Hyuga Ai smiled as Ichigo congratulated her for her promotion to the rank of Special Jonin.
'It wouldn't have been possible if you didn't get Tsunade-sama to take me as a disciple', she wanted to say this. But knowing Ichigo-kun gets awkward, she didn't.
She just hugged him.
"Can I come to your home?"
"Of course."
She smiled and then blushed as she saw everyone looking at them. Jiraiya-sama was scowling at them, and Minato was smiling.
Jiraiya stomped his feet and left.
Minato just disappeared in a flash.
As they walked side by side, Ichigo-kun asked, "Is Shirarori on a mission?"
"Yeah."
Her mood became gloomy at the thought of that bitch, Uchiha Shirarori. Trying to steal her Ichigo-kun, by calling herself his rival.
Ichigo-kun is popular. So there are a lot of girls after him. But while almost none of them except Shirarori stands any chance, coming from the Hyuga clan reduced her chances a lot, especially coming from the Branch family.
On the other hand, Uchiha clan isn't as strict. Someone recently married outside the clan and even took her husband's name. She was scoffed at and scolded by a lot, mostly elders. But they didn't interfere much after initial protest once clan head shut them down.
Uchiha clan doesn't even have any sort of enders. The current clan head's daughter is probably going to engaged to Fugaku, the strongest Uchiha of this generation.
On the other hand, everything is decided on birth in the Hyuga clan. By a scumbag clan head who didn't bat an eye when one of his twin son got branded by the seal, and hasn't even called him son from birth. And a bunch of shitty, old, super old elders.
If they get the idea that Ichigo-kun has any attraction to her, they will immediately force her into an arranged marriage.
Ichigo-kun knows this, that's why he doesn't respond to any of her subconscious moves on him.
They have been childhood friends due to their parents being on the same team before all of them died. Only her mother who wasn't on the team remained alive, who died two years ago then.
As she glanced at Ichigo-kun buying a cake for her, she couldn't help but reminisce things. When her father died, and his both parents, they were around 2 years old. She doesn't remember much, but his face with no tears but forcefully comforting face as he tried to calm her down.
He turned to her, "What happened?"

Ichigo-kun invented the 'Earth Tremor Sensing Boots' 3 years ago, when he was just 12 like her.
He combined the Earth Tremor Sensing Jutsu directly into the boots, so now anyone can use that jutsu by just using chakra. Not even needing to used Earth chakra nature while doing so.
It is very popular in the village, leading him to open 'CyberPunk' company and make a lot of money out of it, the 'Tremor Boots'.
After that, he also invented radio with 5 times more range than the previous one.
Got funding from Tsunade-sama by gambling with her. And after putting her in enormous debt, cancelled most of the debt in exchange for Slug summoning for himself and even got Tsunade-sama to take in her as her disciple.
And due to being Tsunade-sama's disciple, the Hyuga clan has not being able to do anything against her.
Though he doesn't ever show it on his face, he really cares for her. Afterall, he didn't go on such lengths for any of his other friends like Minato and Kushina.
... and Shirarori as well, but she keeps coming after him.

She smirked as she thought how she would gloat to her former teammate that she is already a Special Jonin, while she is stuck as a Chunin.

He just smirked and led her to the basement.

And then, she saw it. Them.
Two bodysuits, clearly feeling like Katsuyu-sama.
But, two? Both for women? If one is for her, then other is for...
She shook off that thought and touched the bodysuit on the female mannequin.
"It is for you. Third Ninja War is about to start. This will be very useful.
It's inside is made of Katsuyu's tissues that I clones. Well, don't be grossed out, but this is more or less a living creature clones from Katsuyu with upper layer being a normal bodysuit.
It will allow you healing, durability, and even telepathic connection like Katsuyu with others who have suits like these.
Wanna try it?"
"Of course!"
He really cares for her! So much so that he has made this for her.
She has already been swallowed a lot by Katsuyu-sama for the Sage Training which doesn't really seem to work for her.
Just as she was about to remove her Jonin vest, she reminded herself that Ichigo-kun is still here.
But then, she smirked. No one will know what happened here.
So she removed her vest. And as she was about to remove her top, he started leaving.
"Call me when you get changed."
Just as he was about to leave, Ai caught his hand.
"I am scared to get into it..."
Saying that, Ai pressed her body against him.
"Please help me get wear it~"
Ichigo looked at her eyes seriously and decided it was time he got out with it.
"Ai. Do you know why I showed you both the suits for you and Shirarori?"
Ai was shocked at the seriousness. And felt her heart racing and crumbling because of how fast it was racing.
"I love both you and-"
Ai put her finger on his lips.
"Please don't continue. I don't need to hear it."
She loves Ichigo, yes. But he wants to have a harem.
She loves him so...so much that she can't even imagine sharing him with anyone else.
She pushed him out of the room and shut the door.
What should she do?
Should she have not tried to tease him?
She felt happy that he loves her. Just sooo happy.
But he also loves that bitch...
She looked at the suit made for Shirarori, and wanted to destroy it, but stopped.
She didn't want to ruin Ichigo-kun's hardwork.
Nir did she want that bitch to not being able to wear it. It will be a great thing to help her survive in the war. She didn't want to increase her chances of death.
Tears dripped as she removed the suit from the mannequin, and stripped herself aside from underwear.
Then she got into the suit. Alive creature made from Katsuyu-sama directly touching her skin. Best for constant healing.
It also had lots of other features. From what she could see, it has a new radio model, the Tremor Boots, and some sort of gauntlets as well.
She tried moving around, and it was perfect. Better than her normal clothes. Aside from the gross thing inside, and that the chest area was smaller.
She looked at the gift he has given her.
After a long while, she decided. Hyuga clan will try to get her to marry someone in the clan sooner or later, given her status as the disciple of Tsunade-sama.
So for now, she will get together with Ichigo-kun for as long as she can.
She opened the door, and he stopped walking around restlessly.
"Ai, ahaha... I was just joking-"
She grabbed his face, and kissed him.
As she kissed, he also started kissing her.
He was quite clumsy. So she pushed him to the wall, taking lead and smiling as something poked her.
He then grabbed her butt, which sent shivers down her spine.
As their mouths finally separated, she whispered to him.
"The chest region of the suit needs to be bigger."
Then his eyes went to her chest, which was looking constricted in the suit.
"Ichigo-kun, I love you. It doesn't matter if I have to share you with Shirarori."
Ichigo-kun smiled at her.
"Don't worry. I will make both of you happy. I promise."
