After hesitating for a while, Between strengthening the Pokémon or strengthening himself, Kaisen made his choice.
Since the white dragon Reshiram exists, its strength is already enough to deal with most external threats.
But in a world where power determines survival, and with a storm looming over the horizon, Kaisen chose to enhance himself first.
Especially in this mixed world, as he doesn't believe it's just a mix of Pokémon and anime, and he proved it in part due to the existence of regions that shouldn't exist.
Two of these are Torren and Tandor, two regions created by fans of the best Pokémon fangames, Insurgence and Uranium.
For him, Torren is the most dangerous due to the number of legendary Pokémon cults and the cultists' extremely violent methods.
Because of this, the Region is isolated from the rest of the world, and anyone who enters it is presumed dead.
From what he could gather in the Underworld and from his memories of the game, there are currently five cults in the region.
The Darkrai Cult, which worships the Darkrai the Nightmare Pokémon.
The Abyssal Cult, which worships Lugia and Kyogre and seeks to control them. In Kyogre's case, they are Team Aqua's main rivals.
The Infernal Cult, which worships Groudon and Heatran and seeks to take them over. They are also known for using children.
The Perfection Cult, whose goal is to create the Perfect Pokémon, is also the creators of the Delta Pokémon.
And their Tribe's main enemy: The Sky Cult.
This cult's goal is to summon and control Rayquaza. They are led by the Second Augur Jaern.
There is a sixth cult, but it's best to leave it aside for now.
As for tandor…
Tandor is a region south of Unova, notable for its nuclear power plants. It is also divided into two regions: West Tandor and East Tandor.
Its main problem is the Nuclear Pokémon, Pokémon corrupted by the explosion of the Epsilon nuclear plant, which gave rise to a new type.
The Nuclear type, of which only a few specimens are known to be naturally of that type and not corrupted like others.
Its main antagonist is CURIE, whose real name is Lucille, a genius scientist specializing in nuclear physics who was involved in the creation of the CURIE interface. This mask allows communication with and, if necessary, suppress the minds of nuclear Pokémon.
This leads to the Mask's objective, Project U092, better known as Urayne, the first nuclear Pokémon, a legendary Pokémon created by man, like Mewtwo.
Anyway, 10 years ago, the core of the Epsilon power plant overheated, leading to a Pokémon Chernobyl. While everyone was escaping, Lucille stayed behind to try to stop it.
She couldn't and was saved by Urayne and locked with him in the stasis chamber. During this time, she wore the CURIE mask, which damaged her mental state.
So, Tandor would soon face a nuclear-hungry Maniac and his Walking Nuke.
So, he has to become strong if he wants to survive.
Some might ask,
Why get involved in those regions?
The answer is simple: Waifus and powerful Pokémon.
The latter being more applicable to Tandor, with a total of 8 Legendaries, 3 Mythical, and 3 Pseudo-Legendarily.
That's why he is determined to strengthen himself, the most important thing is the body and spirit, both must evolve, but between the two, the mind always guides the sword.
The spiritual power that can be released beyond the body, that transcends physical limits, was now more useful than pure physique.
Thanks to Chris help, it was confirmed: His "Gym Leader-Level Physique" was already more than enough for real combat.
So Kaisen decisively used the B-level enhancement on his superpowers.
[Superpowers upgraded → Champion Level]
An overwhelming surge of strength swept through his body his perception expanded his thoughts were sharper than ever his energy… seemingly infinite.
He glanced at the elegant, silver-haired lady nearby — her beauty dignified yet cold.
As their eyes met,Chris slowly extinguished her cigarette, her jade-green eyes shimmering with mischievous light.
"How is it?" she asked playfully.
"As you wish~" Kaisen replied.
The night passed quietly.
On the floor, black lace undergarments remained scattered like relics of a storm.
From the kitchen, the gentle sound of fire being turned off echoed, followed by the aromatic scent of breakfast.
Wearing only an apron, Vermouth stood at the stove, plating food with practiced hands.
Behind her, Kaisen's arm was still loosely wrapped around her waist,a habit formed over the night — now hard to let go of.
