Roman has secured his new castle. His move in date is in two weeks. Now its time to focus on other investments. He needs to find a contractor to fix up the duplex he just bought. Then there is the matter of the hotel. He needs to file paperwork in order to establish his company.
Roman thought long and hard on rather he should start a LLC. He needs a name for the LLC and to file the proper paperwork. Thing is he doesn't know exactly where to start. He only knows one person that has started a business.
"I should give Nicole a call." Roman thought to himself staring at his phone screen.
The phone call itself was rather quick. They schedule to meet up the next day. Nicole was taking a personal day. She been burning the candle at both ends for so long. Her body was aching all the time.
Isabella was still going to out of town for two more days. He asked Morgan to look after the twins while he got some work done.
The seller of the hotel building was eager to move forward. All that needed to be done was the closing paperwork.
Ben returned to the office after showing Roman the house. He was only the one there. The building was so quiet. Normally it's a madhouse in here. The phones ringing off the hook. Other realtors scrambling to close deals. His boss in and out of the common area to update the listing broad. Then there was the success siren. A big green button that played a loud siren when a realtor closed a deal.
Before Ben met Roman, he hated that damn button. His blood began to boil every time someone hit that damn thing. That all change a couple of days ago. For the first time he was the one getting pats on the back. He was the target of everyone's congratulations. He was finally able to understand why people loved that button. It meant that all your hard work had paid off. All the open houses and stagging. All the design discussions. The late nights and head scratching had finally paid off.
Ben was working so hard to start his own company. He was building his database under the umbrella of his current employer. Then would branch out on his own. After all real estate is a contact driven business. Relationships are the most important aspect of the real estate business.
Ben figured it would take years to build those relationships. Now with Roman's help it seems he will be able to build his brand faster. Ben was at his desk typing away. The bell above the door rang.
Ben's boss Shelia came into the office. Shelia is over 6 foot with long red hair. She has green eyes, freckles, and a curvy body.
Shelia was surprised to see Ben.
They exchanged polite greetings before Shelia went into her office. Ben was still working away. His phone rang.
It is the seller of the hotel building. They could meet with Ben and Roman on Monday.
Ben said he would reach out to Roman to tell him about the meeting.
Ben shot Roman a quick text. Roman replied in no time at all.
Ben worked for about two more then left the office.

Roman was excited to meet the seller. For the moment though he needs to focus on the duplex. The duplex needs so much work. The floors need to be done. The bathrooms could use some work. The appliances need to be updated.
He spent a lot of time calling around to get estimates.

The notification on the screen brought a smile to Roman's face. He felt the excitement grow in him. Not too long ago he was living paycheck to paycheck. He was working crazy overtime to save up for a new car. His sister was in bad situation. He was able to change his life because of this system.
He is on his way to growing an empire. An empire that will be passed down to future generations. His sister will be able to do whatever she wants in life. His future children will not know the same struggles he did. They won't experience nights without food. They won't have to do homework by candlelight because the lights are off. They will never know what it feels like to hide under the bed because bullets are flying outside. They won't know the pain that he has known.
Roman will be the kind of father he never had. He will be present and loving. He won't make excuses. He will be stern but also give his children room to make mistake. He won't be judgmental. He will prioritize time with his children over money. He knows from experience money is okay, but the time is what children value. A child will value a chance to make memories over being treated like a bill.
He would've love for his father to take to an NFL game. He would've love to his father at one of his school events. He remembers the feeling when his friend's fathers pick them and his was nowhere to be found. He remembers the nights his mother cried because she was struggling to provide. The nights she was at the table staring at bill and wiping her tears he Roman came into the room. The images are permanently burned into his mind.
