Sorry about the long wait, things have gotten insanely weird.
I just... didn't want to write, express my feeling of sadness. I know I sound insane, like "Why are you sad, bro? You finally made it out!"
But I just feel so empty. Surely there was something I could do?
But we made it. Africa, the last refuge, the place everyone said was safe.
I should feel relieved. But I don't.
Because the war didn't end when we ran. The Project is still out there. The bots are still hunting. And something tells me that Mason's part in this isn't over yet.
Whatever happens next...?
