Chapter 11 - Chapter 11 The Sun Rises Over Clover – Public Reaction

Morning in the Clover Kingdom – The Breaking News

The next morning, all across the Clover Kingdom, something unusual happened.

For the first time in years, the front page of every major newspaper carried the same headline:

"PRINCE SOLIS TAKES THE THRONE—A NEW ERA BEGINS!"

The article detailed every shocking event from the Royal Parliament session:

• Solis Vermillion, Crown Prince, officially took the King's Seat as his substitute.

• Nobles were silenced under his overwhelming magic pressure.

• A new squad, the Sun Guard, was established, answerable only to the Wizard King.

• Increased funding for Magic Knights and reforms aimed at protecting commoners.

This revelation shook the kingdom to its core.

Public Reaction – Commoners & Forsaken Realm

In the Forsaken Realm, where people had long suffered under the neglect of the nobles, hope was rekindled.

At a small tavern in Hage Village, a group of villagers gathered, reading the paper.

"Did you hear? The Prince is actually doing something! He's fighting for us!"

"A noble, helping commoners? That's unheard of."

"And he even silenced the arrogant nobles in Parliament?" One man laughed. "I think I like him."

An elderly woman smiled, gripping her grandson's hand. "Maybe… maybe we finally have a ruler who cares."

In the city of Kikka, a group of young Magic Knights recruits stood in awe as they read the article.

"A new squad just to protect the commoners?"

"And answerable only to the Wizard King? That's actually genius!"

"I want to join it."

Noble Reactions – Panic and Fear

While the commoners celebrated, the nobles were in chaos.

At a lavish estate in the Noble Realm, a group of aristocrats gathered in a private meeting.

Duke Regulus Kira slammed his fist on the table. "He made a fool of us! In front of the entire kingdom!"

Marchioness Velda Roselle scoffed. "We should have never allowed him to rise. He's dangerous."

Count Darius clutched his forehead. "A squad outside noble control? What's next? Giving peasants the right to speak in Parliament?"

But one noble, Lord Alistair Faust, chuckled darkly.

"Gentlemen… you forget something." His smirk widened. "He may have won this round, but politics is not just about power. It's about control. And we still control the economy, the trade routes, and the flow of information."

The nobles nodded, already scheming. Solis had declared war on the old system—and they wouldn't go down without a fight.

Magic Knight Captains' Reactions

At the Magic Knights Headquarters, the Captains sat together, discussing the news.

Fuegoleon Vermillion smirked. "That's my cousin. He's already making waves."

Nozel Silva crossed his arms. "Tch. If he thinks he can change centuries of noble dominance that easily, he's a fool. But…" His expression darkened. "His power is undeniable."

Jack the Ripper grinned. "He's got some guts! Maybe I should test him."

Charlotte Roselei sighed. "He's dangerous… but if he truly intends to help the kingdom, then perhaps this isn't so bad."

Nacht Faust, standing in the shadows, observed quietly. "Interesting… He's already playing a different game than his father ever did."

Finally, Julius Novachrono sat back in his chair, grinning.

"The kingdom just became much more exciting."

Solis's Perspective – Reading the Paper

Meanwhile, Solis sat in his study, reading the newspaper himself.

"As expected, the nobles are panicking."

He took a sip of tea, unfazed.

A knock came at the door. Mereoleona Vermillion stepped in, smirking.

"You really shook things up, little prince."

Solis raised an eyebrow. "Worried?"

Mereoleona chuckled. "Worried? No. I'm excited."

She crossed her arms. "The weak are crying, the strong are watching, and the people are cheering."

She leaned forward, her golden eyes gleaming. "So tell me, Solis—what's next?"

Solis smiled.

"Next? We select the leader of the Sun Guard."

"And then?" Mereoleona asked.

His eyes burned like the rising sun.

"Then, we change the kingdom forever."
