"I can feel his anxiety from here. It's like someone poking me with a stick. Over and over and-" She broke off with a sigh. "Is this how it always feels?"
Vanessa, sitting cross legged on the bed, raised her eyebrows.
"You think you've got it bad? I swear I can hear Soren's thoughts. He's pacing again. I'm two seconds away from yelling through this wall."Vanessa said.
Evana leaned back against the windowsill, grinning.
"At least you don't have Adrian's constant inner monologue. It's like he's narrating his own life. 'I'm going to find the answer. I swear it!' It's almost cute."
Noa chuckled, braiding her hair.
"Damien's just…grumpy. I think he's punched the wall four times now."She said.
