Next day, Kaito's room
Kaito woke up from his bed his bed was smooth, soft and cozy. His room was clean renovated with designs of dragons and some paintings on the wall.
His sword was on the table it was in front of his face while he wakes up.
Kaito brushed his teeth and took a shower. He became ready and wore the Dojo's Uniform.
Kaito picked up his sword and came out of his room. He saw Ryu standing on the door smiling at him like an absolute idiot.
Kaito ignored him and locked his room.
Ryu said "Kaito! What are you going to do today? Sword practice? Endurance test? Or 1v1?"
Kaito while walking said "Just shut up! It's just 6:00 am in the morning."
Ryu became silent and looked down in sadness.
Kaito started thinking about the Fortress Tournament and his beautiful yet deadly katana 'Purple Amber.' Kaito was dreaming of it and he realized that today he is going to have the stew which master made using his cookbook.
Kaito reached the dojo while dreaming about his katana and the Fortress Tournament.
Kaito entered the dojo he saw many people worried and tensed. They all gathered at places started murmuring. The voices in the dojo were high and suddenly Master Ryuzaki arrived at the stage.
Master Ryuzaki cleared his throat and said "Silence! Students I'm here to announce you that today in this place we are going to have a test. A test that will decide the people to learn in this dojo while others will be thrown out of the dojo. The test is not hard not complex neither easy. The people who are capable to do it will be able to pass this test. After a while I will announce the test. Be prepared!"
Kaito was surprised by it. He walked silently towards the lockers and opened his locker. In the locker there was a book he opened it and started to find a page.
Ryu asked "Kaito what are you finding in this dusty book?"
Kaito said "It is master's dojo journal he kept the record of the dojo in this book. He kept each and every record of it like tests, specialty, skills, abilities, etc. I just want that page where he wrote about the tests."
Ryu nodded his head and went towards the hall. The hall was empty no one was there the silence was making Ryu felt nervous.
Out of nowhere he saw a dojo student who is having a katana and he was standing upside down on the katana he was on his right thumb.
He jumped and pulled the sword out and did slashes. At first nothing happened but after a second a stone boulder fell apart and he created a thin layer of the stone.
Ryu was shocked to see this he went back into the locker room with fear in his mind.
Kaito became silent he looked downwards and kept the book inside the locker and closed the locker and he sat on the bamboo chair.
Ryu saw this and said "Kaito what happened? Did you find out the tests? Ways? Anything?"
Kaito looked at Ryu and nodded his sideways.
Ryu took a breath and said "Let's go to the hall. Master will be arriving in anytime now."
Ryu grabbed Kaito's hand and started pulling him towards the hall.
Kaito took a deep breath and he opened the cover of his katana. He looked at it.
Master arrived at the stage with a paper and a stamp.
He kept the paper and the stamp on the table and said "This paper and the stamp are for the people who will succeed in the test remember one thing I will make sure that you will get a chance to participate in the Fortress Tournament. Now please get to Bamboo Forest for the test."
Everyone started running towards the exit people were fighting to exit from the dojo.
Meanwhile Kaito and Ryu went towards the locker room. Kaito went towards his locker and looked here and there and he opened the locker.
He punched the wall of the locker and surprisingly the wall of the locker opened Kaito said "This place is from the dojo it is abandoned and I know that there is an exit which leads us towards the Bamboo Forest in no time!"
Kaito went towards a door and opened it. They went inside the door they came out from the roof of the dojo. They jumped out and they closed the door.
Kaito and Ryu jumped from the roof of the dojo. They did flips and they landed on a rope tied to a different place. They ran over it and they used their grappling hooks to achieve some great height.
Kaito said "Ryu now use your Beast Quake and let me hop on your back!"
Ryu held Kaito on his back in the air and Ryu focused on his ability and reached the ground the impact was high but due to the ability the ground cracked open and the falling force reduced.
Kaito fell down on the ground and said "We are near we should hurry!"
Ryu started running with him and they reached the destination.
The place was having a big entrance a big dojo which was abandoned long years back and a beautiful view of the river.
Master's attendant Mr. Noru was waiting for us. He gave us the paper and a brush with ink on its tip.
We signed the papers and gave our names for the test.
Ryu started celebrating that they both were first at this place he started hopping on the place. He became so happy that he started swinging his Kusarigama like crazy.
Mr. Noru grabbed the Kusarigama and said "Stop swinging this Kusarigama now! By the way you are not first here! Student Yosaku Satoshi was here first. He came here before I reached here first!"
Ryu looked at the tree he was standing there with his katana and he was wearing the shadow beads. He had a dragon tsuba on the katana. He gently looked at Ryu and gave a sinister smile.
