Chapter 18 - Godown Attack

Tyson and Hana were embracing, Tyson lifted Hana into his arms and carried her to the closet room, where he stood her down. Hana's eyes were still wet, and she stood there silently. Tyson unzipped Hana's gown, letting it fall from her shoulders, then took out one of his shirts and dressed her in it. Tyson also changed his clothes. He then picked Hana up again, carried her back to the bedside, looked at her lovingly, and asked, "What happened now? Why are you sad?"

Hana looked into Tyson's eyes, leaned forward slowly, and placed her lips on his. Tyson's hands tightened around Hana's waist, and he kissed her as he sat down on the bed, pulling her onto his lap. Hana's hands were on Tyson's collar, while one of his hands was on her waist and the other moved over her body. Hana nestled into Tyson's embrace.

Hana sat silently in Tyson's lap, the warmth of the previous moment still lingering on her eyelids. Tyson seemed to feel her delicacy... the pace of her breathing, the flutter of her heart, he sensed it all.

After a few moments, Tyson broke the kiss, then lightly kissed her forehead and whispered softly near Hana's ear, "Delicate doll... you're tired, rest now."

Hana looked into his eyes and simply nodded.

Tyson didn't let go of her as he lay down on the bed, still holding her in his strong arms. He laid Hana close to him, her head resting on his chest.

There was silence, but much was being said.

In the quiet of the night, only their heartbeats spoke.

Tyson's fingers moved slowly through Hana's silky hair, as if trying to soothe her. After a while, he felt Hana's breathing become rhythmic... steady, deep... she had fallen asleep.

Tyson looked at Hana—her eyes were closed, a faint peaceful smile on her lips. He watched her like that for a moment... and then, kissing her forehead, he murmured softly, "You are mine, Hana... only mine..." He held Hana tighter in his arms, as if protecting her from the whole world. And then he closed his eyes...

The night had stilled. Time had paused. And a love... was sinking even deeper.

The night had passed.

When the first ray of sunlight peeked through the room's window, Hana awoke. Her eyelids were heavy, but there was a different kind of peace on her face. She was still in Tyson's arms, and he lay sleeping soundly beside her, his breath touching her neck.

Hana smiled softly. She couldn't believe this was the same Tyson people used to say had no heart... but last night... he had laid his heart bare.

Hana gently placed her hand on his chest and whispered, "I love you too, Tyson..."

Tyson's eyes snapped open. He looked at Hana, smiled, and said, "Say it again..."

Hana blushed slightly, but the same love was in her eyes as she repeated, "I love you..."

Without hesitation, Tyson pulled her into his arms and said, "Say it louder next time... the whole world needs to hear that you are mine."

Hana smiled... but just then—the phone rang.

Tyson looked at Hana, placed his hand on her cheek, and said, "Let me take this call."

Tyson reluctantly picked up the phone from the table. As soon as he answered, his face turned serious. He suddenly said, "What? How did this happen?"

Hana was startled—there was agitation in Tyson's voice.

Tyson said, "Okay Ryan, keep an eye on things!" and hung up.

As soon as he put down the phone, Tyson got out of bed and said to Hana, "I have to leave now."

"What happened?" Hana asked in surprise.

Tyson said, "Adrian... he attacked one of my warehouses. He's started the war."

The same blood-red anger was back in Tyson's eyes.

Hana said, "But you were saying..."

But just then, Tyson interrupted, "Hana, my love is one thing... but my world is another. If he touches my world, I will become poison in his veins."

Looking into his eyes, Hana understood—Tyson was not just a lover now, but also a mafia king.

The sun had risen high in the sky, but the expression on Tyson's face still held the stillness of the night.

Hana just watched Tyson silently... Tyson paused for a moment, closed his eyes... as if trying to restrain himself. Then he suddenly opened his eyes and pulled Hana close without saying anything. He left a long kiss on her forehead and said, "I'll be back soon, delicate doll. Don't worry about me."

Before Hana could say anything, Tyson went into the closet, changed his clothes, and left without looking at her.

Outside... at the mansion gates, Romy had already started the car.

Tyson came, stood by the driver's seat, and said, "Get the gun from the trunk. We'll end his game today."

Romy opened the trunk and took out a rifle and a handgun. Both put on bulletproof vests and black glasses.

The car sped through the city streets... fast, kicking up dust.

Location — East Coast Warehouse, 11:46 AM

As Tyson's car stopped near the warehouse, chaos reigned. The gunfire was intense. On one side were Tyson's loyal men, and on the other, Adrian's thugs.

Tyson got out as soon as the door opened. Romy slung the rifle over his shoulder, and both took cover.

Without wasting a moment, Tyson fired the first shot—"BANG!" An enemy fell.

Romy shouted, "Three people on the left!" Tyson ducked and took two more shots—"BANG! BANG!"

Smoke, bullets, and screams echoed all around.

But there was no fear on Tyson's face, only a terrifying coldness. He moved forward with every shot. His eyes were now searching for Adrian.

"Whoever touches my world... I will not leave them alive."
