"Then it's my turn," Kaiba said calmly as he drew a card. "Allow me to show you what true power disparity looks like."
He began by activating Grace of the Angels, drawing three cards from his deck and discarding two from his hand.
Two cards were sent to the graveyard on Kaiba's duel disk.
"Next, I'll flip summon two Glider Moles. Then, using my Evil God Token and one of the Glider Moles as tribute, I perform an advanced summon!"
Kaiba raised the card dramatically, its brilliance radiating like infinite light while a storm brewed behind him.

From my hand, I activate the magic card Destruction's Exploding Gale Bullet!"
Fujimoto's eyelids twitched. "Could it be... a spell named after the signature attack of the Blue-Eyes?"
"In exchange for declaring that my Blue-Eyes White Dragon cannot attack this turn, destroy all monsters on your field!" Kaiba clenched his fist tightly. "Shatter under the might of the Blue-Eyes!"
The Blue-Eyes White Dragon opened its mouth, unleashing an endless torrent of radiant energy that transformed into a devastating white storm!
"Not so fast!" Fujimoto countered, flipping open a trap card. "Safe Zone!
This card allows me to select one face-up monster on my field. As long as Safe Zone remains active, the selected monster cannot become the target of effects or be destroyed by battle or card effects!"
He pointed to his massive 6000-attack-point creature.
"I protect my Great Beast - Gazet with Safe Zone, rendering it indestructible!"
An impenetrable shield formed around the Great Beast, creating an almost invincible barrier.
With 6000 attack points and near-immunity, this was the source of Fujimoto's confidence.
"Hmph, clever move. But!"
Kaiba raised his voice, playing another card from his hand.
"Before your Safe Zone resolves, I activate the quick-play spell Soul Inheritance from my hand!
By sacrificing one effect monster on my field, send one effect monster from your field directly to the graveyard. Thus, I offer my remaining Glider Mole to send your Great Beast - Gazet to the graveyard!"
Pausing briefly, he sneered. "Since Safe Zone hasn't resolved yet, your Great Beast can still be targeted by effects.
Disappear now."
A vortex of energy erupted from the card, instantly consuming Gazet. Despite being caught in multiple layers of card interactions, the mighty beast seemed doomed to perish.
"Damn it... Then I activate another trap card!" Fujimoto shouted. "Destructive Potion! Select one monster on my field to destroy, and I recover life points equal to its attack value.
Thus, before Soul Inheritance resolves, I destroy Great Beast - Gazet myself!"
BOOM!
After a flurry of exchanges, the dust settled, and the Great Beast ultimately perished at the hands of its master. The residual energy surged back into Fujimoto, restoring his life points significantly.

Though his big monster had been removed, he now had 10,000 life points!

"The downside of Soul Inheritance means I can only attack with one monster this turn," Kaiba stated calmly. "However, since I used Destruction's Exploding Gale Bullet, Blue-Eyes White Dragon couldn't have attacked anyway.
Next, I activate the spell card Advanced Draw. By tributing a level 8 or higher monster on my field, draw two cards from my deck. I'll tribute Blue-Eyes White Dragon and draw!"
After drawing, he glanced at the new cards and immediately played one.
