After a week, Argonaut and his Calvary was training Fia and Möbius, the training was
nonstop day in and day out. Pushing both of them to there limits and teaching them the fundamentals of combat and the proper technique of the sentinel knights of Calenardhon. At night Möbius would have trouble sleeping do to the horrific sight he saw that night. To help him sleep Fia would always be next to him in bed holding him as he tightly wrapped his arms around her. This moment in life may a bond between them and a yearn to get stronger to avenge their childhood friend who was there light in a dark place.
Möbius trained with Argonaut using a long sword as his weapon. Fia on the other hand
used a bow and arrow however, she also trained learning the ways of the assassin from her master Jinx. Mrs. jinx was Argonaut's wife being a trained assassin for the kingdom of Calenardhon, and Mr. Argonaut the leader of the sentinel Knights was the second strongest warrior's in Calenardhon.
While training Jinx praised Fia for how fast her reflexes are and as how honed her skills are. Fia said "when I was younger I lost my parents so I had to rely on my instincts a lot" her comments made Jinx think to herself " it's makes sense, with her being a dark elf, it's rare to see one more then That Anfalas always hated dark elf's" but then jinx remembered when Argonaut told her about Fia's dedication to Möbius and their want for revenge being the only two that made it out alive . It's a Sad sight to see but in the end she is a fine girl, after a couple more clashes of knives jinx said " let's end it here" Fia agreed both sweaty and out of
energy. Fia asked jinx if she could go see Möbius jinx said " go ahead but tomorrow I will have something new for you to learn" after Fia left running to where Argonaut and Möbius was training. There she found Möbius using a long sword he was struggling against Argonaut's axe an unordinary weapon, yet Argonaut was swinging it with ease while Möbius was struggling to even stay on his feet
to block. "We should end it here" said Argonaut, Möbius struggling to catch his
breath said " WAIT! I can still fight" Argonaut laughed saying "don't push yourself be glad I'm giving you a break plus it looks like your little elf girlfriend is here" blushing Möbius said "she's not my girlfriend!" Argonaut started walking away while Möbius fell onto the ground exhausted. Fia came to bring him water he thanked her, while drinking he thought after two weeks he has grown a lot but still no match for Argonaut's eminence strength. Fia Realizing her friend is troubled she says "you have grown a lot but remember that Argonaut is the Knight commander for a reason" while drinking the water Fia brought him he nodded his head. While walking home Jinx said to Argonaut "don't you think your going to hard on that boy?" Argonaut looked at her and said "if he wants to be able to have his revenge he must get stronger to fight against the Anfalas Knights and live to see a new day, anyways it seems like your going easy on
that dark elf" she gave him a cold glare and said "oh is that so? Make dinner for yourself tonight then" Argonaut looking sad thought, maybe I shouldn't of said anything. It's been two weeks since that cursed night and the beginning of there training.
In the kingdom of Anfalas two knights are walking they reach the kings of Anfalas room. "My king" they both said as they bowed there heads to Zurkle the king of Anfalas." Is it done?" Said the king of Anfalas the
knights looked up and one said " yes the subjugation of the village's outside the kingdom of calenardhon was done" the other knight said "there was a lot of beautiful women there and they where so fun to play with but orders are orders" thank you Ashra and Bertrand said the king while the two walked away from the king, Bertrand asked Ashra "do you think there be any more cute nuns like that first one in the village?" Astra looked at Bertrand with disgust "you call yourself a knight of Anfalas" that comment made Bertrand laugh at him. As they walked away the king's butler asked the king "so the plans to take over calenardhon is in the works" the king looked at the butler "yes, soon the calenardhon empire will be ours to rule" the king said. As the king looked up to the window the scene transfers to Möbius and Fia in bed, with Fia holding him tightly in bed. Möbius thinks to him self " it's been 2 weeks yet in this short time I grown a lot, I promised you
Camila I will avenge you and my mom along with the whole village for what they did" as he thought that, Fia woke up and at her eyes met with Möbius she asked him "are you ok?" Squeezing him tighter while she asked. He nodded his head and said " I was just thinking about Camila and my mom" she put her hand on his chest and said " I remember when we were younger and times where better" she
said drifting back to sleep. 2 years ago it was Möbius, Fia and Camila they where together in the forest Camila on her knees praying while Möbius and Fia was play hind n seek, a voice that was Fia said " I found you sir Möbius".
