Riser Phenex had suffered his first ever true defeat in a Rating Game, usually he only lost because he surrendered out of respect for an opponent of higher standing than himself. For the first time in his entire adult life, he had genuinely lost in a Rating Game against an opponent that seemed to have the answer for everything.
Her Pawn, Knight, and Queen had improved their skills, while her unsealed Bishop and Rook worked together seemlessly to take down any stray member of his peerage not defeated by the Pawn, Knight, and Queen. The ability to stop Time was not an ability he had ever faced before, and what his familiar told him was that the tentacle monster that trained the other three peerage slaves had been created by a startling powerful mage.
"Brother, you have an entire harem of beautiful women... I believe this isn't that much of a loss. Anyway, you could have denied Rias even the chance. The Rating Game was your idea in the first place after all." Ravel Phenex on the other hand had refused to actually take an active part in the game itself, not doing any fighting even when her team was losing. She saw no purpose other than to flex her power.
Riser stood up.
"If it was just losing Rias as a member of my harem, then that would be fine, but this is more than that! She used her Bishop's time stop on me... and she turned me human!" Riser shouted in anger. Rias had used a potion on him that had turned him human for 3 entire days after the Rating Game, and the second he was turned human he had zero chance of winning at all. "No Regeneration, no Fire and Wind, no Magic to use... my strength, speed, and durability were drastically cut down. She humiliated me in front of my harem, she humiliated me in front of everyone watching!" Riser gave a roar of anger.
Rias had crossed the line.
Ravel nodded her head slowly.
"Yes... a Magus who could turn devils into humans... who knew that Rias was contracted to such a mage." Ravel had been surprised by that fact.
It wasn't impossible though.
They had Evil Pieces to turn Humans into Devils, so it would figure that eventually humans could create a way to turn Devils into Humans. To think a species change went only one way was foolish of an assumption, but nobody assumed it was possible for the simple matter that nobody really thought about it.
"Not any longer though, the contract was temporary... I sent a member of my harem after him. Any moment she should be back, and using his knowledge I can get my revenge on Rias... by turning her human forever." Riser didn't want to marry Rias anymore, or want anything to do with her sexually either. He wanted nothing more than to revenge himself on her for her slight against his honor and pride.
He, not Sirzechs, had been graceful enough to allow her to compete against him in a Rating Game to decide if she would go through with the marraige or not. He could have just refused her and forced her into the marraige, but he had given her the slim chance of escape. He might not have thought of the idea, but he had approved of it.
The door opened.
His Rook, Xuelan, a warrior with fighting strength equal to a Queen in weaker peerages, walked into the room butt naked and covered in slime and other fluids. She looked extremely embarassed by something, and she was holding a letter in her hand.
"... Why are you naked?" Ravel asked.
"I was fucked by an Electric Slime and a Curse Slime when I tried to capture Naruto, so I was forced to instead make him an offer on your behalf." Xuelan stated as she looked away from Riser.
The man gave a tiny grin.
"Ah... a fellow man of taste, yes, slimes are a niche that any pervert enjoys. Watching a harem member get molested by a slime is the joy that any harem protagonist has the honor of experiencing." Riser filled his harem with all types of stereotypes for this very reason. He even had a girl with the sole purpose of cheating on him 'behind his back' when he wasn't doing her, simply for the sake of having an NTR member of his peerage. Of course, none of the other girls in his harem were allowed to do that. Only the girl who would never actually love another man or even had the chance of loving another man could fulfill that harem role.
Riser was a man of culture.

"I tried... the Electric Slime let a slime goo on me that makes it impossible to shower, and the curse slime goo physically prevents me from wearing clothes. Naruto did not appreciate it when I tried to take him by force. I punched him in the face to try and subdue him, but I held back too much and didn't knock him out." Xuelan had really pissed Naruto off by punching his face. "... the fairy that he was milking got away from him because of me."

"He was milking a fairy?" Ravel questioned. "... you can milk fairies!?" Ravel asked a second question with more shock when she realized just how weird that statement was.
Riser put his hands together.
"... How dare you attack such a fine mage of culture? This man is a person you should have treated with the utmost respect. Devils and Mages have a LONG standing tradition of making life long contracts with each other, and for you to attack a man-" Riser was stopped when Ravel blasted half of his head off his shoulders for what he was saying. As his head started to regenerate, she took the letter from Xuelan.
You have a sister right?

Since you're a Phenex, get me some real phoenix feathers, and a I will sell you a potion that can make Rias a human for the rest of her life. I need your sister's help to make the potion though, the one used against you was only a temporary one.

"... What?" Ravel responded after reading the letter out loud.
Naruto didn't introduce himself or anything, he just gave a list of demands that he wanted from Riser AND herself if he wanted his help.
"Well... seems he isn't interested in contracting to me. Well, Ravel, will you take one for the team so I can have my revenge?" Riser got his head blasted off again for that comment. He really wanted his revenge against Rias for her humiliating him.
Ravel might be a member of his peerage, but she wasn't a real member of his harem, she was just there to fit the Little Sister type. He had no REAL sexual attraction to her, and he was sure that this would benefit her as well in the long run.
"Honestly, I highly suggest it... as humiliating as it was being fucked by slimes, the experience was rather pleasant and my stiff shoulders were cured. I don't know what the curse slime did to me, but I feel very good now." Xuelan bowed to Ravel and Riser as she explained her opinion on the matter.
Ravel blushed.

"Yes, and think of this on a political level. There exists a Mage who can transform Devils into Humans, getting in his good graces or getting him to our side will help maintain the public order. Otherwise, who knows how many unhappy low-class devils will go to him demanding their humanity back?" Riser stated in a more serious tone.
The hierarchy was only maintained by how difficult it was for low class scum to increase their rankings to the higher classes. The knowledge that a man could turn them into humans again and free them from devil life was naturally going to be too great for many devils to pass up on. A high class devil needed to get close to Naruto to give off the image that Naruto wasn't going to help the low class scum that would go to him.
"... That... actually is a good point." Ravel was forced to admit.
There were FAR more low-class devils than there were mid-class and high-class devils now, if all of the unhappy low class started to become human, then 70% at least of the devil population would be gone. Both the Fallen Angels and Angels would see that as a chance to completely wipe them off the map, with the help of the humans who had knowledge of their society and it's weaknesses.
"Also, he had a Philosopher's stone around his neck. The rumors of a Mage creating the legendary stone were true."

"Excuse me?" Ravel and Riser asked her in unison.
That rumor was true!?
"Yes, he had a red stone that produced liquid when it came in contact with water. I noticed it when I punched him, and his necklace made contact with a puddle on the ground." Xuelan had waited to inform then of that, since it wasn't the matter she was ordered to go and do.
"Ravel-"
"I'll do it." Ravel didn't have a reason good enough to not get herself involved. "Also, no, this isn't about your revenge. A mage has produced not only an elixer to turn us into humans, but also the stone of infinite life and wealth. We have no need for increased wealth with how rich we are, the fame from allying with him would be immense." Ravel explained her reasons.
"So you'll do it?"
"Yes... but I refuse to be molested by anything more than a slime, no tentacles and no monsters. I don't care if you think it would be-"
"Actually, the thought of my sister getting fucked by monsters makes me want to puke, so please do both of us a favor and keep it to slimes and tentacles... tentacle molesting is a basic, and must be respected."
Riser got his head blown off again.
Eventually, it was going to stop regenerating if he didn't stop with the perverted stuff.
