Chapter 171 - Jealous Mjolnir Hammers Number Zero, Thor Confused

The idea of creating Mjolnir had been in his mind ever since he began learning runes. However, due to his limited enchantment skills and energy constraints, he had been unable to bring the idea to fruition for a long time.

Later, after absorbing the Casket of Ancient Winters, being promoted to the god of the sub-celestial father, and mastering materialization magic, he still hadn't created Mjolnir. Despite a significant increase in his strength, he was still no match for Odin.

Creating an identical Mjolnir had seemed unrealistic at that point.

But now, he had mastered LV8 materialization magic, and his energy was several times stronger than Odin's. Even though Odin's spell was attached to Mjolnir, it didn't seem impossible to create a similar artifact.

With that thought in mind, Aaron turned to Thor and said, "Thor, show me Mjolnir."

Thor, who was drinking wine at the time, casually placed the hammer beside him on the table. "No, you can look at it all you want," he said.

Aaron reached for the handle.

Thor, half-drunk, laughed and said, "Don't bother, you can just look at it. Only I can pick up the Mjolnir Hammer. Well, my father can too, but no one else can."

"The last Magneto doesn't count—he was just lucky. He had the chance to use his special ability when I wasn't around."

"So... hiccup... how could that happen?"

Before Thor could finish, Aaron's actions shocked him, and he immediately sobered up. Divine power surged through him subconsciously, dispelling his drunkenness.

What did he see?

Aaron had easily picked up the hammer with just a little effort!

"I'm drunk! I must be drunk!" Thor thought, before laughing nervously. "Hehehe, besides me and my father, how can there be a third person who can pick up the hammer normally?"

Thor couldn't believe his eyes. He quickly stood up and took a closer look, trying to confirm if it was real.

But yes, it was real!

"A bit heavy, but that's it. Don't forget, I'm the god of magic," Aaron said with a knowing look. In terms of magic, Aaron was no slouch. His strength was 30% greater than Odin's. If he couldn't even hold a hammer, that would be strange.

Of course, he still couldn't wield the divine power in the hammer unless its spell was broken violently or he had permission from Thor or Odin. But Aaron didn't intend to become the new Thor or use the hammer's power.

Ignoring the still-shocked Thor, Aaron closed his eyes and began to sense the characteristics of Mjolnir.

Thor froze, fully awake from Aaron's words. That's right—he was the god of magic, the one who had created the magical network.

Was it so hard to pick up Mjolnir?

Despite that rational thought, Thor still felt uneasy. It felt like something deep inside him had been taken away. The hammer that clearly belonged to him was being held by someone else.

How did that feel?

According to Midgardian people, was he... "greened"?

Thor shook his head, dismissing the thought.

He repeated in his mind, This is temporary. The hammer still belongs to me. It is loyal!

With that, he poured himself another glass of wine and drank it down.

Nearby, others were watching Thor and Aaron's exchange, curious about what was going on. They watched as Aaron studied Mjolnir.

Thor looked unhappy. Only Sif understood why Thor was acting this way—he saw Mjolnir as his own. Now that another person was using it, it was no wonder he wasn't pleased.

At the same time, Sif wasn't surprised that Aaron could lift Mjolnir. After all, only those close to Aaron understood how terrifying he truly was.

Thor drank his wine and occasionally glanced at Aaron, then at Mjolnir. He worried something had happened to the hammer.

My heart aches...

He couldn't help but think, Please don't leave me. We're best friends...

In his vision, Mjolnir seemed to respond to his inner thoughts, trembling slightly, as if echoing him.

Thor smiled at this. This is my Mjolnir Hammer!

But soon, he couldn't smile anymore.

In Aaron's other hand, a ball of golden light appeared.

The golden light condensed, first forming a phantom of the hammer, and then gradually solidifying into a full, solid body.

"Another Mjolnir Hammer?" Thor rubbed his eyes, looking left and right. It was identical to the original!

There were two Mjolnir Hammers!

Which one was his?

It must be the one he was holding, right?

Then the other one was a fake!

One of the hammers seemed to call out to Thor, asking him to decide which one was real, but the other hammer—could it really be a fake?

Thor wasn't sure. It didn't respond to him, but from its appearance and aura, it looked identical...

"Aaron, what did you do? Why are there two hammers?" Thor asked suspiciously.

Sif stepped up, equally shocked by the sight.

"Obviously, I made another Mjolnir. It's exactly the same!" Aaron smiled slightly.

His suspicions were confirmed. Now, he could mass-produce Mjolnir!

Whether it was the materials, the enchantments, or the energy—everything was identical, no difference at all.

He had used materialization magic and a lot of magical power, along with his understanding of Mjolnir, to perfectly duplicate it.

