Grand Line, an unknown island.
The sea wind howled, whipping sand into the air. Dark clouds loomed overhead, as if cursing this forgotten, desolate island. At the edge of the island, a group of shadowy figures surrounded a woman with emerald-green hair.
"That ship docked by the shore... it's yours, isn't it? You human traffickers!" The young woman raised her sword toward the men in front of her, her voice echoing across the island.
"I was so stupid!!!"
"You all looked shady from the start, and I still fell for your trap!"
Despite being in danger, her attitude was unyielding, as if she possessed the power to change her fate.
The traffickers laughed at her, their eyes gleaming with malice as they brandished their blades.
"You really are stupid. Only realizing it when you saw our ship."
The leader of the traffickers licked his lips, his voice dripping with vulgar amusement.
"Don't bother struggling. With your strength, you can't resist us."
He tapped his blade against his palm, his greedy eyes scanning the woman's body as if she were already his.
"That hair, that skin, that figure... you're a real beauty!" His eyes sparkled as if imagining her under his control.
The woman faced the traffickers' leering gazes and dirty smiles without flinching.
"If I'm harmed, my value will drop, won't it?!"
But the traffickers didn't care. Their eyes were filled with nothing but desire and greed.
"Behind you is the sea! There's no way you can escape us! Just give up."
"No! I still have a way out!" Her voice carried anger and disgust.
'Is this the end...? It seems I'll have to leap into the future again...' The woman prepared to use her last resort to escape.
"..."
Suddenly, a young girl's scream echoed from the sky.
"Waaaaah!!!"
Everyone looked up to see three figures descending from the sky, landing gently on the island with a soft breeze.
"..."
"I told you not to fly so fast! My heart's about to jump out of my chest!"
The girl clutched her chest, gasping for breath, her legs giving out as she collapsed to the ground.
"We were in a hurry," Renji said, scratching his nose sheepishly. "I did let you rest every now and then..."
"Resting doesn't make up for the torture of your speed..." The girl looked around at the unfamiliar island. "Where are we now?"
"Uh..." Renji frowned, also unsure of their location.
Suddenly, he spotted a group of people not far away and smiled. Perfect, someone to ask for directions.
"I'll go ask for directions. You two stay here and rest."
Acier leaned weakly against a coconut tree, waving his hand. He was in worse shape than his daughter, unable to speak.
"..."
"Stay back!"
The woman surrounded by traffickers saw the man who had landed on the island approaching and shouted in warning.
Renji ignored her and continued walking, his eyes curiously scanning the traffickers.
"Excuse me, we're trying to leave this area. Do you know where we are?"
The traffickers exchanged glances, then burst into mocking laughter.
"Oh, you want to leave this area?" one of them sneered. "That's not easy, but we're kind-hearted. We can help you, as long as you come with us. We'll make sure you get out."
"Sigh... you shouldn't have come..."
The woman sighed. In this situation, she'd have to take these three with her into the future.
"I just wanted to ask for directions..." Renji said, spreading his hands as the traffickers closed in.
"We know. Like we said, we'll take you out."
The traffickers raised chains, ready to bind the two and take them away.
The woman's eyes flickered with anxiety as she scanned the traffickers, looking for an opening to escape with the man.
But Renji's eyes gleamed with mischief. "Since you don't want to be reasonable, I guess I have no choice..."
Just as the traffickers moved to attack, Renji vanished from his spot.
He dodged the first chain with ease, then lunged at the nearest trafficker with unexpected speed.
A heavy punch landed on the trafficker's jaw with a dull thud, sending him crashing to the ground.
"Waaaaah!!!"
"Oh my god! It's a monster!!!"
The other traffickers panicked, turning to flee.
"Trying to run now?" Renji's lips curled into a cold smile. "Too late!"
Renji moved like the wind, sweeping through the traffickers with devastating force.
Each punch and kick carried destructive power, leaving the traffickers no chance to fight back.
One by one, they fell to the ground, leaving only chaos in their wake.
"I was too hasty..."
The woman stared in shock.
She had thought this man was just an ordinary person who had stumbled into the wrong place, but she never expected him to be so fierce and powerful.
"..."
"I heard a woman... cough cough..."
"Calling for help... cough..."
A bloated figure, resembling a ball, emerged from the sea, clutching two swords. His face, tangled with seaweed, looked like a monster from the deep.
The woman and Renji stared in astonishment at this sudden apparition, their hearts filled with surprise.
They hadn't expected such a creature to be hiding in the sea.
"Who dares cause trouble in these waters?!" the monster bellowed.
Then, the figure collapsed heavily onto the ground in front of them.
"Is this monster some kind of joke?"
Renji walked over to the figure and poked it. Unsurprisingly, there was no reaction.
Huh, the monster's body was quite elastic...
"..."
The woman gently approached Renji, her eyes filled with gratitude. She bowed deeply.
"Thank you. You saved my life." Her voice trembled, but her words were sincere and heartfelt.
"Without you, we would have been captured by those men."
Renji nodded slightly, his eyes showing a hint of kindness.
"It was nothing. Besides, they were planning to attack me too."
"Strictly speaking, I was just defending myself."
Olga finally caught her breath. As she passed the fallen traffickers, she gasped.
"You asked for directions and ended up killing them all?"
Renji shrugged. "They wanted to sell me. Should I have treated them to a feast?"
Olga didn't dwell on the traffickers. When she saw the woman beside Renji, her eyes widened.
"Such a beautiful person..."
The woman smiled gently and bowed.
"My name is Toki... It's nice to meet you. Please take care of me!"
