Every time Uchiha Madara controlled the half-formed skeletal Susanoo to deliver a devastating blow, it inflicted severe damage on Mito in her Tailed Beast form. Each forceful punch caused bursts of crimson-red chakra from the Nine-Tails to spill out uncontrollably!

As Madara prepared to bring down his skeletal Susanoo once more, a resounding boom echoed through the battlefield. A massive, grotesque fox claw—larger and more menacing than before—blocked the bone fist of Madara's Susanoo.
"Oh? So you've gone full Nine-Tails?"
Madara sneered, looking down with disdain, as if the unleashing of the Nine-Tails posed no threat whatsoever.
The Nine-Tails-empowered Mito let out an ear-splitting roar—a primal, savage howl that no human could replicate!
This brutal cry reverberated throughout Konoha under the night sky. While Madara remained utterly unfazed, the observing shinobi of Konoha were horrified. As for the civilians evacuating to safer areas, many nearly wet themselves in terror!
With all nine tails released, Mito's body grew even larger. Fueled by the malevolent crimson-red chakra, her fox-like form swelled like an inflating balloon, reaching a size comparable to Madara's half-formed skeletal Susanoo.
"ROAR!"
Another ferocious roar erupted as the Nine-Tails-empowered Mito swung its other claw toward Madara's skeletal Susanoo. The second arm of the Susanoo intercepted the attack.
Blue and red—the two colossal figures clashed, their overwhelming forces causing the ground between them to crack and splinter apart!
The shinobi of Konoha watched this battle unfold with mixed emotions of fear and hope.
They were relieved to see Mito holding her own against Madara but feared what might happen if she lost control to the Nine-Tails' rage. What then?
However, their relief quickly turned to terror.
The Nine-Tails-empowered Mito was no match for Madara. Under his command, the skeletal Susanoo overpowered her completely, slamming her massive body violently onto the ground!
BOOM! The impact sent tremors through the earth, kicking up clouds of dust and debris. The skeletal Susanoo raised its fist again, now enveloped in dense blue chakra, and delivered a crushing blow to the back of the Nine-Tails-empowered Mito's neck!
CRASH! The force of the strike nearly forced the demonic fox's eyes out of its sockets. Inside the gargantuan Nine-Tails form, Mito's neck had been snapped by Madara's punch!
Paralyzed and gravely injured, Mito collapsed into unconsciousness.
Seizing the opportunity while Mito lay weakened, the Nine-Tails broke free from its seal!
KABOOM! A surge of crimson-red chakra exploded in front of Madara, casting ominous red light into the sky. The resulting shockwave pushed the skeletal Susanoo back several steps!
Off to the side, Hiruzen Sarutobi stared wide-eyed at the blinding crimson glow illuminating the horizon. His pupils contracted as he muttered anxiously:
"This is bad... (bcfd)..."
Almost as if validating Hiruzen's words, the figure of the monstrous Nine-Tails emerged from the towering crimson light—its nine tails lashing wildly, its mountainous body brimming with chaotic crimson chakra!
"ROAR! I'm finally free!"
The Nine-Tails stood before everyone in its true form, roaring to the heavens and speaking in a guttural voice:
"Konoha! You're all going to die!"
KRAK! Its massive, razor-sharp forelimbs slammed into the ground, triggering quakes and fissures. The Nine-Tails roared again, venting decades of pent-up frustration and hatred after being sealed away!
Shockwaves and gale-force winds surged outward from the beast's mouth, forcing nearby Konoha shinobi to crouch low in defense, unable to stand upright.
No one blamed them. None of these ninja had ever faced the fully manifested Nine-Tails before. The sheer enormity and terror of this beast made their courage falter instantly.
In the distance, civilians who hadn't finished evacuating turned back to see the horrifying monster roaring under the night sky. Panic ensued as they screamed and fled chaotically toward bomb shelters, disregarding evacuation lines. The carefully maintained order established by the shinobi crumbled into chaos.
Watergate Monzen and Koharu Utatane, overseeing the evacuation efforts, felt despair wash over them upon seeing the unleashed Nine-Tails.
Deep underground in Root headquarters, a nervous shinobi reported to Danzo Shimura:
"Danzo-sama! The Nine-Tails has fully manifested!"
Danzo, pale-faced and sweating profusely, wiped his brow. Whether reassuring the Root operative or himself, he muttered:
"It'll be fine… It'll be fine. Let's just observe for now."
Once the hurricane-like shockwaves subsided, Hiruzen Sarutobi and the others finally managed to lift their heads.
Facing the grotesque visage of the Nine-Tails, they were at a loss for words.
A single question loomed in everyone's minds: How could they possibly subdue such a beast?
Tsunade was on the verge of collapse. When a tailed beast fully emerges from its jinchūriki host, the fate of the host becomes painfully clear.
She understood—her grandmother was likely doomed.
Glaring daggers at Hiruzen Sarutobi, Tsunade made no effort to hide her resentment.
