"I have thought of that, but I didn't want to talk about it since you are still mourning your daughter, Hyesun," Mr. Hwang said softly.
"She is gone, so everyone should move on, and she is the cause of her own death," Mr. Kim said with a pained expression but a stern voice.
Mr. Hwang nodded in understanding and smiled softly.
"We should call the children and tell them. Our bond can grow stronger by merging our businesses," Mr. Hwang said, smiling, while Mr. Kim nodded his head.
While Mr. Hwang and Mr. Kim were discussing, Mrs. Kim was hiding and eavesdropping on their conversation.
She smiled satisfactorily because this is what she and her daughter wanted; the Hwang family is one of the most popular business families in the business world, and they are successful to be known.
When Mr. Kim chose Hyesun to be the one to marry into the Hwang family, Mrs. Kim was upset and jealous that her husband didn't choose her elder daughter but chose the younger daughter, Hyesun, to marry the Hwang family.
"Now my daughter is going to marry into the Hwang family after getting rid of that little bitch. She doesn't deserve to live and be married to the Hwang family. My daughter deserves it all," Mrs. Kim thought devilishly and smirked before she walked downstairs to join her husband.
"Hello, Mr. Hwang," Mrs. Kim said and sat beside her husband with a bright smile on her face.
"Hello, Mrs. Kim. It's good you met us in the middle of our conversation concerning making Yeri marry my son, Seung-min since Hyesun is no longer who was supposed to be my daughter-in-law. So what do you think about it? It's for the best for us, and our business partnership can become one and stronger," Mr. Hwang said softly.
Mrs. Kim smiled and nodded her head;
"It's a good thing you say, but I suggest we wait until Hyesun is forgotten by the citizens because there are a lot of rumors about her death. People won't stop gossiping about her running away to avoid her marriage and ending up in an accident that caused her death," Mrs. Kim said softly and faked a teary-eyed look.
"Hyesun is my daughter too, and I still can't get over the fact that she is no longer here. She should have told us she was not interested in marrying Seung-min; she would have been alive. We wouldn't have forced her into marrying and could have just chosen her elder sister, Yeri, to marry instead." Mrs. Kim burst into tears as Mr. Kim drew her closer and consoled her to stop crying.
"I think Mrs. Kim is right. We should wait for a while to make sure people don't talk about Hyesun's death anymore, then we can proceed to engage Seung-min and Yeri maybe in a few months," Mr. Hwang said, while Mr. Kim agreed by nodding.
"Yes, we should do it that way. But we will let the children know that in a few months, they are getting engaged," Mr. Kim said while he patted his wife's back and pecked her hair.
"Okay, we should do that. Well, I will take my leave now. We'll see each other again in the board meeting, Kim," Mr. Hwang said and stood to leave.
"Okay, see you, and be careful on your way," Mr. Kim said while Mr. Hwang left the Kim mansion.
"Are you okay now?" Mr. Kim asked his wife, who nodded while he helped her stand and walked out of the sitting room together to the staircase.

"Should we talk to our dads now that Hyesun is out of the picture? We should get married after getting rid of her," Yeri said. She was sitting next to Hwang Seung-min, resting her head on his shoulder as she spoke.
"I will talk to my father about us tonight; you know I can't wait for you to be my wife," Seung-min said and pecked Yeri's cheek.
"Me too. I wish I was the one my father chose to marry you before he chose that bitch," Yeri said, pouting her lips.
"I was so blind and stupid to have agreed to marry her; I should have seen you first before her," Seung-min said while Yeri laughed and playfully hit Seung-min on the shoulder.
"You have me now," Yeri said softly while Seung-min drew her closer to him and pinched her nose softly.
"Yes, I have you now," Seung-min said sweetly.
Yeri pouted her lips cutely. "Hey, that hurts," she said and rubbed her nose playfully.
Both laughed as they started playing like a real couple.

