The afternoon sun shimmered through the giant mangrove trees of Sabaody Archipelago, casting glowing hues across the ground as Jessie and his crew stepped into Grove 13. The salty breeze carried a faint scent of adventure and danger, characteristic of the last stop before the New World. The bustling streets were filled with pirates, bounty hunters, and Marines in plain clothes, all with their own hidden intentions.
Jessie stood at the front, his dark coat fluttering lightly as the wind passed by. Beside him were Uta, the world-renowned singer with unmatched charisma; Kuina, his stoic swordswoman with unmatched focus; and Vash, the carefree yet deadly gunslinger whose smile always betrayed his trigger-happy personality. On his shoulder, BlackEye Panda, the ever-snoozing yet powerful pet, blinked lazily.
Behind them, anchored at the edge of the island, was the Voidreign, their mysterious ship powered by the fused Anywhere Door and enhanced with ancient Void Tech. Guarding it were Seraphim Hancock and Seraphim Mihawk, silent, vigilant, and loyal only to Jessie. Meruem, Jessie's deadliest fighter, had already parted ways earlier, saying, "I'll scout the underground scene. I'll return before you head to Fish-Man Island."
Jessie gave a nod and turned his eyes toward the old wooden building ahead.
The sign above read: Shakky's Rip-Off Bar.
He walked forward with calm steps, hand resting on the hilt of his blade—not out of threat, but habit. A small bell rang as he opened the door.
Ding!
Inside, the lighting was dim and cozy. Old posters of wanted pirates hung crooked on the walls. At the bar stood a lean woman with short lavender hair, a cigarette lazily resting between her fingers—Shakky, a former member of the Rocks Pirates and once part of their intelligence unit.
She looked up, her sharp eyes locking with Jessie's. "You finally showed up," she said with a slight smirk. "Didn't even need intel to know you'd come here eventually."
Jessie met her gaze and gave a small nod. "You always know everything."
Shakky laughed lightly and motioned toward the empty booth in the corner. "Take a seat, but fair warning, the drinks aren't cheap."
Jessie didn't hesitate. "I'm not here to save coins."
He pulled out a pouch of gold berries, tossing them on the counter without a glance. The heavy thud they made silenced even the subtle creaking of the bar.
They took a table—Jessie in the middle, flanked by Uta and Kuina on each side, while Vash swung into his seat dramatically.
"I'll take one of everything!" Vash grinned, reaching for the closest bottle. Uta rolled her eyes.
BAM!
She smacked him across the back of the head with a fan she summoned from her sleeve. "Idiot. Behave."
"Agh! Uta-chaaaaaaan!" he whined. "You're so violent!"
Kuina shook her head. "Focus, Vash."
Jessie smiled faintly, letting the moment wash over him before turning back to Shakky.
The bell rang again.
Ding!
This time, a tall, broad man entered, wiping sea salt from his brow. His presence demanded respect—none other than Silvers Rayleigh, the Dark King, former first mate of the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger.
"Shakky," Rayleigh greeted, then looked around and paused when his eyes met Jessie's. "Oh you came" Rayleigh laugh
Rayleigh chuckled, walking toward the table. "Mind if I join?"
"Not at all," Jessie replied calmly.
As Rayleigh sat, Shakky poured him a glass. The air grew heavier—not with hostility, but with quiet respect.
For a few minutes, no one spoke.
Then Rayleigh leaned back. and said "many happen in the past fewdays."
Jessie looked into his drink. and said "Ohhh what news?."
Rayleigh placed a newspaper on the table. "It's not just you. Take a look."
The front page showed a chaotic image from the Reverie.
'King Cobra Assassinated – Sabo Suspected!'
'Eustass Kid Crushed by Red-Haired Shanks!'
'Trafalgar Law Defeated – Blackbeard Makes His Move!'
Kuina narrowed her eyes. "So the balance is really shifting."
Jessie picked up the paper and skimmed the headlines. Despite the shocking news, his expression remained unreadable. He already knew about these events. In his previous life, he had seen the world descend into chaos. This time, he would act differently.
Rayleigh observed him with curiosity. "You don't seem surprised."
Jessie looked up. "Because I'm not. These events were inevitable. The world government is trembling. Chaos was always coming."
Rayleigh took a slow sip. "And you? What's your plan now?"
Jessie folded the newspaper. "I'll go to Fish-Man Island next. After that, Lulusia Kingdom."
Rayleigh raised an eyebrow. "Lulusia Kingodm? What are finding their?."
Jessie didn't flinch. "That's exactly why I need to go."
"Why?" Shakky asked, intrigued now. "What do you hope to find?"
Jessie's voice lowered. "I want to see how strong that weapon is , if that weapon stronger than my swordmanship."
Rayleigh's expression grew serious. "You're walking a dangerous path. If they find out what you're after…"
"I don't care," Jessie interrupted softly. "If the world must burn to rebuild it, then so be it."
There was a silence that followed, as if the world itself were holding its breath.
Rayleigh finally gave a nod, a slow smile forming. "You remind me of him."
Jessie shook his head. "I'm not trying to be the Pirate King. I'm trying to build something new."
Uta placed her hand on Jessie's, firm but supportive. "We'll follow you wherever you go."
Kuina silently nodded.
Vash tipped his hat. "You lead. We'll bring the storm."
Rayleigh stood and turned toward the exit. "Then may the seas carry you safely. But remember, Jessie… not even legends walk this path alone. Choose your allies wisely."
Jessie stood as well. "I already have."
Rayleigh gave a final nod to Shakky and walked out into the fading light.
Jessie thought
Fish-Man Island. Lulusia Kingdom. Uranus.
