Chapter 10 - PUP Part10

Eryndor woke up before dawn, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. The old man's words echoed in his mind: "From tomorrow, you become a man." He threw off the covers and got out of bed, stretching his new, taller frame. The transformation he had undergone had not only changed his physical appearance but also seemed to have heightened his senses.

The old man was already waiting for him in the training area, a large open space surrounded by trees. "Good morning," he said, his eyes scrutinizing Eryndor's posture. "Today, we'll start with physical training. Your new body needs to learn how to harness its strength."

Eryndor nodded, eager to begin. The old man put him through a series of exercises, testing his endurance, agility, and strength. Eryndor's body responded well to the training, his muscles adapting quickly to the demands placed upon them. He ran, jumped, and lifted, feeling his power grow with each passing moment.

As the sun reached its peak, the old man called a halt to the training. "You're a quick learner," he said, "but don't push yourself too hard. You need to learn control and precision, not just brute strength."

Eryndor nodded, panting slightly as he caught his breath. "What's next?" he asked, his eyes shining with anticipation.

The old man smiled. "Next, we'll work on your mental discipline. You need to learn how to focus your mind and control your emotions." Eryndor's eyes widened as the old man began to explain the techniques he would be teaching him.

"Meditation, concentration, and visualization are key," the old man said. "You need to learn how to quiet your mind and focus your thoughts. This will help you control your emotions and make better decisions in high-pressure situations."

Eryndor listened intently, eager to learn how to harness his newfound abilities and unlock his full potential. He had always struggled with controlling his emotions, but he was determined to master this new skill.

The old man guided him through a series of mental exercises, teaching him how to focus his mind and calm his thoughts. Eryndor found it challenging at first, but with each passing minute, he felt his mind growing clearer and more focused.

As the day drew to a close, the old man nodded in approval. "You're a natural," he said. "But don't get complacent. There's still much to learn, and the journey will only get tougher from here."

Eryndor nodded, feeling a sense of determination wash over him. He was ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead, knowing that he had the old man's guidance to help him navigate the path.
