Uchiha Obito controlled the Nine-Tails and directed it slightly away from Uzumaki Kushina and Uzumaki Naruto. The beast began its rampage through Konoha Village, wreaking havoc and causing destruction in its wake. As the chaos unfolded, a hint of dejection flashed in Uzumaki Kushina's eyes. She held Naruto tightly in her arms, a sense of dread weighing heavily on her heart. She felt as though her life was coming to an end, and she couldn't help but wonder what would become of Naruto after her death.
Since the death of Namikaze Minato, Kushina and Naruto's lives had been far from easy. Especially after it was revealed that she and Naruto were the Jinchūriki of the Nine-Tails, they had become the target of many criticisms in Konoha. People whispered hateful words, and many even blamed Minato, calling him a disgrace to the Hokage title.
Many villagers believed that the Nine-Tails' attack was Minato's fault. If he hadn't married Kushina, the Nine-Tails would have never been able to escape. Some even went as far as saying that a Jinchūriki shouldn't have children, and if Minato hadn't been so reckless, the Nine-Tails would never have caused such destruction.
Despite all the whispers and blame, Sarutobi Hiruzen chose not to intervene. Kushina and Naruto were the relatives of the Fourth Hokage, yet they were still treated as outcasts. The villagers' disdain for them was palpable, and they were placed under constant surveillance by the Anbu.
This time, as the Nine-Tails rampaged through the village, Kushina could feel her life force slipping away faster than the last time. She knew deep down that she wouldn't survive this ordeal. Her only concern now was how Naruto would fare through this crisis.
Meanwhile, in the Uchiha clan's stronghold, Uchiha Fugaku faced his son, Uchiha Itachi, who stood with a grim expression, ready to carry out his orders. Fugaku's cold tone filled the air as he spoke, "Itachi, you've truly betrayed the family."
Uchiha Itachi met his father's gaze, his heart heavy. His father, alongside the rest of the clan, was preparing for battle, but Itachi's heart was torn. Uchiha Obito had not yet arrived, and Itachi felt a deep sense of betrayal.
"This is the only choice," Itachi replied quietly, his mind racing. He had been deceived. It was hard for him to accept the reality that the Uchiha clan had been manipulated into such a tragic situation.
Fugaku's eyes darkened as he spoke again, his voice filled with sorrow. "This is not a valid reason for you to betray your family. You know that the Uchiha clan is innocent in all of this. This is all part of Uchiha Obito's plan, a conspiracy devised by him and the Konoha high-ranking officials. Their aim is to weaken Konoha and eliminate the Uchiha clan."
His words hung heavy in the air, a sense of betrayal and helplessness in his voice. Fugaku looked toward the Anbu and the root members behind Itachi, then spoke slowly, "Please come forward. Your request has been agreed upon by our Ten Clans of Toyotomi."
The sound of footsteps echoed as several figures clad in black and red cloaks emerged from the shadows, walking slowly toward the Uchiha clan's territory. Six individuals, their eyes marked with the famous Rinnegan, led the group. The presence of the Six Paths was not lost on anyone. However, the most alarming figure among them was Orochimaru, who had returned to Konoha after a long absence.
Orochimaru had joined an organization that had an affinity for snakes, but now, it seemed like he had aligned himself with forces far more dangerous than anyone could imagine.
Just as the Anbu and Root began to feel hopeless, a terrifying aura emanated from a distance, causing everyone to glance toward the horizon. As they saw the enormous Nine-Tails, a chilling realization gripped their hearts—this could be the moment Konoha fell.
"Itachi, you really betrayed your own family?" Fugaku's voice held disbelief as he looked at his son. The Uchiha clan had once wanted to control the Nine-Tails, and now, the truth was revealed.
Itachi could hardly believe it. The clan that had always been so proud of its power had now resorted to releasing the Nine-Tails. How could they be so blind to the bigger picture? "Konoha wants to destroy the Uchiha clan for the sake of peace," Itachi thought bitterly. "But this... This is beyond reckless."
"It was your partner who did it," Fugaku snapped, his voice laced with sadness. The relationship between the Ten Families and the Namikaze Minato family had once been cordial. But now, they had no choice but to make an alliance with those who had once been their enemies. Fugaku was heartbroken, feeling as though his clan was being torn apart from within.
Uchiha Obito's manipulation had led to this point. Fugaku's final wish was that, after this, the Uchiha clan would survive. He hoped the clan could weather the storm and emerge stronger, but he knew the path ahead was fraught with peril.
Meanwhile, outside the Uchiha clan, Sarutobi Hiruzen and Shimura Danzo exchanged troubled glances as they saw the Nine-Tails wreak havoc. A cold shiver ran down Hiruzen's spine as he asked, "Did you release the Nine-Tails? After today, the Uchiha clan will cease to exist. There's no turning back now."
Danzo's expression was grim, and he immediately denied the accusation. "Do you think I would do such a thing?" he retorted, clearly agitated. "We must stop the Nine-Tails, or else Konoha will be finished."
Sarutobi Hiruzen's heart sank as he realized the gravity of the situation. Regret filled his thoughts. He had spent too much time targeting the Uchiha clan, and now it seemed that even their power could not control the Nine-Tails.
The situation was spiraling out of control, and there was no one to blame but the very system that had tried to preserve peace at any cost.
A massive chakra surge suddenly erupted from the Uchiha clan. Summoned beasts began to appear all over Konoha, wreaking havoc and destruction. Among them were familiar snakes, leading Sarutobi Hiruzen to roar in fury, "Even Orochimaru is involved in this!"
In his desperation, Hiruzen called for his Anbu to mobilize and stop the riot, vowing to protect Konoha at all costs. Before he left, he turned to Danzo and glared at him fiercely. "If you don't do your part this time, I'll declare you a traitor before I die."
Danzo cursed under his breath as Sarutobi Hiruzen rushed off. Danzo's eyes shifted toward the Nine-Tails, and a twisted thought crossed his mind. If he could control the Nine-Tails, maybe he could become Hokage after all.
On Hokage Rock, Smith and the others stood watching the destruction unfold. The Nine-Tails rampaged through Konoha, and a group of summoned beasts tore through the village. The Konoha ninjas, struggling to fight back, fell one by one. Even Smith couldn't help but sigh as he watched the chaos.
"Is this really happening?" Smith thought. "The Nine-Tails Rebellion, the Konoha Collapse Plan, Pain's Invasion, and the Uchiha Rebellion—all rolled into one." The destruction was unparalleled, and even Smith wasn't sure how Konoha would survive this time.
