"What the hell just happened?"
The moment the Nine-Tails appeared, Sora, Jiraiya, and the others immediately sensed it.
When Minato showed up, Sora asked at once.
They had already taken down the intruder—so how did this still happen?
Minato looked just as confused. "I don't know either. The Nine-Tails' pressure suddenly spiked by several times—I couldn't hold it back!"
Everyone looked bewildered. Only Sora felt a sudden jolt in his chest.
No wonder he'd been feeling uneasy earlier—something really was about to happen.
"Forget it for now. The Nine-Tails is top priority. We absolutely can't let it reach the village!"
Snapping into action, they shifted their full focus to the Nine-Tails.
With Hiruzen holding down the fort in Konoha, there was no need to worry about the village for now.
Sure enough, the moment Hiruzen saw the Nine-Tails, he began organizing evacuations—relocating all civilians to shelters.
All Chūnin and below, including Chūnin, were barred from approaching the battlefield. Only Jōnin were allowed to assist.
Even promising young elites like Kakashi and Guy were assigned to escort civilians.
With years of Hokage experience under his belt, Hiruzen swiftly completed all the necessary arrangements and led the remaining Jōnin to the battlefield.
His eldest son Sarutobi Shinnosuke and Kurenai's father Yuhi Shinku were among those at his side. Their families were safely in the shelters—now it was their turn to fight with everything they had.
Meanwhile, on the battlefield—
The moment it was freed from Kushina, the Nine-Tails let out a furious roar and prepared to raze Konoha to the ground. After all, it had a deep-rooted grudge against the village.
First, it had been controlled by Madara Uchiha through the Sharingan. Then it got slapped around and sealed by Hashirama Senju. And later, it ended up stuck inside Kushina Uzumaki.
Thanks to Konoha, it lost everything—the poetry, the freedom, the dream of exploring the stars and seas!
Now finally free, and with both of those monsters long dead, how could it not burn the village to ash?
After a few venting roars, it swung its ten-meter-long legs and charged straight for Konoha.
"Tailed Beast Bomb!"
Clearly eager to act, the Nine-Tails fired off a Tailed Beast Bomb aimed straight at the village center.
"Dammit! Flying Thunder God—transfer!"
Minato gritted his teeth and instantly warped the bomb to a distant forest outside the village.
BOOM!!
A deafening explosion ripped through the land. Several kilometers of forest were completely obliterated—the power was terrifying.
With the immediate danger diverted, Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru leapt into action to help Minato contain the Nine-Tails.
The beast's chakra seemed endless, but aside from the Tailed Beast Bomb, it didn't know any other jutsu.
Surrounded by four Kage-level opponents, the Nine-Tails was pushed back step by step, its roars of rage echoing across the land as it was forced farther and farther from the village.
Its hide was thick, though. Without a powerhouse like Hashirama or Madara, they couldn't finish it off.
The fight looked intense—but a decisive outcome couldn't be reached anytime soon.
Sora had anticipated this, which was why he hadn't joined the fray at first.
Instead, he quietly snuck back to the room where Kushina had given birth. He hadn't forgotten the heap of cards scattered beneath the Nine-Tails' feet earlier.
///
Amid the chaos, no one noticed his absence. Even if Minato and the others found it odd, they didn't question it.
Sora moved swiftly and silently. As he entered the room, his eyes sparkled—dozens, maybe hundreds of cards lay scattered on the floor.
They had remained since the system's newbie protection period and were still here.
"System, pick up and fuse everything!"
[Purple Card: +1000 Chakra. Fusing...]
[Purple Card: +1000 Chakra. Fusing...]
[Blue Card: +100 Chakra. Fusing...]
[Red Card: +10,000 Chakra. Fusing...]
...
Sora didn't bother to count how many he fused. Aside from one Tailed Beast Bomb card, all the rest were pure chakra boosts.
If his chakra level was previously a "1," then now it was easily over a hundred.
The fusion sent the power of his Tailed Beast Bomb soaring—he could now go toe-to-toe with the Nine-Tails in pure destructive force.
His chakra reserves might very well rival those of Hashirama himself.
Nodding in satisfaction, Sora warped directly onto the battlefield.
"You guys take a breather. Leave the rest to me!"
He tossed a casual line at Jiraiya and Minato before launching into his performance.
With Light-Weight Boulder Jutsu activated, he floated several dozen meters above the Nine-Tails' head—and then the firework show began.
"Water Style: Super Exploding Water Wave!"
"Water Style: Five Eating Serpents!"
"Lightning Style: Ground Walk!"
"Earth Style: Earth Dragon Bullet!"
"Fire Style: Great Fire Annihilation!"
"Tailed Beast Bomb!!!"
...
A relentless storm of jutsu rained down on the Nine-Tails like they were free samples.
Minato and the others, initially confused, now stared in utter shock.
It was their first time seeing Sora go all out.
They'd always known he was strong—but this?! In just a short while, he had fired off over a hundred different jutsu!
Knowing that many techniques was one thing—but how the hell did he have the chakra to cast them all?!
The four of them stood there, screaming internally. Even Tsunade, the one with the most chakra among them, couldn't pull this off!
Only one man in history came to mind...
At that moment, all of them simultaneously pictured the First Hokage, Hashirama Senju.
And as if that wasn't enough, Sora kicked things up another notch.
"Wood Style: Wood Dragon Jutsu!"
"Ice Style: Ice Crystal Demon Mirror!"
"Sand Style: Sand Flow Explosion!"
"Lava Style: Flowing Lava Flood!"
...
Bloodline after bloodline erupted in dazzling displays. Minato was convinced Sora had more bloodline limits than the entire village combined.
With even Hiruzen and his group now arriving on the scene, the entire battlefield was struck dumb.
Mouths hung open. Minds went blank.
Even the Nine-Tails, despite being pounded nonstop, began to question its entire life.
"What… what is this?!"
Everyone who witnessed the spectacle had the same thought—was it the world that was wrong, or were they?
This guy didn't even seem to belong in their universe anymore!
But Sora couldn't care less what they were thinking.
Until now, he had always kept a low profile, even with Minato and the others by his side.
But after acquiring the Nine-Tails card, he was confident—until Madara revived, no one could lay a finger on him.
So, with no threats looming, Sora decided… why not cut loose?
The thrill of unleashing these massive bombardments was just too satisfying. He felt like he could keep going for three days straight.
Unfortunately, the Nine-Tails couldn't hold out that long. Dizzy and staggering, it finally collapsed—completely unconscious.
Put simply, Sora had beaten the beast senseless.
"That's it? I'm not even done yet."
Staring at the knocked-out Nine-Tails, Sora was visibly disappointed—unbothered by how absurd his words sounded to everyone else.
He still had ninety percent of his chakra left. This wasn't even close to satisfying.
But there was nothing to be done. He couldn't just kill the Nine-Tails—Kushina still needed it to stay alive.
It had to be sealed again as soon as possible.
"Minato! Bring Kushina here!"
He shouted toward Minato, then hopped onto the Nine-Tails' head and began punching it.
Who knew if the beast was faking it? Kushina didn't have the strength to suppress it anymore.
Only now did the stunned spectators snap out of it—just in time to see Sora's fists pounding away.
Every punch made their hearts skip a beat.
Especially Hiruzen, who silently thanked his lucky stars for never having made an enemy out of Sora. Otherwise, he feared he'd have ended up just like the Nine-Tails.
BAM! BAM! BAM!
With each thundering blow, everyone winced.
Sora was pummeling a knocked-out Nine-Tails just to be sure it stayed down.
Everyone silently vowed—from this moment forward, even if it killed them, they would never piss off this man.
