Chapter 6 - Title: Chronicles of Azure

Chronicles of Azure – Chapter 6: Secrets of the Monolith

---

Scene 1: A Voice from the Past

The glowing monolith pulsed with energy, casting eerie blue light over the ruins. Lyria, breathing heavily from using her powers, stepped forward.

Kael put a hand on her shoulder. "You sure about this?"

Lyria didn't answer. She felt something pulling her forward, as if the monolith was calling her.

Iris frowned. "This place is ancient. If you wake some undead king, I'm leaving."

Lyria ignored them and touched the monolith.

The moment her fingers met the surface—

A surge of memories flooded her mind.

Scene 2: The Truth of Azure

Suddenly, Lyria wasn't in the ruins anymore. She was floating in a sea of stars, surrounded by echoes of the past.

A voice spoke—a woman's voice, soft but filled with power.

"You were never meant to be found."

Lyria turned, and before her stood a holographic projection of a scientist, dressed in old Celestial Order robes. The woman had silver hair—just like Lyria's.

"You are Project Azure. The last of the Primordial Children."

Lyria's breath caught. "Primordial… Children?"

The hologram continued. "You are not entirely human. You were created to wield the energy of the stars themselves—the power of gravity, time, and space."

Lyria clutched her head. Flashes of memories surfaced—scientists experimenting on her, voices calling her "the key," and then—her escape.

Lyria whispered, "That's why they want me."

The hologram nodded. "The Celestial Order fears what you can become."

Then—the vision shattered.

Scene 3: The Order Arrives

Lyria collapsed, gasping. Kael caught her before she hit the ground.

"Hey! What happened?" Kael asked.

Before she could answer, a sharp hum filled the air.

Kael turned—and saw Rai Kurogane standing at the edge of the ruins, flanked by Celestial Enforcers.

Rai's red eye locked onto Lyria. "It's time to come with us."

Kael growled. "Like hell she is."

Iris spun her shock pistol. "Yeah, sorry, but kidnapping's not a good look."

Rai sighed, unsheathing Stormfang. "You don't understand. If she doesn't surrender, it won't just be the Order hunting her. The entire world will."

Kael tightened his grip on his Aether Blades. "Then I guess we fight the world."

Rai's eye glowed red. "So be it."

Lightning cracked as the battle began.
