Satoru and His Worry for Obito
Satoru stood silently on the rooftop of the Konoha Ninja Academy, eyes gazing into the western forest. The wind brushed past him gently, but his heart was weighed down by an uneasy feeling.
It wasn't that he didn't trust the children—on the contrary, they were among the most talented of their generation. But he knew there were eyes watching Obito.
Madara Uchiha.
"That old monster… has he already taken an interest in Obito?"
Satoru clenched his fists.
He understood why Madara chose Obito. It wasn't because of strength. It wasn't because Obito possessed an exceptional Sharingan.
It was because Obito was kind.
Satoru recalled everything he knew about the Uchiha clan. Their bloodline was not only powerful in chakra but cursed with hatred.
Those with the strongest Sharingan were always the ones most deeply wounded.
Madara chose Obito because he was warm-hearted and sincere.
"The more love you hold… the more it hurts when it's taken away."
The more pain you suffer, the more your eyes evolve.
Obito cared deeply for his comrades. For Rin. One day, if Rin were to suffer, or worse—betray him…
He would fall.
And when he did, Madara would have the perfect puppet.
Satoru took a deep breath, his eyes turning cold.
"I won't let that happen, Madara. Never."
At the Academy Grounds: War News and Danzo Appears
The next morning, the Academy was bustling with activity.
Teachers, the Third Hokage, Satoru, Eren, and several elite ninja had gathered to await the return of the most promising young shinobi.
Though the sun shone warmly and the village seemed at peace, powerful waves stirred beyond Konoha's borders.
Suddenly, a shadow appeared in the center of the training field. A ninja dropped to one knee before the Third Hokage.
His face was scarred, eyes cold and sharp as blades.
"Hokage-sama, I bring urgent news from the front lines!"
Satoru recognized him immediately.
"Morino Ibiki."
Description of Morino Ibiki
In the original story, Morino Ibiki was the head of Konoha's torture and interrogation unit—a man of iron will, cold and unshaken by anyone.
Tortured to the brink of death, his body was covered in scars, but never once did he reveal Konoha's secrets.
"A fearsome man. But loyal to the village."
Alarming News: Iwagakure, Demon Corps, and Pirates
Ibiki spoke grimly, his face hard.
"The Stone Village has mobilized its forces near the border and appears to be preparing for battle against Konoha."
Gasps spread across the training ground.
Some veteran shinobi furrowed their brows. No one wanted another war.
But Ibiki continued.
"Furthermore, Onoki, the Third Tsuchikage, has personally gone to the battlefield to engage with a new force—the Demon Corps."
Silence fell.
The Third Hokage's face darkened.
Satoru and Eren exchanged glances. The situation was far more dangerous than expected.
"Onoki himself? What is he afraid of?"
If a Kage entered the battlefield himself, then the Demon Corps was far from ordinary.
But there was something even more terrifying.
"The Stone Village… fighting the Demon Corps, and still thinking of attacking Konoha?"
Satoru shivered slightly.
Danzo and His Cold-Blooded Ambition
As the tension built, a voice full of authority rang out.
"The Stone Village wants to attack us? Good. We strike first."
All eyes turned to an aging figure with a frigid expression, arms crossed over his chest.
Shimura Danzo.
Beside him, a Root ninja stood silently, face emotionless.
Danzo stepped forward, voice firm.
"Hokage-sama, you're being too soft."
Silence gripped the field. No one dared to speak.
Danzo stared directly at Hiruzen, eyes like blades.
"We shouldn't just defend. We must crush them."
"Not just the Stone. The Pirates. The Demon Corps."
"Let us show the world Konoha's true power."
Some battle-hardened ninja frowned.
They knew too well the pain and horror of war.
"Men like Danzo… only know power and bloodshed."
The Third Hokage Shuts Down Danzo
Hiruzen took a long drag of his pipe, his gaze darkening.
"Danzo, be silent."
His voice thundered like a storm, pressing down on everyone.
Danzo frowned but remained composed.
"You'll regret this, Hiruzen."
Hiruzen slammed his hand on the desk, voice commanding.
"Address me as Hokage-sama."
Silence.
Danzo scoffed quietly, but said nothing more.
Satoru stood quietly nearby, unease growing in his heart.
Closing Scene
The Third Hokage issued his orders.
"Ibiki, inform Orochimaru and Minato. Orochimaru will serve as Commander, Minato as Vice Commander."
Ibiki nodded without a word and vanished in an instant.
Satoru looked up at the sky, a dark thought weighing on his chest.
"A storm is coming… war is near."
