He asked Lydia to keep the baby, he went ahead and met with the parents of Lydia told them that's his ready for the child and he will marry Lydia that she's pregnant for him Lydia's parents had no choice they accept and welcome him all went well.
Johnson took very good care of Lydia and the unborn child, here comes Janet,Lydia's friend. She was always jealous telling Lydia that God will make a good man like Johnson to locate her and Lydia said amen.

Lydia's parents was happy about Johnson's intentions they bless them that they will go and come back safely for proper introduction and they said amen, Lydia's parents was so nice they understood the situation and made it easy for Johnson, so later that day Johnson was on his way to get stuff for traveling him,his wife and the baby. On his way he saw Janet with a warmly smile he greeted Janet and Janet replied what is good about the greeting? Johnson was confused so he ask Janet are you talking to me? And Janet replied yes am talking to you. Johnson was curious have I done anything wrong to you,if I have done anything wrong am sorry what is it you haven't spoke in this manner with me are you okay? he ask.
Janet replied You are a nice guy was just worried how you are about to step into a witch house have you ever ask yourself why haven't you met with any of Lydia's brother?
Johnson reply saying Lydia doesn't have a brother she's the only child of the parent that's all I know and it's true.
Janet reply so finally she has be witched you for you to believe all her lies at this point Johnson was confused he wanted to know the truth so Janet said if you want to know everything follow me I will tell you all you need to know.
So when they got home Janet brought out a sit for Johnson and they both sat down and Janet started telling him everything about Lydia's family that Lydia had four brothers that Lydia was the only female child, Lydia's mother killed all the four sons, that in Lydia's family no one has even given birth to a male child and it stays alive, that the baby must surely die Johnson was shock and bend his head to the ground he was so sad and he said to Janet that Lydia never told him that he has a brother he was so angry.
About a minute later Janet mom came out with water and food for Johnson and Johnson said ahhh mommy is all this for me with a smile, Janet's mom reply my son if this is not enough for you there is more in the kitchen Johnson smile and eat the food that was served after eating he thank mom's Janet and Janet saying they are the best family.
That at his first visit to Lydia's house he was the one who gave them something without even giving him water to drink
