As the first match of the S section wrapped up the crowd was quiet for a couple of moments.
The fight wasn't a roaring battle, and the opponents weren't that popular.

And only one person cheered the entire match, Lucas.
The next match though was a match against two popular figures.
Arianna Lumenbreaker, the daughter of the head of the Helion Guild, and Lily Feliehn, the genius mage hailing from the Feliehn Duchy.
Of course, she doesn't know an even greater mage of her generation awaited.
Lily Feliehn stood across from Arianna, her snow-white hair cascading and fluttering down her body.
She held the same bright eyes as Cale, ones that burned with fiery passion.
She was absolutely gorgeous like a porcelain doll and undeniable cute as she held a staff almost the same size as her.
Long purple robes covered her body and yet you could tell she had a well-endowed figure even after all the bagginess.
On the other side stood Arianna with long glisteningly golden hair and deep piercing scarlet eyes locking onto Lily.
She wore basic clothing a simple white shirt that tugged on her curves and a face that put models from my world to absolute shame.
They both took on fighting stances, a mage and a martial artist.

Arianna was undeniably an alchemist having a multitude of achievements,
but her physical prowess with the fist was unmatched in her generation.
Like the previous match, they got protective bracelets put on them, and the announcer began the match.

Flowing waters cascaded from her fist as she gracefully danced across the shards of ice.

Arianna flowed into the barrier with her graceful waters and Lily didn't just stand still as two massive swords of frost slammed into the floor before her.
Arianna backed up, but Lily had already cast another spell.

Bright radiant flames surged from Arianna washing away the frosty ice before her.

A deep black shell appeared guarding Arianna from the howling winds as a word laced with mana resounded in the stadium.
Ice erupted in every direction targeting Arianna as Lily stood a frosty aura circling and enveloping her.
Sharp jagged glaciers rushed into Arianna's fist as she guarded against each and every one.

Crimson red flames erupted from her fist as deep red blood splashed from colliding with the glaciers.
Her footwork was barely maintained as ice slipped across her grip.

Her foot drew across the frigid ice gripping onto it and her hand bloodied began to heal ever so slowly in the face of sharp glaciers.
Pure frigid ice glisteningly wrapped into balls and pure gale swirled around it enveloping it in its wrath.

Balls of jagged ice sparkling in the light streaked across the battlefield.
And Arianna met each and every one with her fist.
And claws of pure red flames arced across the battlefield annihilating the frosty attacks.

Crystals of ice encompassing the battlefield began condensing and twirling into tendrils of pure violent frost
As Lily rose into the air like a goddess enveloped in an aura of howling frost creating
three massive balls of pure crystal destruction.
'Wtf are these lines?'
Both Arianna and Lily had smiles plastered across their faces as they met each other's gaze.

A pure windy gale erupted from Arianna's hand as she struck it with a streak of crackling fierce flames.
A relatively unique and way too expensive way of crafting an incredibly potent,
Fire-breathing potion.

"Freeze."
Arianna's fist erupted in crimson flames, crackling in tendrils of radiant destruction.
They flickered and burst forth into Lily's balls of glacier erupting them as they collided.
Lily's middle fingers made a bridge-like construct as she touched the tips of her index fingers at the top and her thumbs at the bottom.
Curling her other fingers in to amplify her attack and annihilate Arianna.
But not this attack.
Throughout the entire battle, Lily mainly used ice magic and avoided wind magic.
She knew of Arianna's adaptation, so she saved her most proficient magic till the very end.
Lily's voice strained struggling to speak and yet clear echoed across the stadium reaching everyone's ears.
"Judge... -ment..."
Pure violent hurricanes condensed into arrows of twisting chaotic winds ready to devour everything in its path.
Tens of them appeared in the sky howling as if they were beasts.

And as Arianna's crackling fluttering flames burst annihilating the balls of frigid glaciers,
she was met with a devouring hurricane of arrows, twisting and turning before her...

"Guard."
Arianna met the arrows with a massive shell that ran across the battlefield, it was filled with grass and even had a small tree-like structure on it.
However, the arrows struck down piercing through the shell and struck Arianna with divine punishment.
Before the arrows could reach her, a loud robotic voice resounded through the stadium.
"Lily Feliehn has won."
A true genius across centuries who used two back-to-back incantation spells in session even before crossing to E-rank.
I could tell every single one of us was at the cusp of E-rank, barely managing and holding back our breakthrough to secure a strong foundation.
By the time class starts, we'll already have broken through.
I couldn't help but be at the edge of my seat.
A pure clash of magic between genius mages.

I just had to know
I thought as I clutched my hands tightly in excitement,
