In the end, it could only be attributed to the fact that it was all the result of the settings!
It seems to be saying, "The setting is like this, believe it or not!"
The manual is the manual; everything is subject to the actual product!
Luo Chen thought about it but decided not to include this complaint in his diary.
After all, Marvel's screenwriters were notorious for bending the rules, with setting inconsistencies being a common and recurring theme.
In the blink of an eye, another month passed.
High above the clouds in New York, a figure floated effortlessly in mid-air, lying leisurely as if reclining on water.
This person was none other than Luo Chen.
In the past two days, Luo Chen had finally developed Superman's Iron Man to a new level, granting him the ability to fly.
It was much like how Superman's original abilities did not include flight. He could leap over buildings, but true flight came later, added as a part of the character's evolution.
Now, Luo Chen had elevated Superman's Iron Man to a whole new level, and his flight speed was impressive enough to surpass the speed of sound.
So, even though dense clouds covered the area below, Luo Chen didn't mind; he floated comfortably above them, soaking in the sun's rays.
As he absorbed more sunlight, his Kryptonian bloodline continued to evolve, and his strength had greatly increased over the past month—at least doubling his previous physical capabilities.
This was far from his limit; he could feel it.
Now, in addition to the basic abilities like super speed, super endurance, super strength, and invulnerability, he had gained the ability to fly.
However, these abilities were just the tip of the iceberg. With Superman's full potential, Luo Chen had only scratched the surface of what was possible.
The bloodline was still vital. The peak human strength that Captain America could reach with all his might was just the lower limit for Superman, and even that was still a low limit by comparison.
At that moment, a passenger plane flew over the clouds, and a little girl seated by the window was staring boredly at the clouds below. Suddenly, she noticed something unusual.
"Mom, there's someone on the cloud over there. Is he a god?" the little girl asked, her voice filled with curiosity.
"Silly girl, how can anyone fly on the clouds? You must be mistaken!" her mother said with a smile.
She thought her child had mistaken a shaped cloud for a person and dismissed the idea with a smile, adding, "Don't look too long. The sun's reflection is strong, and it might hurt your eyes!"
Luo Chen, of course, noticed the plane passing by, but he didn't take it to heart. After all, sooner or later, people in this world would have to get used to superheroes. The existence of supervillains meant there would be flying people too. What's so strange about that?
"That's right, there's no one who can fly—what's the big deal… Wait, what the hell!" Luo Chen muttered to himself.
Suddenly, his eyes widened in surprise as he saw something in the distance.
A figure was approaching rapidly through the air, flying straight toward him.
Although he had just been pondering how normal it would be for someone to fly, seeing it in person still took him by surprise. Damn it, it had really come to this!
In a world as dangerous as the Marvel Universe, isn't it expected that someone would be able to fly?
But what was abnormal was that the figure was wearing a battle armor, red and gold in color. With his enhanced vision, Luo Chen could clearly make out the face underneath the helmet.
Wait—could it be? The battle armor was none other than Tony Stark's iconic Iron Man suit!
Luo Chen's brain short-circuited for a moment. "How could this be possible?" he thought in disbelief.
This was clearly Mark Armor, but it wasn't the rudimentary Mark 1. This was more advanced, clearly the Mark 2.
His mind went blank for a moment.
There was no doubt—this person in the armor was Tony Stark.
But the problem was that Tony Stark hadn't been kidnapped by terrorists in Afghanistan yet. He hadn't been forced to create the first Mark armor, and he definitely hadn't yet escaped and returned to the United States to build the Mark 2.
But here, there was no sign of Stark being kidnapped.
Logically, if Tony Stark had indeed been kidnapped or was in any sort of trouble, the Stark Group would never have kept it hidden. His status was too significant. He was a billionaire, a genius scientist, and a major supplier to the military. His every move was under intense scrutiny, and his safety was paramount.
But now, there was no news at all. So why was Tony Stark suddenly jumping to the Mark 2 without any of the prior events?
Luo Chen felt like his brain had short-circuited.
"J.A.R.V.I.S, is that Luo Chen?" Tony Stark, speeding over in his suit, was also baffled. He stopped mid-air, dumbfounded.
What was going on?
He had seen someone floating in mid-air, which was already an extraordinary sight in itself. But what was even more mind-blowing was that when he got closer, he realized that the person was none other than Luo Chen.
His eyesight wasn't as sharp as Luo Chen's, so he hadn't recognized him from a distance. But once he got closer, he immediately recognized the familiar face.
Tony Stark was no stranger to Luo Chen's appearance. After all, Luo Chen was the owner of the diary, a key figure in understanding the future. Stark was so familiar with him that, even if his bones were reduced to ashes, he could still recognize him.
Despite knowing so much about Luo Chen, Stark had always considered him just an ordinary person—albeit one with strange habits. For instance, every day, Luo Chen would bask in the sun, spending hours outside on the balcony whenever the weather was nice. Apart from that, he was no different from any other "nerd" who occasionally helped Gwen with her homework.
But now, seeing Luo Chen leisurely floating in mid-air, basking in the sun in such a nonchalant way, completely shattered Tony Stark's understanding.
For a moment, both of them were stunned, looking at each other in disbelief. What they were witnessing seemed completely outrageous.
