Chapter 5 - Chapter 4: The Meeting and the Mystery

The soft chatter of students filled the classroom after the physics lecture ended. Just as they were packing their bags, the sound of polished heels echoed through the hallway—sharp, steady, and commanding. It was the head girl of the school.

She stepped into the classroom with calm authority. "Class 9, please line up and follow me to the main hall. There is a special meeting scheduled for all senior classes."

The girls exchanged confused glances but did as told. As they lined up and began walking through the corridor, a few giggled about skipping the next lecture. Noor ul Huda whispered to Mehak, "Do you think it's about winter holidays?"

Mehak rolled her eyes. "More like winter homework."

The girls laughed, not knowing that something strange was already unfolding within their own class.

Meanwhile, in a quiet corner behind the staircase, two girls from Class three stood whispering to each other. One of them, with long, jet-black hair and a strange smirk, held something in her hand. The other girl looked nervous, her eyes wide and worried.

"Don't worry," the creepy girl whispered. "No one will catch us."

"But if they do," the innocent one replied, "we'll be in trouble… top of the school… this is serious!"

The creepy girl rolled her eyes. "Nothing will happen. Trust me."

As they slipped through the shadows and reached the top floor, they found three doors—one to the locked library, one to Class 8, and one to Class 9. Only the last door opened.

They entered silently. The classroom was empty. The creepy girl walked over to the cupboard at the back and slipped the mysterious item behind it. Then she smiled—an unsettling, quiet smile.

Suddenly, the object dissolved into the wall.

The innocent girl gasped. "What… what was that?"

"Just a little secret," the creepy girl replied. "One that only Class 9 will discover… eventually."
