Arnold eyes torn any shed of self-respect he had going for him goosebumps emerged all over his body "now without leaving any detail out explain to me what that out their"
His mind still under the influence of imprinted dread Alex narrated the events leading up to that point with cracks in his tone his breathing rhythm off
"That is why I left you at the watch tower to supervise and you almost ended the lives of many" Arnold tone swaying between calm to ferocious
"But commander who is that?" his tone baffled and who can blame with the scene that happened in front of him besides he wasn't for himself but also the sake of others
A long exhale escaped the commander's oral cavity, his gaze reminiscing about so distant you could only hope to reach, the motion of his gaze landed and the lid closed as the sound of a sharp air been retrieved was heard
"This happened 5 years ago…"

Blood slither down his face blurring his vision his body barely hold on the thread of life his senses triggering all sort of alarms to run, escape or even vanish but his body was already anesthetized so all feedback couldn't loop back.
The air slowly thinned out and a figured cladded in white dress shirt and pant, a pair of black tactical boots and gloves and finally finishing it up with a navy blue duster coat and fedora.
A tempestuous gaze absorbed the lad's demeanor filling him with derision as a subtle mumble escaped his lips
"You have brought dishonor to family and to me one too many time because of how pathetic you've made us look, your weakness is a weed we need to eradicate before it does any more harm than good"
Hearing this the trembling stopped his heart strained the atmosphere felt heavier than three millstones stacked upon each other but the weight felt lighter than usual his gaze found a focus and ascended as he looked at the man before him
"I hereby discharge you of your family name, responsibilities, and opportunities that comes with it, you are no longer the son of this family nor region" his tone has no sort of hesitation nor any form of fluctuation
The statement echoed intensifying the atmosphere, the lad who was on his knees slowly comprehending the verdict passed on him, his body yielded the last bit strength left within it, his gaze looked around looking for any anchor to hang on but he discovered that he was drifting into the void.
Two sergeant took him by the arm their movement wavered because they felt no form of resistance the exchanged glance before dragging him out of the mansion.
His feet barely left the floor, his gaze didn't ascend neither did the shackle of hesitation hold on to him the shadow underneath and around him expanded his body embraced by the gentle but sharp air, the ember of life in his eyes wane all that was left was the comfort of cold.
The sound of the gate shutting snapped him back and then he became aware and scenario recoiled in mind causing a minor backlash resulting in his legs almost giving out
He held on to one of the bar of the gate as his gaze looked up once again looking for an anchor yet only the void was present, his grip loosen and his hands fell and his gaze descended
His feet held down by the weight of the void his body dragged back by loss and his ember of liveliness snuff out followed the direction of his only companion and found himself by the border and the wild world
Hesitation gripped his legs his body shackled by reluctance once again but his companion pulled him out and one of his feet landed on the other side and without warning his body followed suit and a new sensation dawned on him
This sensation made his body lighter, weight upon him were lifted his pulse travelled through his entire body and each sound reverberates louder than the previous, breathing became faster and uneven
He took one step further and another then another the pace kept increasing his body no longer listening to him the feeling of autonomy overwhelmed him

"That is how he became the outcast of khar'gixx" his tone sober his demeanor heavy, instantly he snapped back and his gaze turned strict "but unlike that day his entire presence has become that of a wild beast and I believe I don't need to explain to you what I mean since you have experienced it"
Alex's guzzle echoed "yes sir you don't need to remind me" his voice quavering but he shrugged and saluted "permission to return to station" Arnold's head tiled a bit his gaze narrowed examining Alex present state and he flickered his hands
Alex walked out locking the door behind him instantly his body melted his fingers trembling violently his breath sharp but shuddering the lad's impression still lingered at the corner of his mind
He pulled himself together and walked to his post. Some time passed the sun had started to descend from its peak but the events from earlier still lingered around as whispers disperse from mouth to the other
Not long one of the sergeant approached Alex "hey man, what was it like?" his tone inquisitive, "what was what like?" acting oblivious to the question thrown at him
"You know what I mean you were the on closest to him" he probe further "come on man spill most of the guys heard about it and think it just a bluff"
Alex raised an eyebrow his lids seals and he left out a long exaggerated breathe "it felt like I was been hunted, there was no form of opening what so ever and the ones available felt like a trap, if I had eaten the bait I might have not known the next second"
His voice sounded grave and a shrilling atmosphere descended in the midst of them all, the heat their body produced turned cold instantly washing off the color off their face
"You're kidding, right?" the sergeant chuckled but his eyes held his true meaning and subtlety his body shivered and unconsciously widen the distance between him and Alex.
This didn't go unnoticed "feeling edgy , sergeant ?" his tone sounded gleeful at least this dread has been transferred successfully "what cold feet? Me? You much be crazy" he didn't handle what Alex told quite well and yes his feet were frozen solid "I don't know what rubbish you're sprouting but if it were me right there and then I would have knocked him out" the confidence in his tone made Alex open his moth and tilt his "i hate to alarm you but he is right behind you"
His flight or fight trigger was activated and he choose the flight option and sprinted this cause many sergeant to hold their bellies and gasp for air lifting the tense atmosphere
Although the atmosphere was lively the dread lingered in the deepest corner of his man for this threat wasn't something he could easily ignore, he looked ahead what the sun come in contact with the horizon.
