Lin Fan still couldn't wrap his head around what had just happened.
One moment, he was just some ordinary guy. The next, he had the body and powers of Majin Buu in the freaking Marvel Universe.
And now?
Thanos was dead.
His ship, Temple One—taken.
His army, surrendered.
His corpse, lying cold on the floor.
Lin Fan slumped back in the massive throne that once belonged to Thanos. His pink fingers tapped absently against the armrest as he took in the eerie silence.
It didn't feel real.
This was Thanos' ship. The same ship that had loomed over planets, the same place where entire civilizations had been wiped out with a single command.
And now? It belonged to him.
Lin Fan glanced at his hand, flexing his fingers. The power he held was absurd. He knew Majin Buu was broken, but experiencing it firsthand was something else entirely.
He had turned a giant alien warrior into chocolate… and eaten him.
The fact that he wasn't completely freaking out about that was probably a sign he was already changing.
A slow grin spread across his face.
Ebony Maw stepped forward and bowed deeply. "Master, what is your command?"
Right. They actually listen to me now.
It still felt surreal, but Lin Fan wasn't about to waste time overthinking it. Temple One was wrecked from the fight. If he wanted to do anything, the ship needed to be fixed.
"Get the ship running again. I want it operational as soon as possible."
Ebony Maw bowed. "As you command."
Lin Fan's eyes flickered to Nebula, standing silently to the side, her expression unreadable.
He wasn't stupid. He could tell she hated being here. But she hated Thanos more.
He sighed. "You go too. Take the soldiers. The faster this is done, the better."
Nebula didn't argue. She gave a curt nod and walked away, leading the warriors who once served the Mad Titan.
And then, just like that, Lin Fan was alone.
Alone with the throne. Alone with his thoughts.
Alone with Thanos' corpse.
His gaze settled on the massive, lifeless body nearby.
This was the guy who had wiped out half the universe in the movies. The big villain. The ultimate boss.
And he was dead.
Lin Fan had done what the Avengers had barely managed to pull off, and it wasn't even that hard.
The thought should have terrified him. Instead, it sent a thrill through his veins.
He ran a hand over his bald pink head.
Alright. What now?
He wasn't some grand strategist. He didn't have some master plan for conquering the galaxy.
Hell, he was winging this entire thing.
But even an idiot could tell how insanely broken Marvel's power system was.
There were people who could punch through planets, others who could rewrite reality, and then there were beings who could literally restart the universe.
Majin Buu was absurdly powerful. He could destroy planets with ease. But in a world with Infinity Stones and cosmic gods?
He wasn't sure where he stood.
And he really didn't want to find out the hard way.
His eyes flickered back to Thanos' corpse.
That had been nagging at him.
Thanos was strong, sure, but he wasn't unstoppable on his own. The real reason he became a threat was because of the Infinity Stones.
Those things could do anything—time travel, reality warping, instant death. If someone else got their hands on them…
Yeah. Not happening.
If there was one thing Lin Fan understood, it was power creep. And in Marvel, whoever has the Stones wins.
He cracked his knuckles. "Guess I'll collect them first."
That was easier said than done. If the Stones were easy to get, Thanos wouldn't have needed an entire movie to track them down.
Which meant he needed help.
That's when Lin Fan remembered something important.
Thanos had an empire.
The Dark Quadrant.
Not just some pirate fleet—an actual galactic superpower. If Thanos had ever cared about real conquest, he could have wiped out the Kree, Skrulls, and Shi'ar.
But he never did.
He was too busy with his "balance" obsession.
Lin Fan exhaled.
Well, I'm not Thanos.
If he wanted to survive in this insane universe, he needed all the resources he could get.
The Dark Quadrant was mine now.
And the Black Order?
They'd either kneel or die.
Lin Fan let that thought settle in.
This wasn't a dream. This wasn't a game.
This was real.
And for the first time since waking up in this world, he wasn't just reacting—he was deciding.
With the Infinity Stones out there, things were bound to get messy.
So before someone else made a move—
He would.
And the universe would never be the same.
