She wondered how happy Lorisa must 've been when they saw her blooded body that day,was she or Davis remorseful? She was sure of how glad they'll be, after all, she was like an obstruction to their lives. Thinking she was dead was probably their conception
They call themselves "family" in her manner of thinking, the word "family" neither "love" was nothing but a word as it is
Her mother Alisha Astor left her in this cruel world ever since then like the gust of wind Eliana never mentioned family in her life she called them "pretenders" obviously there was no better that fit them . She blindly made one mistake and that was falling for Davis Roosevelt. Eliana swiftly smiled

"How foolish was i"Eliana uttered inwardly, his name only left that blank space in her, even the thought of his name makes her feel the urge to throw up it felt like she just swallowed a whole bottle of spoiled milk. Back then she would feel butterflies in her tommy but this time she could only feel disgusted.
"Am sorry miss but you 're in the wrong ward,this room is already booked by an important guest so please you should take your leave the nurses around could help you locate the right ward" The voices of Lorisa and the nurse conversation snapped her back to reality
Eliana couldn't help but listen further
"Am at the wrong ward?" Lorisa mockery voice sounded "do you have any idea who I'm? I insist this 's the ward my boyfriend booked. You must be new around here, so let me tell you, VIP guest 're not to be mess with,if you love your job so much then step out of my way..I'm way important than some guest inside" she lashed at the nurse sarcastically
The sound of her heels colliding with the floor could be heard, tapping at the end of her sentence
"Am sorry miss unless you want security dragging you out of here then you can keep arguing,I stand by my words. This room has been occupied by another guest, please I suggest you take your leave.. and don't cause a.....
Lorisa non chanlant voice rang out thunderously with anger and embarrassment "you really don't know me,do you? Let me introduce myself I'm Lorisa Torres,my brother in law 's Davis Roosevelt,am sure you must 've heard about my sister death,I was having depression I just lost my sister and I've been going through alot so he'd to book an appointment,a comfortable moment,a VIP ward for me. Eliana stolled approaching the door
But just as her hands wrap around the door knob
The voice of Dr.Clyde echoed outside
"Miss Torres,this attitude of yours has gone too far and unbearable, treating workers here without respect 's considered violating the hospital rules....
"And who're you? Do you know who I am Mr? My boyfriend booked a VIP ward,am an important guest.., and this bitch here dares stand in my way,this's outrageous!!!!!! My brother in law 's Davis Roosevelt!!" Lorisa yelled furiously stopping his next sentence mid air
"Miss I advise not to create a scene. You met with Dr Evan, didn't you? Your ward miss 's ,No 2309, this's 1504, you 're in the wrong ward..."Dr Clyde clarified
"So?" Lorisa challenged
"Miss, your treatment here has been terminated, please I insist you take your leave, calling the security would make matters worst!!!!...."Dr Clyde emphasized strictly his tone serious
"How dare you punk!!! I'm a VIP guest,I want to see who's in there that you claim important....." Lorisa finished her sentence as she attempt to barged on the door
But no sooner did security Walk in dragging her helpless yet proud as a peacock self out
Eliana fingers on the knob clenched with a grimace on her face, what a pretender!!!!! Lorisa came for a check up depressed on her supposed death. Her lies didn't pass her sight, This was the very same bitch she 'd learn to leave with back then she 'd yearn for the opportunity to get out of their clutches and finally she did.

I'm probably sure I'll scare the shit out of her if she sees me alive..." Her words were brief while her hands fix on the pocket of her hospital gown
"It must be really tough for you,I understand your situation, your discharge information 're already prepared " Dr Clyde said with a nod lending Eliana an envelope
"There 're all in. Including my business card. If you need assistance, don't hesitate to call or at least for a check up.." He added
"I'd love to, thanks " Eliana accepted with a slight nod staring at the envelope then back to him
Before she finally realized something" This 's a VIP ward.. how did....
"Let say you 're quite lucky"Dr Clyde shortly cut in " since you're discharged and ready to get back home,is there anyone you want or can contact, any relatives...?..
"He/she must be really rich "Eliana muttered inwardly
It's just so not appealing that this person did much for her and she barely 've a second to compliment or rather compensate her saviour, not even his or her name was identified

"Miss Eliana"Dr Clyde called back her attention
Eliana soon came back to her senses recalling his last statement, she gave a warm smile "yes there's just one, please can you lend me your phone...

