Chapter 34 – The Battle of Flame and Dragon
The moment Lee Hwan's fist collided with the Flame Vessel's burning guard, the entire sky lit up in a blinding flash. The shockwave ripped through the surroundings, tearing apart stone, soil, and even space itself.
But the Flame Vessel didn't budge.
"Not bad," he growled, pushing Lee back with a single burst of flame. "But you'll need more than brute force."
Lee smirked, eyes glowing with gold-red intensity.
"Good. I didn't want this fight to end in one punch anyway."
The two clashed again, fire against raw aura, power against raw will.
But then—
Lee Hwan's aura surged.
His body began glowing as ancient scales shimmered across his skin. His height increased, his muscles thickened, and his eyes turned into vertical slits.
He had entered Dragon Form.
Golden wings of aura erupted from his back.
"Let me show you," Lee said in a deeper, more guttural voice, "why I'm the vessel of the Dragon Monarch."
The Flame Vessel's smile faded.
Lee dashed forward.
One strike—too fast to follow—landed squarely on the vessel's ribs. A massive explosion followed, sending the flame-wielding warrior crashing through five massive rock pillars.
But the Flame Vessel emerged again, flames flaring even higher.
"Dragon… or not. I carry the Monarch of Flame's will. Let's burn this sky down together!"
And with that, the real battle began.
Flame and dragon.
Heat and might.
Both warriors collided with a force not seen on any floor before.
