But Lucas could hear her, yes. Eldrida is a far kingdom and it might take two days for us to leave the kingdom. He explained.

After their long and exciting flight with Catherine spreading her hands widely enjoying every view of the sky until they finally got back to the sand. Land.
They stood in front of a huge river.
Where is this place? Catherine asked still reeling from the flight. Her whole body flushed red and excitement was seen all over her face.
This river is a forbidden river for vampires. He explained.
Vampires? She asked curious.
Yes, any vampires that tries to cross the forbidden river will be dead. It was said that a powerful creature cursed this river for vampires to avoid them from moving further. Lucas explained observing her expression. He had been expecting her to get frightened but here she is being mesmerized by some old facts story.
Can I touch the water? She asked excitedly.
Sure. He offered watching her every movements. Catherine smiled meekly at him before dipping her hand in the water and the next moment made Lucas and Catherine rendered speechless and in disbelief.
The moment Catherine dipped her hand in the water, the water began to dance and change colors from transparent to blue ocean water. The ocean water divided into two as a dry land could be seen.
She pulled her hand immediately but the water remained the color it changed to.
She turned to look at Lucas. This feels like a magical feeling. She said awed but Lucas couldn't believe that. Why is he when his wife touched the water ,it changed to ocean water? He thought.
There is something fishy. He thought coldly and at the same time worried.
Just as Catherine was about to ask about his dragon wings, it was gone.

Let's go. He finally said as they walked away from the forbidden river. Just as they left, something unexpected happened and a lady with waist length blue hair came out her from the forbidden river. She had been sleeping for years and now, just a touch of her finger , she woke her up from her deep slumber. Her deep ocean blue eyes sparkled brightly like the water.

We are in the border of Calanthor kingdom. He said briefly.
Calanthor kingdom? She asked surprised. She has never heard of a kingdom with that name before.
Yes wife. We will be visiting this kingdom. A friend of mine stays here. He explained.
