"Suu... suu..."
(So warm...)
In the quiet bedroom, the sound of breathing seemed unusually loud. I awoke, stirred by the heat surrounding me.
(Too close…)
An arm was loosely draped around my neck, holding me tightly in a gentle embrace.
The arm belonged to Misago, whose chest I was half-buried in. The faint scent of sweat, traces of the hot spring, the inescapable heat between our bodies, the softness of bare skin touching—everything made my head spin.
For the record, the futon had been kicked off and lay in some distant corner of the room.
Apparently, it had been so hot that even without the blanket, we were both drenched in sweat.
Oddly enough, the sweat had worked like a remedy; the fatigue I'd felt when I went to sleep had vanished completely.
Also, there was another heat source behind me. That would be Hachikuma-san. Somehow soft, yet solid—an odd but reassuring warmth.
(Can't move...)
Wrapped in a gentle prison of soft flesh and affection, resistance felt not only impossible—it felt unnecessary.
(It's still dark out... maybe I shouldn't wake them…)
It wasn't so much that I couldn't move—I just didn't want to. Not when everything felt so perfect. Sure, the position made breathing a bit difficult, but the softness against my skin, the vulnerable closeness of their sleeping face—everything about it overwhelmed my senses.
I owed them so much. And after being told I was loved—after indulging so deeply in that love—I wasn't heartless enough to pretend otherwise.
(Pretty sure Yata-chan planned all of this…)
In my mind's eye, I pictured Yata-chan's sly, knowing smile—the kind that didn't match her youthful appearance.
No ropes. No cages. Just warmth and affection. A kind of bond that only forms between a man and a woman.
Maybe it's because I wasn't popular before, but now... I couldn't even imagine letting this go.
(Alright, you win…)
I might've been played, but it didn't feel like a loss. If anything, this felt like a reward.
Even the way those guests treated me... I wasn't just somebody here. I was someone special. Maybe more than I realized.
Chirp, chirp...
The sky was still dark, but birds were already singing. Dawn was just around the corner.
Ggghh...
And... yeah. I'd woken up hard. Like, really hard.
(Can I... live up to expectations?)
Honestly, I was happy. Back when I was burned out, I couldn't even get morning wood. That was depressing as hell.
Even without a partner, it's a basic sign of health. Without it, you're screwed—literally and figuratively.
For now, though, I was doing great.
Still, weren't their arms going numb?
If my head was tucked into the crook of their shoulder, it should be fine. But if I'd accidentally put weight on them... honeymoon paralysis is no joke.
With that thought, I carefully shifted my body, trying to slip out from Misago's arms without waking her.
Funi… plop…
As I moved, her yukata slipped open just a bit. Right in front of me... a rather tantalizing sight.
Beautiful. And... delicious-looking.
I knew I shouldn't, but still...
Just a little. Just gentle.
I convinced myself it was fine.
Pak—
I softly pressed my lips to her skin. Just a small, affectionate nibble.
"Hyann~♪"
Even half-asleep, she reacted adorably. Like striking a bell—her voice rang out sweet and clear.
Startled, I looked up... and locked eyes with a now-wide-awake Misago, her gaze sharp and intense.
"That was payback."
Chuu~
Before I could react, she kissed me. Way more boldly than before.
"Looks like someone's feeling energetic this morning."
With dreamy eyes, she ran her hand over my very obvious morning problem.
"When did you wake up?" I asked, trying to steer the conversation, overwhelmed by the sudden role reversal.
"Right around when your breathing changed. Figured you were awake."
"I see…"
Apparently, she'd been watching everything. I flushed, feeling like she'd seen right through me—but it's not like I had anything to hide.
And really, what was I trying to hide, anyway?
"This time…"
She pulled me close again—then, with a roll of her whole body, flipped us over. Suddenly, she was on top.
"I'll be the one taking the lead, okay?"
The sun had begun to rise, casting a dim light across the room. Even in the shadows, I could tell Misago was blushing furiously—but she licked her lips with confidence, clearly enjoying this.
Out of the corner of my eye, I caught a glimpse of Hachikuma-san stealthily scooting away. She gave us a silent round of applause—totally a Yata-chan influence, no doubt.
"Be gentle with me…"
Apparently, it was my turn to be ravished. Like a fish on the chopping block, I resigned myself to my fate.
And boy, did they both take me for all I was worth.
But hey—our skin was practically glowing afterward.
Turns out... one of them might actually be a succubus or something.
Not that I mind. I do have a thing for sexy girls.
And that's how my morning started—utterly drained, basking in post-lovemaking clarity. Classic "real-life protagonist" moment.
