CHAPTER 8
Chris's was surprised by her well shaped body but at this moment he knew he had to close the door, he closed the door still surprised while the maid was blushing while embarrassed as she got in the bathtub full with water but she had a smirk on her face.
Chris was about to take a turn downstairs when he met her mother who seemed to have heard a girl screaming so she asked Chris about it
"what is going on?, Chris I know you heard it what happened?"
The woman said as she waved her long hair to her back while Chris was trying to make up some lie to get out of this mess as he thought of it in his head.
"if.. If I tell her the truth w-would I get in big trouble plus mom always over react and jump to impossible conclusions... What should I do?..."
Chris's mother saw that Chris was being quiet for too long as she tabbed his shoulder 3 times while annoyed.
" do you hear me right now?, I know you can,now answer my question what is going on upstairs!? "
Chris's body vibrated to the tabs on his shoulder as he was snapped back to reality but now the question stood in front of him waiting for an answer, Chris finally opened his mouth.
" it was a mistake.. I didn't mean to-"
Before Chris could finish his sentence her mother shoved him to the side when she arrived at the second floor she saw a broken Vase, she looked back at Chris.
"ohh so you broke my Vase, I told you to not touch it, look now I have to replace it"
She picked up the pieces as she went downstairs but Chris was left shocked, he didn't expect that out of anything he felt relieved.
He then went back to the second floor in excitement but thinking to himself.
"who broke the Vase.. Ohh well he or she saved my life.. Gotta celebrate this moment.. Or probably formally apologising to her"
Chris stopped as she saw the maid who was now wearing her working uniform, the room went silent when they saw each other as they both looked away when they made eye contact, it was an awkward moment.
But Chris opened his mouth while the maid did the same as they spoke the same words at the same time.
"I didn't mean to... I should've done.."
"I didn't mean to... I should've Done.."
They both blushed as she let Chris speak his mind.
"I'm so sorry.. I should've knocked first.."
Chris said while he ran his hands on his hair while the maid quickly responded
"please.. It was my mistake for showering so late in the morning"
She looks down blushing while Chris felt relieved that this matter, was finally resolved.
"guess we are cool yeahh?"
Chris said as he extended his hand to her while she extended her hand to him forming a formal handshake as they both chuckled.
"if you need something I'll be downstairs"
The maid said as she rushes down stairs but passing Chris's mother who was already at the stairs going up, Chris mother got to the second floor as she was pissed as she held Chris's ear tightly and her nails squeezed his ear.
"your grounded"
