Chapter 27 - Silver Instinct Unleashed

"Broly, I admit your strength is truly outrageous," Goten said.

"The legendary Super Saiyan bloodline exceeds my imagination," he added.

"In Super Saiyan form, I'm no match for you," he conceded.

"The gap between us is massive, no denying that," he noted.

"But now, I'll defeat you as fast as possible," he vowed.

His tone was serious, resolve hardening like steel.

Goten was ready to unleash Ultra Instinct.

Super Saiyan II couldn't hope to beat Broly.

Even breaking through to Super Saiyan 3 might fail.

Broly's strength grew stronger with every passing moment.

To avoid disaster, this battle had to end.

The Broly from later tales might befriend him.

But this one, once berserk, was uncontrollable.

He was a true demon, as he'd claimed.

A pure devil couldn't befriend humans, Goten knew.

Killing Broly was the only way to end this.

"Gee… garbage!" Broly sneered, voice dripping with disdain.

"You think you can defeat me?" he mocked.

He'd already gauged Goten's power in their clash.

This strength, even tenfold, couldn't touch him.

It was a fool's dream, nothing more.

Broly felt his aura surge crazily again.

Goten stayed silent, focusing inward.

He pulled out a fairy bean and ate it.

His physical strength returned in an instant.

Injuries on his body healed completely, vanishing.

He closed his eyes, exiting Super Saiyan form.

A long breath of foul air escaped him.

Silver lines shimmered around his body.

His aura vanished, impossible to sense.

On King Kai's planet, shock rippled through the group.

Son Goku and Vegeta froze, faces full of surprise.

Goten's breath had completely disappeared.

Even King Kai's superpowers couldn't sense him.

"Goten's breath is gone again," Goku said.

"He's using the form that killed Cell," he noted.

They didn't know its name, only its power.

It seemed like a Super Saiyan variant.

But it was far stronger, beyond their understanding.

"The breath of God…" King Kai whispered.

"This time, Goten's divine aura is even stronger," he said.

His chubby body trembled under the pressure.

The godly power in Goten oppressed him deeply.

Only a true god could wield such might.

A mere world king felt its ght.

"Broly seems much stronger than Cell was," Gohan said.

"I wonder if Goten can win," he worried.

Goten was Earth's last Saiyan warrior.

If he fell, Earth's future was doomed.

"You don't need to worry," King Kai assured.

"Broly is a demonic existence, no doubt," he acknowledged.

"Even all of you might not beat him," he admitted.

"But Goten will be fine," he said confidently.

He alone felt the immense divine breath.

Goten's power was beyond their comprehension.

"It seems Goten's mastered a super ability," Goku grinned.

"Hee hee, I want to fight him!" he added.

His eagerness sparkled, a warrior's thrill.

Death kept him from joining the battle.

Vegeta was no match in the afterlife.

Gohan needed pressure to unlock his talent.

Eight years of training had left Goku unmatched.

Goten and Broly's fight stirred his blood.

He longed to clash with them, but couldn't.

Back on the planet, silver lines thickened around Goten.

Broly eyed him suspiciously, sensing the change.

Goten's aura had vanished in an instant.

He'd exited Super Saiyan, a puzzling move.

Broly didn't care what Goten was planning.

He'd die by his hands, no matter what.

"Chichi…" Broly gritted, a bloodthirsty arc on his lips.

His body rushed forward, a charging titan.

A punch distorted the air, space rippling.

Goten's eyes stayed closed, body still.

But he moved, a slight 30 centimeter shift.

Broly's fist missed, slicing through empty air.

"Giggle…" Broly growled, teeth grinding in frustration.

His attack had been dodged with ease.

He unleashed a hail of punches, relentless.

Swish after swish, the air screamed.

Ripples burst outward, shaking the atmosphere.

Hundreds of strikes flew, but none landed.

Goten's body evaded each with uncanny precision.

Then, his eyes snapped open, silver light flashing.

A silver aura shook around him, radiant.

His hair moved, calm and automatic.

His expression was serene, emotions unrippled.

"Huh?!" Broly froze, surprise etching his face.

Goten's transformation was unlike anything he'd seen.

The silver glow felt otherworldly, dangerous.

Broly's instincts flared, sensing a shift.

Goten didn't give him time to react.

He moved, a blur of silver instinct.

A strike landed on Broly's side, precise.

The hit echoed, a sharp crack in the air.

Broly staggered, a rare flinch from the titan.

Goten's Ultra Instinct was fully active now.

His movements were fluid, guided by instinct.

Each dodge and strike flowed without thought.

Broly roared, green aura flaring in response.

Energy balls erupted, a storm of destruction.

The planet quaked, fissures splitting wider.

Goten weaved through the barrage, untouchable.

He closed in, landing another flurry of blows.

Broly's grin returned, taking each hit unfazed.

"You're amusing, bug," he said, voice venomous.

He swung a massive fist, air screaming.

Goten ducked, the wind grazing his hair.

He countered, a kick to Broly's knee.

The titan stumbled, a small victory gained.

Goten's heart raced, Ultra Instinct sharpening.

Broly's breath kept climbing, an endless surge.

This fight was a race against time.

If Broly grew too strong, Ultra Instinct might fail.

"I need to end this fast," Goten thought.

He channeled more power, silver aura blazing.

Broly laughed, a chilling sound of menace.

"Let's see how long you last," he taunted.

The planet's core groaned, fracturing under pressure.

Goten steeled himself, ready for the next move.

This clash would push him to his limits.
