Eden tried hard to figure things out.
Allure wasn't answering his phone, he was probably busy attending to his brother whom he had always wanted to see for what's looked like 'since forever' or so she thought...
On the way home, Eden began to worry if he was okay, 'was he really fine or was he hiding something, maybe he wasn't happy, maybe it was a joke' she thought within herself.
Upon getting home, Eden called Allure again, he answered this time, she sighed in relief.
"Sir, are you okay?" She asked immediately
"Yeah, come outside" he said. He didn't sound happy or sad, he was basically just there. She dropped her bag and her suit and bolted out through the door.
Allure was standing there, he wore a straight face , for the first time since she knew him, he wasn't smiling at her.
"Sir..." Eden said as she stopped in front of him
"...are you okay?"
"Yeah." He smiled
"You were following me?" She said and frowned.
Allure let out a silent chuckle and hugged her.
"Um... sir?"
Eden could hear him sigh, he would raise his head in an attempt to force his tears back inside but it didn't seem to work and after a few seconds of trying to control, he let it out.
His voice flooded her mind as he poured out his heart on her shoulder.
Eden held him close, she could tell something was definitely wrong but she didn't want to stop him, it would be better if he said something out of his own will.
"Alfred is sick..." Allure managed to say, he inhaled deeply like he was trying to catch a fly from the after life.
"... And I'm scared, he didn't say he wasn't fine, all he did was act cool and now he has less that 20 days left." He concluded with a deep sigh.
Eden led him to one of the benches outside her house, she placed his head on her lap, he didn't force it, he let himself be pampered by her.
"I'm sure he'd be disappointed if he saw you sulking like a child..." Eden paused and looked at him, she smiled and continued
"... I'm sure he meant the best, you, you should be strong for him too."
Allure could care less about his brother dying at this point.
As long as he had her attention, his soul is satisfied. He smiled at her, tears escaped his eyes and filled his outer ear.
"Do you think I'm childish for crying?" He asked as her sat up and turned to her.
He cupped her face in her palm, watched her beautiful silver eyes shine in the rhythm of the light that the moon shared
"Um ... Not weally, I think you're cwute. You wove your bwother so wu shuld cwy" she said trying hard to pronounce her words properly since he didn't want to let go of her face.
Allure blushed, his smile widened as her watched her say those words
"Cute..." He muttered
