DcfTaehyung was awoken by strange voices around him. When he opened his eyes, he almost panicked as he couldn't see anything. It was pitch dark and to make matters worse, he could barely move around. He was in a small cramped place.
He moved his head around and that's when he realized that he's inside a trunk of a car. As he moved his arms around, he was shocked to find a body beside him...a man.
He checked his pockets for his phone but it wasn't there. So, he opened the palm of his hand and within seconds, a small fireball appeared. He moved his hand towards the face of the man and gasped when he saw who it was.
Taehyung moved a finger close to the man'a nostrils to check if he was still breathing. He felt relieved when he felt the warm air on his finger. He was so scared as the man's face was full of bruises, cuts and dried blood.
Taehyung stared at the man and remembered to check if he was a shapeshifter or not. He mumbled a spell and when he was done, another wave of relief swept over him. The man beside him was real.
He was about to speak and try to wake the man up, when the latter started to speak in a low voice.
"Fuck. It worked. I can't believe it worked."
"Chang Wook hyung? You awake?" Taehyung asked.
"Yes...barely." Chang Wook said as he groaned.
"What happened? And, how did I get here?" Taehyung asked.
"I summoned you. I snatched a photo of you from one of the rogues. Rang gave each one of the rogues your photo so that they can recognize you when they reach Snow Flower." Chang Wook said.
"So, that means you are indeed a hybrid. Why didn't you use your powers to escape?" Taehyung asked.
"I can't, because I don't know how. I just remembered this summoning spell that was written on a sheet of paper I confiscated from one hybrid student. He tried to summon his crush from another school." Chang Wook chuckled, but then groaned in pain after.
"Ssshhh. They might hear us. I'm glad you're still alive and can actually laugh after what you've been through, hyung." Taehyung said.
"Apparently, they can't kill me. They even tried to bury me once, but I still survived from that. Good thing they decided to check days after if I was still alive and they were shocked to find me breathing." Chang Wook said.
"Huh? How's that possible?" Taehyung asked.
"I have no fucking idea." Chang Wook said, chuckling again.
"Do you know where we are right now?" Taehyung asked.
"Based on what I heard, I think were somewhere near Moonstone Pack by now." Chang Wook said.
"Okay. Hyung, I need to go back okay? Please hold on. I promise we will come and get you. But, first have you seen Alpha Ji-Cheol?" Taehyung asled.
"Yes. Rang has him. But, he's in a bad shape, Taehyung so you'd better act fast. Don't worry about me. If you find him first, save him." Chang Wook said and Taehyung nodded.
"We will save you both, hyung. I promise." Taehyung said.

Back at the Kim's house, Taehyung could feel his body being shaken vigorously. He felt like he was in a trance one minute and then suddenly gasping for air the next. When he finally became conscious of his surroundings, he came face-to-face with Jungkook looking worried.
"Fuck, Taehyung I was so scared! Were you astral travelling? I've been trying to wake you up for the past fifteen minutes!" Jungkook said before hugging him tightly.
"Kook, I was with Chang Wook hyung. He's alive, but badly beaten. He summoned me and somehow I travelled in my sleep." Taehyung said.
"He what!? Are you sure it was him!?"
"Yes, I'm pretty sure. And he said that your appa is with Rang right now, but in bad condition. We have to wake up everyone, they're already near." Taehyung said as he jumped out of the bed.
"Are you okay though? Does anything hurt?" Jungkook asked worriedly.
"Yes, why do you ask?"
"Because when I was trying to wake you up, you weren't really asleep. Your eyes were wide open and glowing. Then you were groaning as if you were in pain." Jungkook said.
"I don't feel any pain right now though. Did it sound like me?" Taehyung asked.
"Actually, now that you bring that up, it didn't sound like you. It was deeper." Jungkook said.
"Maybe I was absorbing Chang Wook's pain? While my astral self didn't feel hyung's pain when I was with him, my physical body did." Taehyung said.
"So, if you you can siphon someone's feelings? Does that mean you can absorb their power too? Not just mine?" Jungkook asked.
"I don't know. I guess we'll find out later." Taehyung said.
Taehyung woke up everyone in the household while Jungkook called alpha Min-Ho and the others.
It was just 4 am when they all met at the pack house. Alpha Min-ho already ordered the dispersal of the troops, hybrids and witches in their respective areas.
Jungkook and Taehyung walked out of the house and went straight to the front gate of the village. They held each other's hands and mouthed their i ilove yous.
Right behind the couple stood Yoo-Jung, Minkyu and Il-Hwa. At the back of the three were Bogum, Hoseok, their witch and hybrid friends.
It took only ten minutes until they heard the pack bell signaling that enemies are already approaching.
"This is it everyone! For Moonstone!" Min-Ho shouted and everyone shouted back, "For Moonstone!"
Both Taehyung and Jungkook smirked as their eyes glowed, their astral selves appearing right oustide the gates where they saw around 50 enemies fast approaching.
"Be careful, love." Taehyung said.
