Jay-jay's POV
Just a little bit! I'm about to slap you here. These guys are making a mess of me. The elementary school student was even more naughty.
"Jay-jay! It's Eren!" Ci-N reported to me.
"You were the first!" Eren replied.
I looked at them both with a look of disdain but there was no response. Kit and Rory were also making a mess of them. Only Keifer and Josh were still sitting here in our seats.
I had something on my mind.
When I got home earlier. We had an unexpected visitor. Cyrus' parents. I didn't know what to do earlier. They said they wanted to talk to me. Cyrus said he'd been looking for me for weeks.
He said he wanted to see me.
But I don't want to! I'm scared! I didn't want to agree but they were talking to me. What's worse, they wanted me to be one now ma. It's a good thing Aries came.
"Jay..." Keifer called out to me. "...Why?" he asked.
"Why what?"
"Why have you been quiet? You've been like that since that call—"
"I'm fine... I'm just nervous for Yuri," I said, making an excuse.
He didn't say anything after that, and honestly, I was grateful. I really didn't want to talk about it.
Suddenly, a shrill sound came out of the speaker from the stage here in the
auditorium. It looked like the contest was about to start. I need to clear my mind first. I'll support Yuri first.
"Good evening everyone!" The host greeted us.
We responded with loud applause. He was also the host of the contest on Tuesday. Is the future Wowowin dancer with him?
While the host was talking, we noticed Rory running towards us.
"Guys! The audio tape we brought for Yuri is broken!" He told us.
"It was still working earlier." Kit said.
"It looks like someone was tampering! Do you have a backup?!" Rory asked us.
We looked at each other, hoping someone would answer with something. But no, Yuri would lose this.
"Edrix! Join Rory in the room. Get the guitar, let Yuri use it." Keifer ordered. Their actions Edrix was quick.
We turned our attention back to the Host. Suddenly, the people clapping.
The contest had started. I just hope they can reach Edrix.
"Let's start with Section B!" The host said and the representative of Section B came out. She was singing Your Love. But we weren't paying attention. We waited for Edrix to arrive. Section B ended and the host came out again.
"Still no one?!" I asked in a panic.
They tried to look around but Edrix was still nowhere to be found.
"Now it's Section D!" The Host shouted again and the member from Section D came out. While D was singing, Edrix suddenly came in panting.
"Okay... We've already given it to Yuri." Edrix said and sat down.
But there was one more problem. Yuri would be forced to change songs. He had already told us that he couldn't play the first song he chose on the guitar.
"Thank you very much for the wonderful song Section D!" The Host said and the people applauded.
Of course, Yuri was next. I bit my lower lip hard.
"Let's applaud Section E!" The host shouted and Yuri came out holding an acoustic guitar.
"It's Yuri! Woooohhhh! GO! YURI!" The people next to me shouted.
The guitar was fixed for a moment and they tested it. When everything was in order, Yuri spoke into the mic.
"I will sing Can't stop the feeling, covered by Joseph Vincent." Yuri said and started singing.

The song he chose was beautiful. Yuri also has a voice that's so proud. Just like Keifer.

I hadn't spoken yet but she immediately looked at me with a bad look.
"I thought you were just talking to Denzel?!" She asked me annoyed and tried to wipe her tears.
Oh! I thought they were okay?
"Did something happen?"
She wiped her eyes again.
"Denzel took responsibility for the child but he still treated me the same way." She said and started crying again. "...He said he loved me but I didn't feel it."
I just bit my lower lip. What should I do? Yes, I know I shouldn't interfere. But she's pregnant! And she's crying! That's bad for the baby. Until an idea entered my mind.
I immediately went to Grace and whispered to her. SHe was still surprised at first but she agreed. I immediately left the CR and looked for Denzel. They were backstage talking to Yuri. It looked like he had just finished performing.
"Jay-jay!" They called to me.
I ran towards them and took a moment to catch my breath.
"Where are you from? Why did you suddenly disappear?" Yuri asked me.
"I'll explain later." I replied and turned to Denzel.
"...Come with me, we have something to talk about."
I grabbed his hand and immediately pulled him away. I didn't wait for him to say anything.
"H-hold on Jay!" He stopped me but I didn't let him stop me.
We reached the edge of the room. I let go of him and stared into his eyes.
"W-why Jay?"
"What are you planning on doing with Grace?!" I asked him, annoyed.
"H-ha? I thought everything was okay with you?"
"I thought so too... But she's crying again."
Denzel paused for a moment and seemed to think. He must have been aware that Grace didn't like the way she was being treated.
"Jay... I don't know what she wants to happen. I've already taken responsibility for the child, that's why I work hard."
"But Grace? You accept your responsibility with the child, but how about your responsibility with Grace? She's still a woman and even though you're not married, you still have a responsibility to her!" I explained angrily.

I took a deep breath and looked in the other direction. "You can come out!" I shouted.
I knew Denzel was surprised by what I said. Grace came out from behind the piles of things. She came over to us and glared at Denzel.
"Is that how you think of me?!" Grace asked angrily.
Of course! You and Freya are like troops! Denzel didn't answer. To Grace's annoyance, she hit him and almost pushed Denzel away. But he still didn't answer.
"Denzel... Grace is right in front of you. Just tell her what's bothering you. Nothing's going to happen if you keep avoiding her," I explained.
But somehow, it felt like I was saying those words to myself. Because the moment I said it, Cyrus flashed into my mind. Maybe it's time I faced him, too.
"Grace..." Denzel began and suddenly hugged the person in front of him.

I took my phone and dialed the number Cyrus' parents had left for me.
