In the endless multiverse there is a planet called TEDRA that was once a peaceful place until it changed into a horrific site when suddenly portals started opening all over the world and monsters came out of these portals, countries started attacking these monsters with everything they had whether it be guns, explosives and even nuclear weapons but most of these weapons used against the monsters were utterly useless except for the nuclear weapons which did pretty well against the monsters by killing a lot of them and that made humans think that they could defeat these monsters but that was just a dream because stronger monsters who were immune to nuclear weapons came out the portal's almost making humankind extinct.
These monsters were not like the others they were bigger, stronger and faster than all the other monsters compined and they made humans run for their money(life) but that wasn't the biggest problem.
The bigger problem was the number of elite monsters because there were 200 of such monsters in the entire world which may seem little compared to the millions of other monsters until you realize that humans can't even scratch one of them but luckily these monsters are not together or else there would be no TEDRA or humans for that matter and even though these monster were not together they made humans smell extinction by annihilating 60% percent of human from the face of the planet.
until a group of people who were hungry started eating the fallen monsters meat which had the energy to awaken people's inner talents as powers and we call these people HUNTERS, thanks to these hunters humanity were able to fend off these monsters and even build five strong safe zones but they still couldn't scratch the 200 elite monsters.
The elite monsters were a force to be wrekened with but for some reason each of them never appeared again and disappeared for some unknown reason.
After the disappearance of the elite monsters humans were divided into two groups, the awakened and non-awakened.
30 years later under the shining but also hot light of the sun walked two hunters in the ruins of an invaded city, these two hunters seem tired and they appear to be a women and a men who are couple with their son Lei Zhao who just turned 14, which is the age for a child to awaken his powers and Lei Zhao is going with his parents to hunt a monster so that he can awaken his talent.
Lei zhao: "anxiously" mom do you think I could awaken because my Friends say I don't have a talent?
Xiao lian: "smilingly" of course you have a talent ?
Lei Zhao: so then what is my talent "mom"?
Xiao lian: "cluelessly" .....Your father can explain it to you better then me so go ask him?
Lei Zhao: "nervously" so dad what is my talent?
Lei wei: "proudly" my son your talent is being able to overcome every problem.
Lei Zhao: "hesitantly" but that is not a talent "dad"?
Lei wei: "but it is my son" do you know how many fail to awaken their talent because they can't overcome their problems but you are different "my son".
Lei Zhao: "surprised" how am I different "dad"?
Lei wei: " well son the day you were born you almost couldn't make it and the doctors were hopeless but you made it and when you were bullied you fought those bullies and there are many such incidents in you life so my son be hopfull and let's go awaken you're talent.
Lei Zhao: okay dad says Lei Zhao "with a smile on his face".
After walking about an hour Lei Zhao and his parents come to a stop when they see a G-RANK
Hyena Monster who seems to be eating another monster so the dad who is G-Rank warrior hunter goes near the monster in a sneaky way hoping that he can kill the monster instantly without the monster noticing.
and the dad bravely attacks the monster with his E-Rank skill "slash" and kill the monster by splitting it into two halves but what he didn't expect was that there was another Hyena and it attacks the father, then the mom who seems to be G-RANK magician activates her skill D-RANK skill "paralyze" and makes the Hyena unable to move and the dad takes the chance to use his skill "slash" once again to kill it before dropping on the ground out of a fatigue.