"Back at you," Jungkook said before running with the rest of their troops.

AT RANG'S CAMP
Right Before the Attack
Rang was positioned in front of his men, together with the third dark witch sister named, Sage. Behind the two stood two Alpha hybrids holding an unconscious Alpha Ji-Cheol.
Rang faced his men and shouted.
"Remember, we only have two objectives here. Kill Jeon Jungkook and bring me Kim Taehyung alive! I don't give a rat's ass what you do to make that happen — inflict pain, use your magic or kill — do whatever it takes!" Rang said.
As soon as he finished, Sage muttered a spell and mindlinked Rang to the assigned leads per point of entry.
Once the spell was done, Sage nodded to Rang.
Rang mentally spoke.
As soon as you see Taehyung, inform me!
Yes, master. The men answered. As Minkyu predicted, Rang divided his troops into the number of possible entry points to the pack.
The men moved forward and were surprised when they heard the pack bell.
"Fuck! They knew we were coming this early!" One of the men shouted.
As they neared the pack, Jungkook and Taehyung appeared at the front of all groups. So, one by one, Rang's troop leaders mindlinked their master.
1st leader: Master, Taehyung and Jungkook are at the east entrance.
2nd: Our targets are here at the forest entrance!
3rd: They're here at the main gate!
4th: Master, Jung—
SHUT UP! SHUT UP!!! SHUT THE FUCK UP!!! Rang shouted and mindlinked the men.
Rang was beyond livid at what he just heard. Apparently, the hybrids assigned to two of the entry points were shapeshifters as well, so they shifted into Jungkook and Taehyung's form.
Rang pulled Sage's hair harshly. "Do something you bitch or else your eomma's life ends this instance!"
Sage glared at Rang, but she couldn't do anything but follow him as she already lost two of her sisters. She turned around and looked at the limp body of Ji-Cheol and raised her arms.
Ji-Cheol's body was then wrapped inside a glowing red sphere that lifted him from the ground. The witch controlled the sphere and raised it high above the ground towards the center of the field for everyone to see.
AT MOONSTONE
While the fighting was ongoing, cries and gasps were heard all around as they looked at the red sphere floating high above the ground.
Jungkook looked up and saw his appa. He was starting to lose his focus as rage was building up inside him. His body started to tremble as his fangs were starting to show.
"Jungkook!" Taehyung called out as he felt their connection slowly breaking. He watched his mate struggle to control his anger.
"Love, concentrate please. Listen to my voice. I need you, Jungkook. I can't do this alone." Taehyung pleaded.
"T-taeh...I-I c-can't....appa..."
"No! You can, Alpha! I trust you Jungkook. Fight it." Taehyung said as he held Jungkook's hand.
Meanwhile, seeing their Alpha in grave danger, Hoseok and Bogum immediately shifted to their wolf form and ran out of the protected walls of the pack to find whoever was casting the spell.
"Hyerim, Yoobin and Sunmi! Follow them!" Il-hwa yelled. The three nodded before holding each other's hands and disapparated.
They then apparated outside the field, a little ahead of Hoseok and Bogum. The three gestured for the wolves to come to a halt, so they did.
Hyerim looked around and that's when he saw Sage with her eyes closed and her lips moving, continuosly chanting.
"Sisters! There!" Hyerim pointed at the direction of Sage.
"Unnie, it's Sage. She's too powerful for us. How are we even going to stop her?" Yoobin, the youngest of the three said.
"We can. Let's invoke the Power of Three." Hyerim said.
"But, we've never done that before, unnie!" Sunmi said.
"Come on! We have to try! There's not much time!" Hyerim said as she held her sisters' hands. They formed a circle and started chanting.
We call upon the power of three,
For good to prevail and make evil flee.
We call upon the power of three
Oh dear goddess Hecate hear our plea.
We call upon the power of three
Give us the power to we sisters three!
After they chanted, a yellow light appeared at the center of the circle. With both their hands, each of the three sisters stretched out their arms towards the light. Their hands started to glow yellow as well and the three looked at each other and nodded.
They turned towards sage and shot the light towards her, making the latter get thrown back. The red sphere suddenly disappeared causing Ji-Cheol's body to fall.
Screams were heard from all over as they all watched the horrid scene in front of them. But before Ji-Cheol's body touched the ground, he suddenly levitated again.
Everyone's eyes turned to Taehyung's astral self who had his hands raised as he gently placed Ji-Cheol's body on the ground. As soon as the omega was sure that the alpha was safe, he disappeared and went back to his body.
Jungkook followed suit and as his astral self came back, he pulled Taehyung close and hugged him tightly.
"Love, thank you. I'm so sorry I almost lost it." Jungkook said as tears of gratitude escaped his eyes.
Taehyung hugged back, rubbing Jungkook's back.
"I knew you could control your wolf, Kook. Uncle's safe now, love."
"The father might be safe, but not the son." A maniacal voice was suddenly heard.
While everyone was focused on saving Alpha Ji-Cheol, nobody noticed the protection spell disappear. Rang was able to slip inside the pack without anyone detecting him.