As he moved to help with the dishes, Vermouth's legs buckled. She almost fell, barely catching herself like someone hanging from a cliff by a fragile branch.
The aroma of food mixed with a lingering trace of high protein. The aftermath of the storm still echoed in their bodies.
Later, after reheating the food, Kaisen supported her to the table. He brought out the dishes one by one.
"Baby~ you make me love you more and more," Vermouth purred, refusing to let go of his arm even during the meal, insisting on sitting on his lap.
That clingy possessiveness made Kaisen chuckle. He felt the weight of his Champion-Level Psychic Power and Gym Leader-Level Physique more clearly than ever.
"I love you too," he replied.
Even before transmigrating into this world, Kaisen had adored the cunning witch known as Vermouth. Now, having experienced her in reality… He was utterly captivated.
Scooping up some hot chicken soup, he gently blew on it and fed her himself. Though it was just soup, the moment was drenched in happiness.
She uncorked a bottle of red wine, prepared a side of steamed buns soaked in milk and wine. He ate everything she served. Satisfied, she finally allowed him to stand.
After a full meal and a shower, they both changed into new outfits.
It was Monday.
Kaisen had to return to Shuchiin Academy. Vermouth — or rather, Chris Vineyard — had an interview on Kanto TV, hosted by Mizunashi Rena.
"It's a pity. After this program, I'll only be able to stay for two more days before I return to work."
"I'll miss you, Chris. And don't get too close to any men on set."
"What a possessive little demon… but I like that~"
She chuckled and tapped his chest, then whispered close to his ear:"That blood-red handkerchief… Isn't that enough to reassure you?"
"I know. But still, I had to say it."
"Then you're not allowed to get close to other girls either."
"…"
"Haha, just teasing you~ I know your tribe is traditional."
The Draconid Clan, passed down for millennia, still preserved certain ancient customs… including polygamy.
At the hotel entrance, Vermouth wore only a pair of sunglasses to conceal her identity. She didn't care if anyone recognized her. The open-minded culture of Unova had long embraced celebrity gossip.
Kaisen, of course, was even more unfazed. His legendary romances were already the talk of Shuchiin.
As they hugged and kissed goodbye, Vermouth secretly slipped a card worth one million Pokedollars into his pocket.
"Baby~ The password is your birthday," she whispered, mounting her Hydreigon and soaring into the sky.
Seeing this the passersby gasped:"Wow! A Pseudo-Legendary!" "That's a Hydreigon!" "She must be an Unova trainer!"
Kaisen didn't summon his ace Pokémon. He simply turned and walked toward his home.
But among the crowd…
A wretched-looking man in a black mask held a phone case with Chris Vineyard's image printed on it.
Tetsuya Tahara. Twisted. Obsessed. Dangerous.
Hearing that Chris was in Kanto for a show, he saw this as his one and only chance. He had spent all his savings, bought weapons, and followed her with his Pokémon.
But the five-star hotel's defense — including two Pyroar's at the entrance — made infiltration impossible.
Now, he had a new plan. Wait for her after the interview. Strike then.
But then he saw Chris leaving the hotel… with Kaisen.
Rage and jealousy consumed him. His twisted heart made a single decision:
Kill Kaisen first. Then claim Chris.
He stalked from a distance.
But before he could act, a familiar orange coat interrupted everything.
Officer Megure, riding a small electric scooter, spotted Kaisen.
"Hey, Kaiser-Kun! Why no uniform?"
"Ah, morning, Officer Megure. I stayed at a friend's place. Just going home to change."
"I'll give you a lift."
"Thanks!"
As Kaisen got on, Tahara panicked. If he didn't act now, his chance would vanish.
"Chris is mine!!" With a roar, he pulled out a gun and fired at Kaisen's back.
Bang!
The bullet tore through the air—
But the Champion-Level Psychic Field surrounding Kaisen shimmered like a barrier.
The bullet stopped midair… and dropped to the ground.
Kaisen slowly turned his head, his emerald eyes glowing.
Tahara's fate was already sealed.
