Representatives of the [Magic Society]:
Yomiya Sou (President): Agile-type magic card user who specialises in illusion and psychological warfare.
Midou Karuma (Vice President): Whip-wielding strategic magician with summoning abilities for flanking and buff stacking.
Shiranui (White Blue): Illusionist specialising in visual obstruction, sensory disorientation and countermeasures.
Strategic Deployment:
The Magic Society will deploy a "Mirage Maze", using illusion and misdirection to distort the battlefield. Yomiya Sou will act as a roving assassination unit, Midou Karuma will oversee coordinated attacks, and Shiranui will block key pathways using illusions to impede enemy progress.
[Sword Society representatives:
Tendou Kyoichi (President): Master of spiritual swordsmanship; his "Heart Sword: Phantom Breaker" can cut through illusions and disrupt mental interference.
Shirakawa (Vice President): Speed and technique based duelist with overwhelming close combat pressure.
Hiiragi Ritsu: Assault swordsman specialising in area suppression and formation breaking.
Strategic Deployment:
The Sword Society will use a "Phantom-Crushing Vanguard Formation", with Tendou Kyoichi leading the charge while Shirakawa and Hiiragi Ritsu flank from the side. Their goal is to break through the illusionary interference and strike at the heart of the Magic Society.

Gouzenshi Retsu (President): A heavy punching brawler with unparalleled suppressive power.
Sunahara Ryo: A grappling expert who specialises in disrupting opponents and breaking the flow of combat.
Katsuragi Shinobu: A nimble forward with blinding attack speed.
Strategic Deployment:
The Combat Society will use a "Three-Point Breakthrough Formation", with Gouzenshi Retsu leading the charge, while Sunahara and Katsuragi provide disruption and support. Their primary objective is to overwhelm the Illusionists and take down their controllers.
Representatives of the [Archery Society]:
Oudou Saya (President): A sniper-class archer with extreme accuracy and tactical foresight.
Mikage Chigusa: Rapid-fire specialist, adept at suppressing enemies through sheer pressure of fire.
Yuuki Mio: Sensory-based archer with predictive abilities.
Strategic Deployment:
The Archery Society will employ a "Hawk's Thunder Net Formation", with Oudou Saya commanding from an elevated vantage point while her squad uses multi-point sniper tactics to suppress the mobility of the Magic Society. Saya's personal goal is to take down Yomiya Sou.
[Spear Society] Representatives:
Onimaru Setsura (President): Power-based spear-wielder; his heavy mechanised spear, "Gokuretsu", has illusion-breaking and anti-magic properties.
Kagemori Kou: A specialist in mid-range suppression, adept at controlled throws.
Genkaku: Defensive warrior who wields both shield and spear.
Strategic deployment:
The Spear Society will execute a "Thunder Breakthrough Formation", with Onimaru Setsura leading a direct frontal assault, Kagemori providing supportive fire, and Genkaku defending the flanks. Their mission is to completely destroy the illusionary defences of the Magic Society, paving the way for the other factions to strike.
A heavy silence filled the room.
All eyes were fixed on the insignia of the Magic Society - isolated among the five factions.
But Yomiya Sou just smiled as he slowly stood up.
"Even in a united battle, illusions don't necessarily lose."
A familiar voice came from the loudspeakers of the Academy: [Attention, all students: The Five Society Battle will begin in 72 hours. All representatives must attend a pre-battle simulation at Ryuga Field tomorrow afternoon.]
[Ryuga Field - Back Mountain, Wind Terrace] Yomiya Sou stood alone on the Wind Terrace, gazing at the Academy's glowing lights. Between his fingers, he slowly flipped a single card - his "Phantom Waltz": Three-Faced Mirror", the very card he had first used to defeat Kazearashi Rin.
Footsteps approached, carried by the wind.
Oudou Saya, dressed in her deep blue archer's cloak, stood silently beside him.
"I knew you'd be here," she murmured.
Yomiya didn't turn around. "And how did you know?"
"This is the only place where you never have illusions." She smiled faintly. "The wind here is too clean - your illusions can't linger."
For a moment, neither spoke.
Then Saya finally broke the silence.
"How do you intend to face the coming war?" Her voice no longer carried the usual distance - there was something cautious, something deeply personal in her tone.
The map between Yomiya's fingers hesitated.
"I will shatter their understanding," he replied. "Their understanding of illusion, their understanding of the Magic Society, and their understanding of me."
"Including me?" she asked.
Yomiya turned to her, his gaze sharp but tired. "Including you."
Saya's breath caught for a split second. Then she let out a soft laugh.
"You're always like that. Once you've made up your mind, you even cut off trust." She crossed her arms, her eyes wandering to the distant lights of the battlefield. "But Yomiya, do you realise that I..."
She stopped herself.
The wind picked up and lifted a strand of her hair.
Yomiya didn't ask. He didn't answer. He just tucked the map into his pocket.
"You're a sniper. I'm an illusionist," he murmured. "If we meet on the battlefield... I won't hold back."
Saya lowered her gaze.
"Neither will I."
A long silence.
Then she turned and walked away, her voice barely carrying over the wind:
"...but I hope you win."
Yomiya stood motionless, as if even the wind had stopped.
Under his breath, he whispered:
"I must win."

夜见苍独自站在龙牙场后的风之台上,俯瞰着整个学园的灯火.他的指间缓缓翻动着一张卡牌——那是他第一次用来战胜风切凌的[幻舞·三面镜].
脚步声自风中传来.
凰堂纱夜,穿着深蓝色的弓术外套,悄然站到了他身旁.
"你果然在这里."她轻声道.
夜见苍没有回头,只道:"你怎么知道?"
"这是你唯一一个不会布置幻术的地方."她眼中浮现一丝淡淡的笑意,"这里的风,太干净了,幻术留不住."
两人沉默片刻.
"你打算怎样面对接下来的战争?"凰堂纱夜终于开口,语气中不再有平日的淡漠,而是一种细致而复杂的关切.
夜见苍手中的卡牌微微一顿.
"打破他们的理解."他说,"打破他们对幻术的理解,对魔术部的理解,对我的理解."
"包括我?"她问.
夜见苍望向她,眼神中带着一丝疲惫却坚定的锋芒:"包括你."
凰堂纱夜微微一怔,随即苦笑.
"你总是这样,一旦下定决心,就连信任都一起斩断."她轻轻抱臂,目光望向远方战场的灯火,"可夜见,你知不知道,我其实——"
她话语打住了.
风吹过,卷起她一缕发丝.
夜见苍没有问,也没有回应,只是将手中那张卡牌轻轻收起,藏入怀中.
"你是狙击手,我是幻术师."他低声道,"如果有一天我们在战场上相遇...我不会手软."
凰堂纱夜垂下眼帘.
"我也不会闭眼."
片刻后,她转身离去,留下一句飘渺的回音:
"可我希望,你能赢."
夜见苍站在风之台上,良久不动,仿佛风也停滞.
他低声喃喃:"我必须赢."