The evil hybrid suddenly uttered a killing curse directed at Jungkook.
"OCCIDERE!"
"NO!!!!!'" Taehyung screamed and pushed Jungkook with all his might.
The omega was expecting for the curse to hit him, but someone else stepped in front of him. It all happened so fast. The next thing that Taehyung saw was his halmeoni falling down to the ground.
Taehyung saw everything in slow motion as he stared at his halmeoni's lifeless body. He sat numb on the ground and became oblivious to Jungkook and his siblings shifting to their wolf form and attacking Rang.
The omega started wailing as he lifted his halmeoni's body and cradled her close.
"Halmeoni! No, please wake up." Taehyung sobbed.
The omega felt so helpless and distraught that he couldn't concentrate. He kept shaking her lifeless body and was even trying to transfer his energy to her. Suddenly, he heard a voice in his head.
Taehyung, my son, I'm so sorry for your halmeoni. But, your mate needs you know. You two can put an end to all these. It's time to answer to destiny's call, Taehyung. I am with you, together with the moon goddess, all the gods and kindred spirits. I have faith in you, my son.
"G-godess Hecate?" Taehyung mumbled.
You know what to do, Taehyung. I will be with you and protect you. Goddess Hecate said.
And with that, Taehyung placed his halmeoni down on the ground and stood up. He looked up to the sky and saw the moon about to set. He knew that he has to do the spell now, so he started.
Oh Goddess of the moon, shine your light down on me
Give me the power to help trapped souls be free
I invoke thee into my mind and my whole being
Use me to put an end to this evil uprising
Open thy gates and let kindred spirits pass through
So they may be at peace and rest beside you
I humbly accept what's destined of me from above

As the spell was completed, the moon's brightness intensified and a beam of light fell on Taehyung.
The omega writhed in pain as he transformed into his wolf. He felt a surge of energy run though bis entire body and when he fully shifted. He heard voices in his head once again.
Taehyung, it's me your eomma. I'm inside you, together with your appa and halmeoni. (Ji-Won)
We are so proud of you my dear, grandchild. Do not be sad and afraid. (Il-Hwa)
As I told you before, Taehyung, we are always watching over you. (Hyun Bin)
We never had the chance to meet, Taehyung, but thank you for being kind to my son, Chang Wook and for loving my nephew. (Dong Wook)
You now have our energies, Taehyung. Use all of it and put an end to Rang. (Ji-Won)
I will. For all of you, so you can all rest in peace. I love you all. Taehyung said before turning to Rang who was distracted with the three wolves not giving him a rest. The evil hybrid has turned to his giant wolf form as well.
He mindlinked Jungkook who was about to attack Rang again.
Jungkook, it's time.
Jungkook nodded and quickly went beside his mate. The alpha wolf nuzzled his mate's neck. Both wolves were suddenly enveloped with a glowing yellow aura.
Taehyung started the chant again and felt a great surge of power inside him.
Minkyu, Yoo-Jung! Step aside! Taehyung mindlinked the two.
The two wolves moved away from Rang and that's when Taehyung shot a beam of light on Rang.
The evil wolf growled loudly as the spell hit him. He changed back to his human form and fell to the ground. He held his chest as he struggled to breath.
Taehyung, in his magnificent wolf form, walked towards Rang...his purple eyes glowing and he was growling angrily.
It's all over Joong-Gu. You have made countless of lives hell. You treated witches, rogues and hybrids like puppets, murdered innocent lives and have stolen a portion of my loved one's souls. You created a monster of a son for you to live longer in this world. You have to be punished for everything you've done. You obsessed over the wrong omega!
Taehyung started to chant in his mind.
The curse upon me
be transferred to thee
Be trapped in thy vessel
Forever to dwell
No power to fight
And never see light
Taehyung pinned Rang's body to the ground, watching the latter cough out blood. Rang tried to push the white wolf away, but he was already weakened by the attacks of the three wolves earlier and the spell casted on him.
Evil ends here. Taehyung said before biting into Rang's jugular.
Taehyung felt all the energy inside him leave his body, but his fangs stayed on Rang's neck until the latter stopped whimpering and struggling. He let go and stepped backwards, watching as a number of trapped souls came out of Rang's mouth.
Taehyung felt his body tremble and his eyesight became blurry. His wolf was screaming in his head as he felt his bones breaking. He shifted back to his human form and as soon as he did, he lost consciousness and fell to the ground.
"Taehyung!" Jungkook screamed and ran to his mate's side.
"Taehyung!!!" Another scream was heard as Namjoon arrived just to find his son lying on the ground.
He took off his coat instantly and handed it to Jungkook who was quick enough to cover his mate's naked body.
"Bring him to the infirmary quickly!" Min-Ho said, witnessing the entire scene.
Jungkook carried Taehyung bridal style and ran as fast as he could.
"Stay with me, love." Jungkook whispered on his ear, scared to lose the love of his life and his unborn pups.
