pitiful nobody who met his end at the hands of a rival sect before the story even truly began.

Well.. I made him that way because his character was supposed to be just an extra in the story... Nothing more ... But now what.... you are telling me that i have become him. No way... This is just so Fucked Up .....

"NOOOOOOOOO!" My scream echoed through the tiny, decrepit wooden room.

The heavens must be laughing at me.

This had to be a joke.It must be—

Of all the characters I could have become, why him? WHY HIM?!

I clutched my head, my breathing ragged. This was bad. This was worse than bad.

let's calm down a bit first .... I forced my self to breathe. think . think.

In the original timeline," Lu Tian "dies within a year when the" Crimson Moon Sect "attacks the" Azure Sky Sect". And the current timeline?

... That attack was only three months away.

I was a weakling, talentless, and sickly. I had no martial arts foundation, no hidden power, no secret master waiting to train me.

I was going to die... Certainly.

Unless...

I changed everything.

I took a deep breath, forcing myself to calm down.

I had written this world. I knew its rules, its power structures, its secrets, i knew what was coming.

If I play my cards right.... if I used my knowledge smartly... I might just have a chance.

if fate thought it could toss me aside, then it had badly underestimated this world creator..... I muttered under my breath.

I refuse to die a pathetic, meaningless death.

I had one goal now. That is... to survive.

And for that, I would need a plan..... a solid one Where every move I make and each step I take must be taken to account .
