Chapter 76 - Chapter-70 The Archer’s Domain — Alisha’s Wrath

The sky above Arthur's outer walls had turned a smoky hue. Shadows from the marching goblin horde spilled across the horizon like a plague, moving with twisted glee and bloodlust. Screeches and howls filled the wind as tens of thousands of monsters advanced, unaware of the precise storm awaiting them.

Perched high upon the fortified walls, Alisha stood still—bow in hand, her long silver hair fluttering with the breeze. Her golden-rank aura shimmered faintly, unseen by the enemy, but felt by every archer standing beside her.

"Steady," she whispered.

Below her, the sea of goblins came closer, packed together in a tide of snarling bodies. They were cruel, twisted things—savage fangs, jagged weapons, and foul breath. Her eyes narrowed on their formations. Unlike humans, goblins didn't march in neat lines or employ formations. They charged as a mob, using numbers like a hammer.

"Commander Alisha," said one of her soldier, "orders?"

"Wait for Lord Arthur's signal," she said, her voice calm.

To her left stood Luna Nightshade, commander of the Bronze Eagle Unit, eyes glowing faintly with a silver light. Her bow was already drawn.

Alisha raised one hand.

A golden pulse of aura shimmered around her. Then, she spoke two words.

"Steady Aim."

Her passive skill took hold of the archers. Every man and woman of the Bronze Eagle and Bronze Starlight Units felt their vision sharpen, their breathing stabilize. Even the weight of their bows felt lighter. Around 35,000 archers stood ready atop the walls.

Then the signal came.

A golden burst of aura flared from the highest tower—Arthur's mark.

Alisha's eyes flared with light.

"Archers!" Her voice echoed with command. "Let the sky fall upon them!"

"RAIN OF ARROWS!"

Arrows darkened the sky.

Thousands upon thousands soared like deadly rain, and within seconds, the first wave of goblins fell. Screeches of pain erupted as the frontlines were impaled, torn, and crushed beneath a relentless hail. Still, more goblins surged forward.

Alisha's voice rang out again.

"Order to Fire!"

Arrows flew in staggered, controlled bursts now. Every three seconds, a new volley was released. Alisha's archers fired in unison, guided by her domain—**The Domain of Precision**.

As the goblins closed within five hundred meters, a deeper pressure emerged from Alisha's body. A golden ring expanded outward around her feet, a swirling domain of wind, light, and momentum.

"Activate Tactical Leadership!" she called out.

Within her domain, the archers' skills, speed, and accuracy all received a buff. Every arrow they fired now hit faster and harder. A line of goblins near the front were shredded before they could even raise their crude shields.

Alisha's gaze swept to the eastern front, where a group of larger goblins was approaching. She instantly recognized them—Silver Rank Tier 6 and 7 leaders, hulking brutes wearing scavenged armor and wielding giant axes.

So the captains have arrived.

With elegant grace, she raised her bow and whispered, "Phoenix Shot."

The arrow she fired glowed bright red and ignited mid-air. It split into five flaming bolts that curved unnaturally toward the silver-ranked leaders.

The goblin captain roared and raised his shield.

It shattered.

The Phoenix Shot slammed into him and his guards, exploding in a wave of golden flame. Screams echoed as the flame ate away at their flesh, fueled by Alisha's mana. Within seconds, the entire eastern pocket was reduced to a burning crater, littered with charred corpses.

Luna blinked in awe. "Your Phoenix Shot has become stronger again…"

Alisha gave a slight nod. "It feeds on my aura now."

Just then, another captain leapt forward from the goblin ranks—a Tier 7 silver goblin with twin blades. He snarled and launched a spinning slash that sliced three summoned barricades in half. Behind him, more elites followed.

"Focus fire on that one," Alisha commanded.

The archers responded. Ten arrows struck the goblin captain, but he deflected half of them with a flick of his blades. He was fast.

Too fast.

Until Alisha vanished.

A heartbeat later, she reappeared behind the goblin captain in mid-air, her golden bow drawn.

"You've come too close."

Her aura surged. Her domain wrapped around her form like a radiant veil.

"Long Shot: Piercing Light!"

The arrow she released broke the sound barrier. It pierced the goblin's chest, exited his back, and shot through five more goblins behind him. The captain staggered, turned, and tried to raise his blade—

But a second arrow struck his eye.

He fell with a gurgling scream.

The goblins nearby began to falter. The steady rain of arrows had become a storm. Their captains and silver-ranked leaders were falling like flies.

Then it began to snow.

Alisha looked up—Lily had activated a frost spell from the mage unit above. Hail and ice shards began to fall alongside the arrows.

Alisha smiled. "She's enjoying herself again."

"Commander!" shouted a scout. "The enemy is flanking toward the western wall. A group of Bronze and Silver Tier 3 goblins is trying to scale with climbing beasts!"

Luna's eyes narrowed. "I'll handle them."

"No," Alisha said. "I'll show my domain's full power."

She raised her bow to the heavens. Golden aura surged from her body and extended across the walls. Archers within her radius glowed with golden light.

"Domain Release—Heaven's Precision."

In that moment, her domain became reality.

Time slowed for those within her sphere. Arrows fired within the domain now had tracking capabilities, arced naturally toward weak spots, and dealt enhanced critical damage. It was as if the very will of war bent toward her aim.

"Fire everything," Alisha ordered.

And they did.

The scaling goblins didn't even reach halfway up the walls. Climbing beasts were shot out of the sky. Archers moved like machines—calm, methodical, deadly.

When the dust finally settled, the western front was littered with bodies.

The goblin momentum shattered.

From his high tower, Arthur watched with a proud smirk. Alisha had not only held her line, she had annihilated entire pockets of elite monsters.

"Looks like they won't even reach the first wall," Arthur murmured.

Back on the wall, Alisha lowered her bow. Her breathing was steady, though sweat trickled down her temple. Her eyes swept the battlefield.

One final goblin—a Silver Tier 5—was limping toward the base of the wall, rage in his eyes.

Alisha aimed. Her final arrow gleamed with golden light.

She whispered, "For the ones you killed."

And let it fly.

The goblin collapsed before he could take another step.
