Ron continued to walk through the streets of Berlin, taking in the sights and sounds of the city. He stopped to admire the Berlin Wall, then walked through the Brandenburg Gate.
Maria Hill watched him from a distance, her eyes scanning the crowd for any signs of trouble. But as the day wore on, she found herself getting more and more bored.
Ron was just acting like a normal tourist, taking photos and eating street food. He didn't seem to be doing anything suspicious or out of the ordinary.
Hill sighed, her eyes rolling in frustration. She had been expecting something more exciting, something that would give her a clue about Ron's true intentions.
But so far, she had nothing.
As Ron walked into a nearby café, Hill followed him, taking a seat at a nearby table. She ordered a coffee and sat back, watching Ron as he chatted with the waitress.
Ron seemed completely carefree, laughing and joking with the waitress as if he didn't have a care in the world.
Hill's eyes narrowed, her mind racing with possibilities. Was Ron just a good actor, or was he really as innocent as he seemed?
She didn't have the answer, but she was determined to keep watching him until she did.
As the day wore on, Hill found herself getting more and more comfortable. She was starting to enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of the café, and Ron's carefree attitude was starting to rub off on her.
Maybe this surveillance thing wouldn't be so bad after all.