"Hello? Who's this...

An ear-piercing sound followed from the other end of the line the sound of brakes pressed hard making a loud noises violently

A frown displayed on Kylian face as his fingers typed on his laptop, the vibration of his phone interrupted in less than a second and he let out a grunt when he saw it was his grandfather 's butler that was calling for the eleventh time that morning
He declined the call his gaze fix on his work he switched to a file close by inspecting the details
No sooner did his phone started to vibrate again
Kylian massaged his forehead not failing to release another grunt as his eyes met with the caller id: Grandfather
He connected the call and stretched out his words audibly " you act like a nuisance, Old man.." He said coldly and a soft scoffed sounded at the end of the other line
"You 're unbelievable Kylian..." His Grandfather complained harshly
Kylian emotionless eyes remain on the file flipping and his humour barely concerned on his grandfather nagging " why did you call.." He asked breezily
"Your Old man has been grumbling all through today, he's not in a good mood.." The voice of his grandfather butler sounded as he tried to explain but then another voice joined
Kylian slender finger tapped on the file when his grandfather snatched the phone and started to complain. "Kylian,I mean what I said the other day. My birthday 's almost near and I don't want any present , anything else than what I discussed. I've never joked on issues like this, you know that.. and you still don't know how far I'm gonna make sure you accept this. If you don't. I'll come to your headquarters,yes the rooftop and jump off the building to make sure its shut down for eternity!!!!!! " He ranted, making Kylian cold eyes deepened and the frown on his face still there
"Grandpa, let's just talk about this before you do anything silly like that. I'm on my way to your house in the next five minutes" Kylian tried to convince but he snapped
"If it's not with a bride, consider your request cancelled. Bring a bride then we can walk things out!!!!" His Grandfather was like a pain in his ass
He has been like this for a while but not this intense. He was hellbent this day and not giving Kylian a breathing space
Kylian lean harder on the passenger seat,he was on his way to a board meeting with some group of counsels and unexpectedly his grandfather nagging never changed " wait at least till your birthday..if you want a bride that much then get married yourself"
His Grandfather paused when he heard that and seem to be calming down " this better not be a trick ,if it is, I'll drag you to your own wedding with a tranquillizer gun aim at your neck.Just hope you already have someone in mind. I want to see my daughter in law Kylian, make it snappy " He answered skeptically and Kylian snorted
"Don't be too impatient, just wait till your birthday "
Damn. That did made his grandfather stay put but considering the situation he was,was even worst. He hadn't even thought of getting the word marriage in his mind, not even after his grandfather words on the last day he visited. He wasn't expecting the Old man being serious this far
And besides he'd never loved the idea of getting married
"Okay, grandson. I'm waiting.." This time his grandfather sounded more reasonable but a stern tone at the end making Kylian a little relieved and at the same time utterly in disbelief of his own words
He let out a sigh of relief after that tight section. His grandfather was the only one who could stir up trouble for him since he was the only other hand left after the death of his father , the only one who supported him till now
Though Kylian never change from his Cold, bloody, arrogant self. He cherishes his childish and sometimes real serious grandfather who could be as disturbing as a child at the same time.
"You 've no one in mind, do you? " Dean his assistant driving coughed out purposely
Kylian pass him a glare "don't tell him" His eyes swept back to his laptop
Dean nodded "sure" He paused his gaze on the road and continued "Clyde called concerning the lady of that night. She successfully survived the surgery and she 's fine and as we speak discharged. She seems to be curious about her mysterious saviour...
Kylian cold expression didn't change as he replied carelessly" how's that my problem..
Dean didn't bother to press on the issue further but couldn't help but ask "Ain't you curious of her name?
Kylian brows joined before he looked down at his wristwatch and then raised his eyes back to his screen" why would I be?" His cod voice retorted
Dean glance back and gulped down nervously before murmuring his next word knowing his boss reaction
"Should 'nt still at least know something about her saviour.ooh and her name 's Eliana...
A deep frown fell o Kylian face when he heard that. His sharp gaze landed on him, his cold metallic eyes just as ever which makes chills run down Dean spines" one more word,I'll forget the fact that you're my assistant...
