Prologue.
At the very top of a desolated mountain, a figure stood in all his majesty, exuding pride and determination.
The scars that tattooed his flesh were evidence of the battles he had fought and somehow survived.
The cold wind blew, elevating his presence with power and might that surpassed that of miserable humans.
His will burned brighter than any flame and hotter than any temperature existing in Celsius.
A smirk curved on his face—a mix of madness and intense malice toward those below him.
Corpses were left to rot, blood bathing the earth in a gruesome scene of ripped-apart flesh.
The bodies of the fallen were gathered into a small mountain, soldiers and creatures of different races being fed to the vultures.
The raging dark clouds sent vibrations as thunderstorms rumbled within them, striking down in places where magnetic forces were strongest.
The horrific scene was the product of his carnage—his judgment upon those who opposed him and sought his life.
It might sound like the decree of a madman craving nothing but power.
However, he couldn't care less.
"I once saved humanity, but I'll be the one to bring it down!"
The voice traveled through the space, echoing and bouncing off objects to amplify its frequency.
Yes, the ranting of a madman.
He was the only one breathing in the area, yet he didn't care.
"Now burn, and let your souls rest in peace!"
His throat radiated with the very core of the sun, rapidly intensifying every second.
He slowly opened his mouth, releasing a surface of combusting energy that formed into bubbling magma.
At the same time, his body underwent a strange transformation, becoming a creature spoken of only in Egyptian mythology.
His face was tinted with dark dragon scales, large blue flaming wings burned on his back like a raging phoenix, and sharp, lethal wolf claws extended that could easily cut through flesh.
He took off, hovering two meters above the ground, and spat out a stream of red flames that incinerated everything it touched.
After the flames subsided, the mountain of dead bodies no longer existed, and half of the space had been evaporated.
Only a disastrous result remained—a clear indication that this being was chaos itself.
