Outside the small town, Ed, along with Jade, Toronto, and Ford, were rapidly making their way toward the town.
They remained on high alert throughout the journey, observing their surroundings to prevent any sudden enemy ambushes.
Ford found something odd and urged his warhorse closer to Ed, speaking loudly, "Captain, it seems a bit too quiet, doesn't it?"
At that moment, Ford saw Ed suddenly look up at the sky.
Ford followed Ed's gaze and saw, under the moonlight, a dark cloud appearing overhead.
Ford was puzzled. Why would there be clouds at this time? And they didn't look like normal clouds.
As the cloud got closer, Ford realized it wasn't a cloud at all, but instead, a massive swarm of black ravens—countless numbers of them!
They were enemies!
Ed immediately shouted, "According to the plan, split up!"