Möbius coming from behind the tree said " no fair your hearing is to good" Fia laughs and holds his arm "well I am an elf what did you expect sir Möbius" they walk over to Camila. Camila looked at them and asked " are you two done playing?" They nodded their head at her, it was a loving sight from simpler times. Back in the present, Möbius woke up to Fia cooking breakfast. Saying good morning to her with tears in his eyes from the dream, Fia asked Möbius "are you alright?" With a worried look on her face she wiped away his tears. "Yes, I just had a good dream from a better past" he said as they locked eyes. After staring into Möbius's eyes the both of them looked away. "Ok, well Jinx is teaching me a new skill today" Möbius says "Lucky you" as he remembers Argonaut's training is going to be brutal. A look of fear and determination on his eyes thinking about the training. Later that day Möbius is training with Argonaut, with a swing of Möbius's long sword he thrust it onto Argonaut's axe. " your getting better kid" said Argonaut, Möbius struggling said "thank you, sir" with a few more clashes of there weapons Argonaut pushed Möbius's attack back and began a counter attack against Möbius not giving him time to for a attack . A Clashing of knives Jinx said to Fia "your defense is amazing however now it's time to show you the move, I was talking about" jinx out of no where's began to move faster then Fia's eyes can keep up. By moving into a person's blind spot and doing the right breathing techniques you can move faster by accelerating one's heart maximizing their blood flow and oxygen
levels. Fia realized her eyes were useless, when she noticed Jinx was behind her she tried turning around but it was to late. Jinx tackled Fia to the ground with her blade on her neck. Jinx said to Fia "I hope you where able to understand that attack" Jinx then explained to Fia about the breathing technique and heart rate acceleration. Getting up from the ground Fia said "I understand I'll try my best to use it in training" Jinx knew it wasn't going to be easy she said " for now on we will do endurance training" Fia understanding nodded her head. "I understand" said Fia, they started running through the kingdom while running they came across Möbius and Argonaut in the training
ground. Möbius getting distracted by Fia, after noticing Argonaut swung his Axe down upon Möbius with him being barely able to block the strike "if you get distracted in combat it will lead to your death" said Argonaut, exchanging a few more blows Möbius thought to him self "damn it I can't break any of his attack's" as he was thinking that he realized something. Out of no where Möbius charged at Argonaut, blocking the attack made by Argonaut, Möbius used his long sword and shifted his axe to the ground and thrusting his armor into him bumping Argonaut off balance leading him to stumble backward. Catching Argonaut off guard Möbius swung his sword with all his power causing Argonaut to fall down on the ground, before he could react Möbius's sword was already at his neck. Surprising the knights around them and Argonaut.With a smile on Möbius's face he said finally, as he fell to the ground out of exhaustion. Argonaut thought to
himself "it's good this boy is learning rapidly the art and techniques of combat, he really is his father's son". Picking himself up off the ground Argonaut looked at Möbius with a smile. Still knocked out Möbius laid on the ground panting and out of breath, Argonaut reached his hand out to Möbius saying " your
learning a lot even though you still have along way to go this is one victory for you" after wards they continued to train till nightfall. When night fell Argonaut looked at Möbius saying "we are done for now at least" Möbius with a look of relief said " ok thank you for the lesson today sensei" smiling Argonaut said "it's a victory after all you you caught me off guard, but don't think it will work again kid" Möbius nodding his head saying "I'm getting one step closer" Argonaut taking Möbius
under his arm and said "you should take your little elf girlfriend out tonight" and handed him a bag of coins. Blushing Möbius yelled "She is NOT MY GiRLFRIEND!" Argonaut beginning to walk away Möbius was about to go to Fia when the knights stopped him "Hey kid, great job being able to put Argonaut on the ground today" said one knight the other knight saying "I don't know why you try hiding your feelings for that elf" with both of them laughing Möbius thought to himself "so their both teasing me to" the knights where Atlas and Carendor.
