Felix pushed the needle into the stitch, wrapped the yarn around, pulled the needle down, pushed it into the loop, and pulled the needle off.
And repeat. Push, wrap, pull, push, pull.
And again. Push, wrap, pull…
The stitch slipped off the needle, and Felix just stared at it blankly.
…Was there any point in doing all that?
He put his 'project' down with a sigh. It looked… hideous. While his skills had improved from when he first started, they were still horrendous.
At this rate, he couldn't hope to possibly sell any of his creations. Rather than a source of income, all that knitting became for Felix was a waste of money, thrown away on the wool. He didn't particularly enjoy it either, it was about as interesting as doing chores.
Perhaps it was time to try something else. Maybe pottery? It seemed like something that might sell. If it was any good, of course.
