"Ahh, this coffee is so bitter," David said, wincing slightly.
Emily laughed. "You're such a coffee connoisseur. Can't handle a little bitterness, huh?" she teased.
David chuckled, taking another sip. "Hey, someone's got to keep the coffee machine in check around here.
David, a handsome young man with a strong athletic build, leaned against the old stone wall in the university courtyard.
He cradled a cup of coffee in his hands and sipped the lukewarm liquid, gazing out at the busy campus as students hurried to their morning classes.
His friend, Emily, stood beside him, enthusiastically discussing about her last psychology project. David nodded along, pretending to be interested, but his mind kept drifting back to the upcoming midterm test.
As David sipped his coffee, his eyes narrowed slightly, lost in thought. Suddenly, a voice broke the silence
Hey, David! You look like you're a million miles away," said Emily, as she leaned against the wall beside him.
David turned to her, a hint of a smile on his lips. "Just enjoying the morning calm before the chaos begins," he replied, his eyes crinkling at the corners.
Just as Emily was getting along with her discussion, David's phone buzzed in his pocket. He pulled it out, glanced at the screen, and raised an eyebrow.
"Hey, Em, I've got to take this," David said, already walking away from the courtyard. "It's my prof. he Probably wants to discuss about my test "I'll see you later, maybe in the hall, I guess."
Emily's smile faltered, and she looked at David with a hint of disappointment.
"Already? But we just started talking, and I really wanted to discuss my project with you," she said, her voice tinged with a slight pout.
"You're always running off to something, that's not fair. Emily said expressing how she she feels.
"Hey, I'm so sorry Em," David called out, turning back to her. "I'll make it up to you, I promise. We will grab lunch together and you can tell me all about your project, okay?"
He gave her a reassuring smile before turning away, phone still pressed to his ear.
Emily playfully rolled her eyes, "Yeah, sure, Go talk to your prof. I'll just stand here,talking to myself."
David chuckled and tossed her a wave as he answered the call...

As David ended the call with Professor Thompson, he couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement. He looked at his phone, a big smile spreading across his face.
He has just been given a huge opportunity, he had once wanted to participate in it and he couldn't wait to share the news with Emily.
But as he glanced at the time on his phone, his excitement quickly turned to panic. David hurriedly stuffed his phone into his pocket and took off in a sprint, weaving through the crowds of students on campus.
"I've got to hurry," he muttered to himself, picking up his pace. "Can't be late, not today of all days!"
David was hurrying to his 10:00 a.m general education class, "Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving," which was held in a large lecture hall. This class was a requirement for students from all majors, and it was always packed.
The lecture hall was a hub of activity with students from all walks of academic life coming together to learn and discuss critical thinking and problem-solving strategies.
As he rushed through the lecture hall way, he could see other students from various departments - Literature, Computer Science, Engineering, and more -hanging around along the hall way.The atmosphere was lively, with students chatting and laughing with each other.

As David burst through the door, out of breath and apologetic, he scanned the room to see if he had indeed missed the start of class. But to his surprise, he saw that the professor was still setting up, and the other students were chatting quietly, waiting for the lecture to begin.
He let out a sigh of relief, feeling a bit silly for rushing so frantically, he then took a deep breath, composed himself, as he walked into the hall, looking for an empty seat to settle in.
David finally found an empty seat at the back of the hall and settled into it, trying to catch his breath and compose himself before the lecture began.
Just as he was settling in,feeling grateful that he had made it to class on time, A beautiful young lady caught his eye and flashed him a warm smile, he returned her smile, the young lady's eyes sparkled, and she nodded slightly in recognition.
He thought she was just another lady who was trying to get his attention, but he also didnt want to come across as rude by ignoring her.
David is an handsome and intelligent young man, with a charming smile and piercing eyes that seemed to captivate everyone around him.
As a result, he had inadvertently caught the attention of many young ladies on campus and even some young female lecturers who couldn't help but be drawn to his charismatic presence.
However, despite the numerous admirers vying for his attention, David remained unfazed and uninterested. His primary focus was on his studies, and he was determined not to let anything distract him from his goals.

After class was over for the day and it was time to head back home. David then thought about approaching the girl but he was a bit nervous, but he also couldnt stop thinking about her and where he had meet her .so to clear off his doubt he made up his mind to approach her.
After the class was over, David packed up his things and began searching for Sophia. He scanned the crowded hallway, hoping to catch a glimpse of her, but she was nowhere to be found. She seem to have disappeared all of a sudden.
"Where could she be?.he said to himself"...
He checked the usual spots - the student lounge, the cafeteria, and even the quad –
but there was no sign of her. David was starting to think he'd never find her.
Just as he was about to give up, he remembered a place he hasn't checked,which was the library.
"She can't be in the library, just after an intense class",he said to himself, but his instinct was so sure, so he decided to try the library, maybe he could find her there.
He walked into the library, scanning the rows of bookshelves and study tables. And then, to his surprise he spotted her - Sophia was sitting at a table on the second floor, surrounded by stacks of books and scribbling notes. It seems she was in search of something...
(Approaching the girl) He made his way over to her table, trying not to startle her. "Hey, excuse me. I'm David. I think we might have met before, but I'm not sure."
(looking up, slightly surprised) "Oh, hi I'm Sophia. I don't think we've met before, but I've seen you around campus.
Sophia patel?! he asked softly, clearing his throat.
She looked up, startled, trying to recall who he was.
Reyes? She asked anxiously.
Yes it's me,David said...and then broke into a smile.
Oh my goodness!! Sophia screamed in excitement,her eyes sparkled as she jumped up from her seat, her books and papers scattering across the table. She flung her arms around David's neck, giving him a tight hug.