Hyesun was taken to the hospital while they ran different tests on her before they figured out the kind of poison she had been given.
The medicine was so strong that Hyesun was treated for weeks to cure the effects of the poison in her body.
Her body was always weak, and she was in bed for a month getting treated until she got better, but there was still a little damage in her body, though not harmful. She would only have to get more sleep because her body would always ask for it.
A Month Later…
Hyesun was well and had been living under the roof and care of Mr. Lee Ho-joon.
Today would be her first time leaving the room where she had always been lying on the bed while being treated for weeks.
She walked out sluggishly from her room and strolled downstairs to get herself some water to drink.
Immediately the maid in charge of her care spotted her, she rushed to her and asked what she wanted.
"I just need some water, and I'm okay now, so you don't have to worry about me," Hyesun said and sat on the dining chair while the maid got her a glass of water to drink.
While drinking, Hyesun heard a tiny voice behind her. She looked back and saw a little girl standing and staring at her in surprise.
Hyesun was shocked by the little girl. She had never thought a little kid was living in the house since the time she was brought to the villa.
"Who are you, Ms.?" the little girl asked innocently, causing Hyesun to stand up from where she was sitting and turn to the little girl.
She bent down to the little girl's height and couldn't help but smile.
"I...I'm umm…" Hyesun didn't know how to reply to the girl as she bit her lower lip to think of what to tell the little girl, who was blinking and waiting for her to say something.
While she was thinking, the door opened, and a tall man in a suit walked in with a suitcase in his hand. This drew the little girl's attention, and as soon as she saw the figure, she screamed happily as she ran to Mr. Lee Ho-joon, who was walking forward.
"Daddy," the little girl screamed happily and ran to hug her father.
Mr. Lee Ho-joon caught her and picked her up in his arms while he walked to Hyesun, who stood and watched the father and daughter.
"Hello, Mr. Lee Ho," Hyesun greeted and bowed slightly.
"Hey, how are you feeling?" Lee Ho asked while the little girl in his arms pointed her tiny finger at Hyesun, asking,
"Who is she, daddy?" The little girl asked with her tiny, cute voice.
"Shhh, Daddy is tired and won't say anything for now, okay?" Lee Ho said softly, even though his voice was naturally cold.
He is a cold man, but he loves his daughter so much, and he never jokes when it comes to her.
Lee Ho-Joon is a single dad who happened to have had the little girl living with him after she was two years old and took her from her mother.
The mother was once Lee Ho's ex-girlfriend, Park Seo Yeon, whom he broke up with after he caught her cheating on him with his best friend.
Park Seo Yeon took advantage of Lee Ho and seduced him into having intercourse, which resulted in her becoming pregnant.
However, Lee Ho refused to accept her as his wife and only promised to take the child and raise her on his own after the little girl turned two years old.
The little girl turned two, so he took her and started raising her with the help of his nanny, who had raised him when he was little.
Lee Ho dropped his daughter and was about to walk to the stairs but stopped when he heard Hyesun call him.
"Mr. Lee Ho, I'd love to speak to you about something," Hyesun said while Lee Ho turned back to her.
"You should go to your room; I'll see you there once I freshen up," he said coldly before turning to leave as he climbed the stairs to his room.

"What do you want to talk about?" Lee Ho asked as he settled down to sit on the couch not far from Hyesun's bed.
"Firstly, I'd like to thank you for saving my life and keeping me here until I got well. I don't know how to thank you, but maybe this way is to say thank you for now," Hyesun said while Lee Ho listened and watched her as she spoke. She continued,
"Secondly, I'd love to request something from you, and I hope you don't mind that." Hyesun stopped and looked up at Lee Ho, who only furrowed his brows for her to continue.
"I believe I'm fine now after so many treatments I have received. But can you let me stay for a little while before I leave? I know you have tried so much by saving my life and keeping me here until today."
"I don't want to return to my family because they believe I'm dead, and there are people in the family who have always wanted me dead. Don't worry; I promise that in the next two months, I will leave here for good," Hyesun said as she thanked Lee Ho for saving her life and explained her situation and why she requested him to give her time before she left the villa for good.
"Where do you have that you want to go?" the question from Lee Ho left her stunned and confused.
"What!"
