Chapter 90: Be My Son!
The monstrous waves rolled down.
Gaara's figure appeared incredibly tiny. A trace of fear flashed in his eyes as he quickly tried to manipulate the yellow sand beneath his feet to escape.

Gaara struggled to raise his head, looking at the crashing waves. Dark circles from long-term insomnia ringed his eyes. He just bit his lip and said, "...I understand, Father."
"Lord Kazekage!"

This young Ame ninja before him looked like those recently graduated Genin from the village, probably around the same age as his sister Temari.
Was he deliberately mocking him!
"Relax, I wouldn't bear to kill you!"
Uehara Naraka chuckled lightly, swung the purple chakra broadsword in his hand, flicking the sword to disperse the yellow sand, then raised it high!

The Shield of Sand before Gaara was once again shattered by a single sword strike!
Uehara Naraka didn't pause at all. Before the yellow sand could reconverge, he gripped the chakra broadsword in his hand and fiercely slashed Gaara's body.
Gaara's entire body was sent flying backward, the cracks on his face [sand armor] clearly visible.
The Armor of Sand that had quietly condensed tightly around his body was shattered into scattered yellow sand by Uehara Naraka!
A spray of bloody foam flew from Gaara's mouth.
"Cough cough... You've angered me!"
Gaara abruptly raised his head, revealing a face that was half-human, half-monster!