Atlas asked Möbius "now that trainings over want to go on a piss with us" following up Carendor said " Yeah! We been wanting a new drinking buddy" Möbius turned them down saying he will have to go another day running to where Fia and Jinx was. The knights sighed, Carendor saying to Atlas "running off to his
girlfriend" causing Atlas to burst out laughing.
Fia was on the ground out of breath while Jinx said to her "you did good today, Fia" they ran laps around the entire kingdom all day. " thank you.. teach" Fia said still out of breath jinx looked at Fia and said "everyday we will run
around the kingdom along with combat training for now on" these words made Fia
feel dizzy. Running up the steps Möbius called for Fia, Jinx noticing said "looks like your friend is here, we'll continue tomorrow for now rest up tonight" walking away Möbius said to Fia "wow she really kicked your ass today" Fia still gasping for air said " we ran so much.." with darkness surrounding her eyes. Still on the ground, Möbius reached his hand out to Fia and asked "so I was wondering if you wanna go out and look at the kingdom together tonight?". Helping her up Fia said still out of breath "sure sounds like fun sir Möbius" while wiping the dust off her shirt and skirt. " ok let's go" Möbius said with a smile while walking away switching to Jinx and Argonaut, Jinx asked Argonaut " so are you still going hard on that boy?" With a smile Argonaut said "that boy has surprised me today, he bested me one time with a surprise attack" Jinx looking curiously smiled and nodded her head. " how bout your training with that dark elf?" Asked
Argonaut, with a smile Jinx said "Fia did amazing we even ran around the kingdom a couple of times" Argonaut taken ah back said " a couple of times?!" He thought to himself that poor girl. Switching back to Möbius and Fia he thought to himself what is Fia to him, as he was in his thoughts Fia came out wearing a
black dress that danced with the moonlight around her, she asked Möbius "are we ready? Sir Möbius" blushing a little he said "yes, you look amazing" causing her to to blush hiding her cheeks with her hands.
They set out for the kingdoms capital of Calenardhon, it was a beautiful night as they walked throughout the capital. "Get good quality equipment here, lowest prices" said a blacksmith vendor "clothing to make you look like a noble, good prices and quality" said another vendor, the capital was lively out tonight with citizens and visitors from across the 7 kingdoms. Drunken lads and beautiful
women along with guards walked thru out the streets of the capital. A kid tripped and accidentally letting go of his balloon and started to cry when Fia jumped up and captured it "here you go" Fia said as she landed. The kid happy said "thank you, wow are you a elf" he asked, as his mom nodded at her and Möbius and pushed the kid saying "let's go your father is waiting for us at home". As they walked away Fia said "I've never seen so many people in one place before, the capital is a really amazing place" as she said that to Möbius, two guys came from the darkness between to building looking at Fia "hey look it's a cute elf" said the one the other asked "looking for a little fun sweetheart" as they laughed. As one hung his arm over her, Möbius was about to drawl his sword before he could Fia tackled the one with his arm around her to the ground. "By fun you mean a fight, then sure" Fia said to him, the other was winding back to punch her saying "you elven bitch.." before he could finish what he was saying Möbius's sword started to meet his neck "are you sure you want to continue that sentence" Möbius said, the two thugs started walking away saying "if not for him that bitch would've been ours to play with" Möbius asked Fia "are you alright?" Looking at him she said " yeah, you know I could've handled those thugs right" Möbius sighing said "yeah I know". With a smile she held on to Möbius's arm and said "oh my brave hero" making Möbius blush bright red he looked away, as they where walking they had finally came to the restaurant named the Red velvet. A lady
dressed in a maid outfit greeted them "welcome my humble guest to the Red Velvet, would you lovely couple, like a seat for two? She asked Möbius with Fia still on his arm said "yes, but we're not a couple" with Fia looking
disappointed at him. The lady smirked and said "right this way you two" as they walked in, they noticed how beautiful the restaurant was it had red carpet with dark brown wooden table's and nicely framed walls and fine furnish seats."Please take a seat right here, your waiter will be here soon". As they set down the lady asked what would they like to drink. Möbius ordered lavender tea while Fia ordered Red wine after a minute the waitress came back with there drinks, a girl with white hair
