On the ground, betty cried in despair. Then a mysterious figure covered in black appeared at betty sight.
"Who are you?" she asked
"Do you want revenge." the mysterious figure said.
A man's voice
She thought and replied "yes, I want them to pay!"
"Tomorrow and onwards it shall happen" the mysterious figure said and disappeared.
WEE-oo-WEE-oo
The police and ambulance siren loud noise attracted betty who is nearly unconscious. Seeing the police walking towards her, accompanied with medics, she fainted completely.
The next day, inside the classroom, near the door. As usual, a group of 6- 8 girls gathered for a morning gossip.
Stella: "Have you heard betty is in the hospital"
Mila: "No, what happened stella?"
Stella : "Well according to my source, karen is the one who did it."
Jenny: "It happened again, why can't just betty, mind her own business and not care about what would happen on sena so that she would not be implicated."
Mila: "Why did she do that?"
Stella: "Because sena family helped betty's family, if it wasn't for sena family, her mother is long dead. So betty is grateful for sena family and always help sena when she's bullied"
Mila: "Why can't sena just fight or stand against karen for good? So she stopped bothering her"
Stella: "Sena fought karen a month ago but karen never stopped and made her pranks worse than before and because karen has many little helpers, sena is always outnumbered"
Jenny: "And do you know, I heard that karen and sena are childhood best friends. And from what I heard on the rumors, if it wasn't for sena, karen would never be adopted by the mayor"
Mila: "How did Karen get adopted by the mayor, stella did you know?"
Stella: "Well, I don't know if you believe it or not but after Karen's parents are in an accident. The 8 year old sena asked the mayor to adopt karen, the adults thought it was just a passing wind however 3 days later, karen got adopted by the mayor."
Jenny: "Stella do you know the relationship between sena and the mayor?"
Stella: "I heard that the mayor and sena mother and father are childhood friends."
Mila: "Then why did they turn enemies?"
Stella: "Because karen is jealous of sena because she thought her father's attention is all at sena and her crush is in love with sena"
Mila: "So she bullied sena."
Diana: "Isn't that petty and cruel?!"
Jenny: "But that is Karen, a two faced monkey."
Stella: "Poor betty, I heard her body is full of injuries"
While opening the classroom door and coincidentally hearing those words. Sena asked with concern
"Who is injured? Betty?"
"Yeah she's in the hospital right now" stella said
"What!" sena is shocked because yesterday she just talked to Betty and she was perfectly fine, laughing and joking as usual with her friends.
Meanwhile, In the hospital.
The policeman gently asked Betty some questions. "Can you tell me who did this to you, Miss Betty."
"If I told you, would you believe me?" She replied
"Yes" he said
Then Betty started to tell all she experienced under karen rules. 10 minutes later, Outside betty hospital room. The policeman talked to an elegant middle aged man.
Policeman: Mr. mayor, she said it was your daughter "
Mr. Mayor: " my troublemaker daughter and her helpers let the law procide over them."
Policeman: "yes mayor."
As dusk slowly wraps its shadows around the city. When sena arrived at the hospital she encountered betty's mother at the hospital entrance.
"Auntie Dalia, why are you outside?" Sena asked with confusion.
" I'm waiting for the food I ordered" auntie dalia said
"Auntie I'm going to visit betty can I visit her?" Sena asked
"She's at room 201 at the 3rd floor" auntie dalia replied
"Thank you auntie" sena said with gratitude
A month passed by, the public was wrapped with a sense of distress and panic, as monsters suddenly appeared and roamed around.
10 days later, In sena classroom, her classmates gathered around discussing the latest rumors and events that happened in their city.
"Have you all heard that strange monsters suddenly appear in many places?" Mila said
"Yeah, it's all over the news." Stella replied while looking at her phone.
"It was rumored that it's because of those meteorites that these monsters appeared and they said that these monsters are the sign that the world is gonna end and another rumor spread that these monsters are created in a lab by crazy mad scientists." Stenia said as she glanced around the room.
"I have noticed lately that a lot of policemen and military are roaming around the city." Tonny said
"Oh, they're patrolling around, in case a sudden monster wave, they can help minimize the damage and destruction." Jenny said
Penny wanted to say something but was interrupted as an abrupt scream suddenly shocked everyone.
"Aaaaah!" Monster!!
Hearing the noise, the students stepped out of the classroom and watched from above what is happening below.
A foggy black monster appeared and because their lethality is not that strong many students did not die but were injured.
"All students should evacuate immediately, classes would be suspended, go home and wait for further announcements, I repeat, All students evacuate now from school premises, classes would be suspended, go home and wait for further announcements." The principal voice can be heard on the speaker.
"Have you heard the principal, hurry! Let's go home and everyone lets use another corridor that is not connected to where the monsters are currently at." The class mayor said as he waited for everyone to finish packing their things. As they run but before they could turn left, an unexpected surprise emerges, the monster they taught who was in another location, was head on encountered.
