Other side of the portal, Pietro was waiting anxiously for Wanda's return.
Just as he was waiting he saw wanda walk out of a portal.
"Wanda! what happened to your arm"?. He asked warily when he saw wanda was missing one of her arms.
" This? No need to worry ", Wanda's missing arm instantly regenerated. The blood stained white robe disappeared in a puff of smoke,she was back in a red dress again.
" By the way do you want me to fix your arm"?, Wanda asked as she looked at Pietro's left sleeve that was empty.
Pietro was surprised hearing this, "thanks for asking but I prefer it stays this way", this scar was like a reminder of the past to him.
Wanda nodded, she understood that somethings were better left the way they were.
They walked back in the tower. They needed rest after a long journey.
The next morning, somewhere on a green field, Wanda and Pietro were basking in the sun, the golden lights washing away their fatigue.
The two were lost in their thoughts.
Pietro was first to break the silence, "Wanda i want to be stronger" He said "I also want to roam free, walk on the endless multiverse".
After meeting Wanda and knowing about countless worlds, he wanted to visit them and see their wonders. He yearned for adventure. And for this he needed absolute strength.
Wanda felt his desire for venture and strength from Pietro's words.
She sat up and tucked her legs under her.
"Pietro, put your head on my lap", Pietro was bewildered and his cheeks turned little red but he complied nonetheless.
Wanda placed her fingers on the sides of his tample. Her hands glowed slightly red as she transferred all the knowledge about laws of time, after all time and speed are in a way are coequal.
A few incense time later Pietro opened his eyes, he lifted his head up from Wanda's soft thighs. He shook his head, his head felt a little crowded.
When the pain dulled he stared at Wanda, "thanks"

After that they both fell into silence.
" Well I'll go and practice", Pietro broke the silence and slowly jogged towards the field.
First he jogged then ran then slowly his speed increased then until finally his image disappeared.
'His speed has increased to my brother's level', Wanda thought as she watched Pietro run. The law of time boosted his level instantly.
While Pietro was practicing Wanda stood up and conjured a portal. She stepped through the portal and came to the other side.
Before her a pristine gate came to view. She pushed the gate and walked in. At the moment the school field was completely empty, the students were probably in class right now. Soon she walked into the academy building.
At the moment Pietro was with colossus, shadowcat, rogue, Kurt and others in the danger room.
"Hey, Pietro where did Wanda go, I haven't seen her since a month", shadowcat asked "I'm quite worried about her"
"She didn't tell me but I'm sure wherever she is fine", Pietro was also little worried but he was sure she will be fine.
Just as Pietro was talking he saw Wanda enter through the door.
" Wanda"!!! Pietro excitedly ran towards Wanda and hugged her.
Wanda also wrapped her hand around her brother.
"I missed you brother", Wanda's voice was low as she embraced her brother.
"I missed you too", he said, " Where have you been all this time, we were worried about you"
"I will tell you but first let me aske you something" Wanda pushed Pietro and stepped back.
"Brother will you come with me", there was slight quiver in her voice.
" Where"? Pietro asked in puzzlement.
"A place where you might never see them again", wanda looked at Anna and others. Even though her time with them was brief it will always be in her memories.
Wanda's words put Pietro in a dilemma. Should he choose his friends or his family.
After some contemplating he made his decision firmly.
"Wanda, I will stay", Pietro said, " Besides I don't think you will feel comfortable enacting your evil plans when I'm with you ".he smiled.
Wanda's eyes dimmed after hearing Pietro's words.

" Did you guys fight "?

Pietro didn't ask anything further about Wanda's reunion, "any plans"
Wanda nodded, "we need a scientist, after all doing everything on my own is exhausting".
Wanda waved her hand and a portal materialized before them.
They stepped through the portal and came to a bustling city street.