Thor couldn't even tell the difference between the two, nor could Odin or Aesir, the creators of the hammer.

"Today isn't April Fool's Day. Are you kidding me? Asgard isn't some kind of joke day..." Thor was stunned for a moment, then realized something and laughed loudly. "I know! This is a magic duplicate you made. But no matter how real it looks, it's just a fake!"

"Okay, enough of the nonsense," Thor said, reaching for Aaron's created Mjolnir. "There's only one real Mjolnir Hammer in this world, so let's leave the duplication behind."

However, as soon as he grabbed it, his expression changed. His playful look turned serious.

He subconsciously glanced at Aaron, who nodded for him to continue.

Impossible!

Thor picked up Mjolnir, and the next second, a familiar sensation washed over him—familiar divine power, battle armor reappearing.

"Is this real?" Thor wondered aloud. "The other one's fake?"

He glanced between the two hammers in disbelief.

Aaron had really made another Mjolnir while drinking wine?

No! He couldn't accept it!

The Mjolnir Hammer was his, and only he should be able to pick it up!

As he thought about how Aaron could potentially make more than one Mjolnir in the future, and how more "Mjolnir Hammer" wielders might appear, Thor froze in place. He kept repeating to himself: This is my Mjolnir Hammer.

Sif, who was close by, heard Thor's murmurs and looked at the identical hammers curiously.

Thor appeared to be both distressed and oddly satisfied.

"Aaron, can we have a discussion? Maybe you should stop making Mjolnir. It's an artifact, and it shouldn't be passed around," Thor said, suddenly nervous.

"Ahem, cough. Why don't you just give me both of them?" Thor asked, leaning toward Aaron with a forced grin.

Aaron threw Hammer Zero to Thor and then quickly snatched it back.

Even though Mjolnir wasn't rare to him, it still took some of his magic power to make. He wasn't just going to hand it over casually.

However, Aaron had no intention of mass-producing Mjolnir like Thor thought.

There was simply no need.

Why waste energy mass-producing something with minimal return when he could be focusing on more important things?

Instead, Aaron might consider experimenting with the Storm Axe again. While Storm Axe didn't have Mjolnir's ability to help its wielder fly or recognize a master, its ability to activate Bifrost at will was certainly useful.

Aaron wasn't sure if the Storm Axe could unleash the full power of Bifrost, but it was an intriguing possibility.

As for the Star Destroyer... that remained speculation.

Thor felt a pang in his heart as Aaron took back the other Mjolnir Hammer.

I'm sorry...

Despite his discomfort, Thor reluctantly said, "Okay, but you must treat it well. It's not just a hammer—it's a living, loyal partner. If you can, don't make it suffer too much, and don't just hand it over to anyone. It'll be sad..."

Buzz buzz...

The hammer in Thor's hand began to tremble, seemingly in protest.

But its gentle temperament couldn't bring itself to truly hurt Thor.

"Ahem, Thor, you'd better take care of your Mjolnir Hammer. It doesn't seem too happy."

Aaron added, "You have to understand that even the gentlest woman sometimes needs to be treated right."

"If you leave it with someone easy to get jealous, you might end up with a headache."

He pointed to Hammer Zero, wondering if it might end up giving Thor an unpleasant surprise or even hurling him into the sky in a fit of jealousy.

"Hahaha, you're joking. My partner wouldn't be jealous. And Mjolnir Hammer isn't a woman!" Thor retorted confidently.

As he stretched out his hand to calm the hammer, he showed a smug expression.

"See? It's not jealous. After all, with a great master like me, how could it be?"

"Really? We'll see later," Aaron shrugged and gave Thor a knowing smile.

Thor didn't care.

Just then, Heimdall called out.

"It seems I won't be able to drink today. I need to head to Norway. Take good care of the hammer. I'll check in when I can. See you guys soon."

Thor smiled at Aaron and Sif before leaving.

As Bifrost's light dissipated, only a mysterious symbol remained on the ground.

Aaron flicked away the symbol left by the teleportation and returned to entertain Jane and Daisy.

He was surprised by their arrival, especially since they had become his neighbors. At first, he thought they might have been sent by Nick Fury or someone else to spy on him, but quickly dismissed that idea.

After all, who on Earth would dare send people to spy on him?

He was curious, however, about Amora's enthusiasm toward Jane and Daisy.

The last time someone had gotten her so excited was Gwen, and now, Gwen seemed to look at Amora in a strange way...

Aaron shook his head and continued drinking with Sif.

Meanwhile, he made a small modification to Mjolnir 1, making himself its highest authority. Now, no one could lift it or wield its power but him.

On the other side, Thor had returned to Bifrost. Heimdall teleported him to Norway, where he encountered the last person he wanted to see—Odin.

"Thor, are you ready for punishment?"
