"Where are the majority of your forces?" Ronald asked the group, yet no one replied.
"If we want to help each other we need complete transparency."
"My main forces are currently preparing to march towards the Hidden Leaf on the orders of the Raikage, so we will be there in 2 weeks." Matilda mentioned.
"I have bases of operation throughout the lands, but our majority is in the Hidden Sand." Nadia said.
"Now this is a problem." Atticus places his coffee down and looks towards Nadia. "The Hidden Sand wishes for neutrality. They do not have a leader after all. If the Shinobi in their land move without their permission it is going to be a problem."
Nadia nodded at this since that was a problem for us as well.
The group also understood what Atticus was inferring.
If the Hidden Leaf and Earth saw the Sand Shinobi beginning to move, during the sensitive period of war they would take it as an act of aggression.
Fortifying their borders was different from Shinobi crossing into foreign lands in large numbers.
"So your Main forces cannot assist us for the time being." Ronald mentioned. "I am also unable to assist right now. I managed to convince the Samurai lord to attack the Hidden Stone. We are at the other side of the world."
As he said that, everyone turned towards Atticus.
"We are situated in the Hidden Mist. We were using a portion of our forces to bait out the Mizukage for the Akatsuki." He said, causing Nadia to be shocked.
"So I wasn't the only one who has made contact with their leader."
"Yes, Master had met one of their Main Members, Konan who promised him a deal similar to yours."
"So what do you intend to do then," Ronald asked.
"Master said to help Nadia no matter the cost, so for now we will forgo our planned assault on the Mizukage, and bait Konoha into attacking us first." He mentioned, as a terrifying smile emerged onto his face. "And I know just the bait."
…
My brother was obviously able to create something that would greatly benefit our family.
He had done contracts with the United Federation, one off jobs to help solve some problems of theirs.
And now, he was solving a major problem of theirs.
My brother was a genius through and through. 90% of the human population lived underground, filled with clutter which the Federation was unwilling to discard to the surface since it costs too much money.
But now, they could just disintegrate the clutter.
It would take some time and careful preparation so that the Federation didn't just confiscate his work for their own, and he was able to build some minor connections of his own to help himself.
Our lives were looking up from now.
After being able to celebrate with my family, I logged back onto the game and went for training as per usual.

After reading the system notification, I hoped the Hidden Leaf player base would be quiet regarding our objectives but I am assuming that is not going to happen.
People liked to talk, and the Elemental Nations was the current biggest thing out there.
The only plus side is that I will be able to find out about the objective of the other factions too.
I was currently sitting inside Ichiraku Ramen, watching Naruto inhale his fifth bowl while ranting about Sakura.
"She didn't even consider it, y'know?!" Naruto complained, slamming his chopsticks down dramatically. "I mean, I asked her nicely! I even said 'please' this time!"
Teuchi just nodded along like a professional therapist, while Ayame giggled behind the counter. I took another bite of my ramen, barely reacting.
"Maybe," I started, "it's because you ask her out *every single day* like a broken record."
Naruto turned to glare at me, noodles still hanging from his mouth. "Tch, what do you know?! I just gotta keep trying, believe it!"
Before I could respond, the curtain at the entrance shifted, and in walked Kakashi, hands in his pockets, that usual lazy posture of his making him seem like he had nowhere important to be. Right behind him was Naido-sensei, balancing a small box of dango in his hands, munching on one casually.
"Oh?" Naido-sensei said, taking a seat next to me. "Look at that. The two brats I was looking for, conveniently in one spot."
Kakashi sighed, giving a lazy wave. "We need to talk."
I immediately stopped eating. Naruto, still mid-rant, turned to look at him. "Huh? What's up, Kakashi-sensei?"
Kakashi took a moment, then finally said, "The Chunin Exams are canceled. You're both being deployed."
I felt my chopsticks still in my hand.
Seems like even Genin were getting deployed.
Naruto, for once, wasn't yelling. He blinked, looking between Kakashi and Naido. "Wait… What?"
"There's no time for exams anymore," Naido-sensei said, sighing. "The situation escalated. The Hokage's orders came in just now."
Naruto blinked again, his brain trying to process it. "But… but I was gonna win! I was gonna show Sasuke that I—!" z
I told Naruto about the Chunin exams before hand, so from then till now he had been bugging his sensei. He already knew he was going to participate.
"This is bigger than your rivalry, Naruto," Kakashi cut in, his voice unusually sharp.
He glanced at the civilians and eventually said, "Not here."
Naruto finally got quiet, staring down at his half-eaten ramen.
I just sighed, finishing the last bite of my food.
Well.
So much for an easy promotion.
…
"The Hidden Cloud has an army of 10 million shinobi marching toward us right now."
I froze mid-step.
Naruto nearly tripped over his own feet. "TEN MILLION?!"
Kakashi sighed, hands in his pockets. "Yep."
Beside him, Naido-sensei stood with his arms crossed, his usual lazy expression replaced with something sharper.
It was late at night, and the four of us stood in one of Konoha's training fields, away from prying ears. Kakashi and Naido had pulled us out of the village before dropping this ridiculous bombshell.
That number was insane. Villages usually had about 20,000 shinobi at most. But in this world? The scale was completely different. With millions of players, an army of that size wasn't impossible.
Still. Hearing it out loud was something else entirely.
"W-what do we do about that?" Naruto stammered. "That's like—like the whole world's worth of ninja!"
I glanced at him. He looked shaken, more than I expected. I was used to the idea that this was all just a game. But for Naruto? This wasn't some simulated battlefield. If he died, it was over.
Kakashi took a step forward. "Your Jonin sensei will brief you on your roles soon. I've been assigned as temporary commander while Jiraiya and Lady Tsunade handle another operation."
Naruto blinked. "Wait—Pervy Sage is in the village?!"
Kakashi's visible eye twitched. "Naruto. Respect."
"Wait, Naruto, how do you know Lord Jiraiya?" I questioned. I never heard Naruto mentioning him to me.
"I told you about hi-"
"No, Naruto you most definitely did not." I cut him off. This idiot, he talks about Sakura so often, how did he not tell me something so important!
Naido sighed. "Not the time, guys. Shikomu, you stay here. Naruto, Lord Jiraiya is waiting for you at your place."
Well then, it seems like Naruto is about to learn some overpowered Jutsu.
Probably the Rasengan and summoning Jutsu.
I should see if I want to learn the Rasengan…even if not for combat, just for fun. This is a game after all.
I should probably also get a summoning contract…Sensei has a Falcon, Kakashi has dogs. Maybe I should get the Monkey of the 3rd Hokage?
