"Wait, whattt!?"Xandros exclaimed, his eyes widening in disbelief.
"Huhuu~, don't be too shocked, Master. They've been reincarnating on this planet for the past 25 years. Origin promised them that you'd arrive today," Layla chuckled, her wings fluttering in amusement.
"I know, I know… It's just—" Xandros sighed, shaking his head. "I feel like I don't deserve all this. It's almost too much." A single tear slid down his left cheek.
Layla, seeing her master's rare moment of vulnerability, flew toward him and wrapped him in a warm embrace. "No, Master," she whispered. "You do deserve this. More than anyone. You've suffered enough. It's time for the uncrowned emperor to finally take his throne."
Five minutes passed in silence as they simply held onto each other. Then, with soft smiles, they finally pulled apart.
"Thank you, Layla." Xandros gently caressed her cheek.
Layla leaned into his hand, her eyes glistening. "You're welcome, Master."
After basking in the moment, Xandros straightened. "Alright, first things first—we need to get out of this forest and head for the capital. Or at least somewhere near the portal."
"Yes, Master! I can teleport you straight to one of the capital's gates. Your citizenship card will grant you direct access to your mansion. I made sure it's to your taste~." Layla grinned, looking rather pleased with herself.
"Great, let's do that then." Xandros nodded. Then he glanced down at himself and scowled. "But first… Layla, change these clothes. I look like a celestial janitor in this pure white outfit."
"Hahaa, that's so funny, Master! But imagine walking in, people looking down on you—then BAM! You whip out the citizenship card and flex on them." Layla giggled behind her hand.
Xandros rolled his eyes. "Trust me, Layla, that kind of scene is stupid. I've done it too many times in my past lives. It always ends with some 'Young Master Peng' from the 'Dipshit Clan' hating my guts."
Layla burst into laughter, clutching her stomach. "Pfft—HAHAHAAAA! And then it turns into a chain reaction of young masters forming a 'We Hate Xandros' club! Hahaa!"
"Tell me about it," Xandros muttered.
Layla wiped a tear from her eye. "Alright, alright. Let this young lady give you the best makeover party ever." She wiggled her fingers excitedly.
Xandros raised a brow, amused by her antics. Layla took a deep breath, closed her eyes, and concentrated like her life depended on it. After a few moments, she snapped her fingers.
FWOOSH!
His outfit transformed from his feet up. As the magic settled, Xandros glanced at his reflection in the mirror Layla provided—and his jaw nearly dropped.
"Whoa…"
Gone was the plain white robe. Now, he looked like a divine emperor descended from the heavens. His attire was regal: a pristine white robe embroidered with golden patterns, an emblem of a divine sword across his chest, and a majestic golden cape flowing behind him. His long hair was neatly styled, crowned by an emerald circlet that shimmered under the light.
Layla smirked. "Perfection."
Xandros touched the emerald crown, admiration in his eyes. "Layla, this is amazing. You did an incredible job."
"Awwn, Master~! You're making me blush!" Layla beamed.
Xandros chuckled. "Alright then, I'm ready. Let's get to the capital and start this new chapter."

Meanwhile, in a room dripping with nobility, a handsome teenager groaned in pain, a thick bandage wrapped around his chest.
"Damn those bastards," he growled, his face twisted in frustration. "How dare they call me useless? I am the prince of Aurora! The prince! How dare they?!!"
Meet Andrew Lionheart, the so-called 'Chosen Son of Destiny' in this world. Third prince of the Kingdom of Aurora. Handsome? Check. Good position? Check. Shitty personality? Double check. Also a certified lustful dog. 🐶
Recently, he made a stupid bet with his brothers on who would get to pick a fiancée first.
Cough, cough. 🤧
Guess who lost and got his ass handed to him?
Now, he sat on his bed, seething. "First Prince… Second Prince… This humiliation shall be repaid a thousand-fold! Ouch, ouch—" His ribs protested his dramatic movement.
A malicious glint flickered in his eyes. "Once I'm done with all of you, I'll sleep with both your mothers and your fiancées. THEN you'll know true despair! Mark my words, bastards!"
He shouted too hard—
CRACK.
"AHHHH!!"
His ribs had enough and retaliated.
Just then, a beautiful maid rushed in, her expression filled with concern. "Prince Andrew! Are you okay? I heard screaming!"
Luna, the unfortunate maid who had to deal with this disaster of a prince.
Andrew forced a smile, trying to act cool despite his internal suffering. "I-I'm fine, Luna. It's just… a little pain. Nothing can stop this prince."
"Yes, yes, the prince is awesome," Luna replied, nodding mechanically.
"Do you need anything, my prince?" she asked, already exhausted by his antics.
"Uhm, yeah, Luna. I'm starving." Andrew grinned.
"Of course, I'll bring you something immediately." She hurried out.
Andrew licked his lips as he watched her leave. "Damn, she's fine. If only I could snatch her from Father…"
Yep. The apple didn't fall far from the perverted tree.
Andrew flopped back onto his bed, ready to drift into sleep.
[Ding!]
A mechanical voice echoed in his mind.
[Overlord Harem System online.]
[Bonding.......]
[Bonding complete.]
[Welcome, Host! Get women, sleep with them, and get stronger! Pleasure is the only path to power!]
Andrew's eyes widened. "No way… A SYSTEM? And it's literally made for me! HAHAHA! FIRST PRINCE, SECOND PRINCE—I'M COMING FOR YOUR MOTHERS!"
CRACK.
"AHHHHH!"
And once again, his rib said, "Goodnight."
Luna rushed in. "Young prince?! Are you okay?!"

Meanwhile, at Aurora Academy, six breathtakingly beautiful women sat around a table, each possessing their own unique charm.
"He's here, ladies," the first woman announced.
"Yes… I've missed him so much," the second sighed dreamily.
"So have I," the third chimed in. "I just wish I knew where he was."
"No need to worry," the fourth reassured. "We'll see him soon."
"Yes, we just need to be patient," the fifth said, exhaling slowly.
"He might even enroll at the academy," the sixth added, a hopeful smile on her face.
These six women were Xandros' past lovers—each from a different lifetime, bound by their eternal love for him. Now, they were together, united in one purpose: reclaiming the man they cherished.
As their meeting ended, they each left one by one, the once lively room now eerily silent.
{Poor room 🥲}