and cat ears placed there drinks on the table she asked "what can I get for you two lovely guests". Once they ordered there food Fia asked Möbius "so you take me out to a nice place to eat, makes me wonder what naughty plans do you have for me afterwards sir Möbius". Her words makes Möbius choke on his tea "it's not like that, I just feel like we been thru a lot the in the past, so you deserve to have a good reward" Möbius said while looking down, his words made Fia smile she held his hand she said "Möbius I…". Before she could finish her sentence the waitress came back, with their food in her arms "here is your food you two, a steak with mashed potatoes for the gentleman and lamp chops with green beans for the lovely lady". She put the food on the table and bowed "please enjoy the food" she said before she left. They prayed before eating, after they dug into the meal Möbius asked Fia "what where you about to say?" She told him it was nothing as they ate, before long they where done with the meal as they where about to leave Möbius paid for there food and they left while walking back he noticed an emerald green brooch at a vendor, he asked how much it was the vendor said "ah yes this piece is truly beautiful it's 3 gold coins" Möbius decided to buy it as it reminded him of Fia's green eyes. When they got back, Fia went to take a shower while Möbius looked at the brooch. After Fia got done Möbius went to the shower meeting Fia on her way back to the room and gave her the brooch before she could say anything he rushed off to the shower. Looking at it her eyes lit up with a
smile on her face ear to ear, when Möbius was in the shower he thought to himself "I'm a idiot why did I even buy it for her" while thinking he looked at the water with a reflection of himself, a body that was bulked and was refined,
looking back at him "I sure have grown a lot since then" he said to himself, while looking into the water. Memories of his mom and Camila flashed through his head
" I'm sorry… I'm sorry you two, I wasn't strong enough to help and was powerless". Still thinking about what they must of gone through he gripped the soap and vailed never again will he be weak for the people he has around him, as tears dripped off his cheek and into the water causing a ripple in the water. Going
back to the room he looked up at the twin moons, one bing a teal blue and the other a crimson red. He thought to himself it's a beautiful knight as he Got to the room he saw Fia in the bed he assumed she was asleep, as he threw his towel up to dry and got in bed covering himself in the blanket, Fia turned to him and holding him tightly to her "Fia are you.." before he could finish, Fia with tears said "promise me… promise I won't lose you" looking up at him with tears running down her face she said "if I lose you too, I couldn't bare it and would be lost" comforting her he Said with a hand on her head "I promise I won't go anywheres I'll always be by your side" still with tears in her eyes and the brooch around her neck she said "you better not break that promise after all, don't make a girl a promise if you know you can't keep it" kissing her on her head he stared at the window and said "I
promise".
The next day they woke up like normal, Fia cooking breakfast, and them going off to train with Argonaut and Jinx. One year had past since that hellish night, Möbius was close to Argonaut's skill along with being bestowed knighthood from Gilgamesh, the King of Calenardhon for his training along with the black arkimest armor and the long sword named Tartarus, and Fia learned the technique's of the assassin along with mastering the hidden blade combat and skills taught by Jinx She was given a black cloak with a hood and hidden blade. They walked into a room that had Argonaut and the sentinel knights along with the King Gilgamesh, all of them where setting around a table with a map of the land. "Good, now that we're all hear lets begin" said Atlas, the room was the kingdom war room. Gilgamesh looked at everyone and said while pointing at a place on the map "this was a stronghold for Calenardhon, separating Anfalas from Calenardhon's farms and villages outside the walls. It was coup, by Anfalas Knights 7 months ago, what I need from you fine soldier's is the recapture of this stronghold, to help the war go back in our favor". Argonaut began his attack strategy, by having Atlas and Carendor take knights on the
left and right of the strong hold hiding in the trees, waiting for him and Möbius to lead the Anfalas knights out. Then Atlas and Carendor will come out from the trees surrounding the Anfalas knights for a Ambush sealing the cout d'etat. "This is the plan for tomorrow, we will leave tonight does anyone have and objections?" Said Argonaut, everyone agreed on the plan. Gilgamesh getting up out of his seat said "good I am counting on you sentinel knights and you two as well, I heard many good things from Argonaut and Jinx about you guys, I hope you are ready for your first mission" with a hand to there heart and a
respectful bowel gesture Möbius and Fia said "yes sir".
